One of my preferred spots for lunch. Not too busy after 1pm and staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking available

If I combined the 2 pieces of chicken they gave me it still would be less than one piece. That’s how small the pieces were

Slow, orders always screwed up, employees and Manager are incompetent. Speak in their language in front of customers, blatantly rude! They care more about nickle and diming the customer than making things right. You have lost my business!

Worst service ever. MANAGER SAID THEY DO NOT ACCEPT $50 BILL. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT. STUFF RUDE AND TRIED CALL TO THE POLICE BECAUSE I WANTED TO PAY CASH $50 BILL. NO SERVICE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I used to love KFC, however at this location it doesn’t taste like it. I got really sick after last visit. No more chicken from this location.
Don’t know how to describe the taste; after one bite I have to trash the whole meal.

I ordered the KFC famous chicken ultimate box meal, but didn’t receive a dipping sauce or a cookie. She even almost forgot to give me a cup for the drink. I would expect all the items to be there!

I have officially boycotted kfc.bought my last meal from the restaurant.litterally fried chicken still has feathers in it.stomach turned.im done with kfc

Worst. Store. Ever.

They don't even deserve the one star. Make sure your phones charged. You'll be waiting a while!

KFC drive in Saturday May 28th 2022 around 8: 30 pm.
I was craving spicy thighs and got a box of 3. Had one right away, still steamy hot and the taste was weird. Had a second piece about an hour later and it still tasted weird, like the chicken had gone bad. Needless to say I was sick the next day.
KFC should take better care of their chicken storage and not make people sick and get salmonella.
The only good thing was how quick I received my order

A chicken outlet with no chicken at lunchtime?
I have been waiting over 27 minutes for a 4 pcs combo. Waited 5 minutes after I ordered to tell me they were out of chicken

I will not be coming back here

Please hire more staff, it’s a long wait and I feel bad for the staff running all over and also they are kind of look tired, that they barely can pack the orders.

PLEASe pay staff well and hire more people

Why do you have it saying it closes at 11 when we show up and you say it closes in 3 minutes at 10…. Shouldn’t you update your timings? I mean I think it would make sense to no?

Horrible location. I ordered a boneless box, and they told me the tenders weren’t ready and to come back in 10 minutes. When I came back in 10 minutes, they told me to come back again in another 5 as they still didn’t put it in. I came back again for a third time and still sat at the drive thru window for another 5 minutes…. For tenders? Really? They should have this stuff ready at dinner time. Not to mention while I was waiting in the parking lot someone almost hit my car waiting for my food that should’ve been ready.

Non professional staff.waited for more than 1 hr thru uber eats.went personally to store to order again.not busy location.delaying orders intentionally. Won't recommend this location to anyone.

Request to KFC to re- consider the staff here

Disgusting employees especially the manager (the indian one)! Works at the service industry and doesn't know how to behave with people. Bunch of lazy and uncultured people work here.

Employees who take care of drive through doesn't even have the common sense to put some napkins and ketchup packets in box. I'm not sure what kind of training these people go through!

Decided to give kfc a go for old times sake. Another terrible experience. Was told after 15 minutes of waiting for 3 pieces of regular chicken that it was going to take another 15 minutes. The staff is so disorganized and don't really seem to care much. Unfortunately seems like a theme from the other reviews too. 2 Stars since they were nice enough to refund my order. Ended up hitting up the subway next door. Alls well that ends well.

I went with my family today ordered food but canceled the order and went to other kfc restaurant for the following reasons:
1. Cashier in the restaurant was rude and high temper for no reason and while we were taking the order she left us for several times and ignored us.
2. The other person she yelled at us and said move to the side very rude
3. The same person in point 2 I asked her to get the table cleaned as it was very dirty and she said you can not eat here show me your vaccine certificate and when showing to her she abandoned and ignored us
4. The Cashier said customers should clean the tables by them selves.
I decided to cancel the order and leave this unfriendly restaurant the Cashier said you can not and you should take it.

Finally we got the manager LUNA she is a professional polite person. We will never forget her kind words. She apologized and refunded our money. Thank you Luna all the best

Spent all of 12 mins waiting on just someone to notice me. The drive thru clerk did but stopped to talk with someone else. So I left. Went to Subway instead. Faster and much nicer service. A

I just went there got to big box meals the coleslaw tasted funny had 2 bites mom's chicken wasn't cooked and my spicy big crunch had no toppings very little lettuce and barely and sauce it was a real disappointment

Now 2 weeks later after I have posted this and sent a complaint in and not 1 reply this is how much they care.

This place has one of the most dysfunctional teams I have ever seen work in a "fast" food place. Staff have no customer service skills and just ignore customers rather than tending to their needs. Be prepared to wait forever to get your feed here.

Worst tasting fried chicken, doesn't taste like KFC. Chicken too dark and hard, probably oil is old (I work in a fastfood restaurant, know when oil is days old). Chicken was probably sitting in the bin for too long. And the washroom soap is not dispensing which is frustrating when you need to wash your hands especially these days when people are too keen on hand hygiene.

Nice updated decor. Too bad just like most KFC's you walk in and wait 10 minutes before somebody comes out from the back to ask you what you would like. How are these guys still in business operating this way SMH?

Slow service. Placed an order online for pickup, was given a 15 minute notice that the order will be ready. Got there in 20 mins, they didn't even start on the order, had to wait additional 15 mins. Lady asks if I want spicy instead or need to wait longer. The others just ordering there in front had got their order first. On top of that, they didn't have the iced tea drink i ordered, and was expecting 2 drumsticks as part of my 2 can dine box meals, but got these very small chicken pieces which were not drumsticks. Also the fries were not very hot
