This location is consistently very late with their deliveries by 30 mins. Sometimes longer or it never arrives. Then after calling them, they tell you that their delivery service didn't pick it/acknowledge it. There is never any attempt to call you to let you know what is going on. It could be an hour and a half to 2 hrs. Why do I even want it now?

I ordered online through the KFC app at 12: 15. The food should deliver by 12: 54 and I had called them many times but I still didn’t get food at 14: 00.

Please refrain from this location. I placed an order for pickup which they mentioned on the app would be ready in 14 minutes but when I reached the store they mentioned they were out of chicken. I had to wait another 40 minutes at the store for them to prepare the fresh batch. I got the food home just to realize that the chicken was uncooked and was full of salt. The burger missed all the toppings. What a s.t show this is. Never ever going back to this location again. KFC should have some standards. To top it up, the lady at the front desk didn’t even bother to apologize and just tossed my bag as if it was none of her business.

Ordered lunch today. 2 piece meal and a beyond meat sandwich. Chicken was almost black like they have not changed the oil in years. Soggy and oily. Fries were cold and rubbery. Plant based sandwich tasted like chemicals and was dried out. Staff do not acknowledge you at all when entering the store. Tables dirty. Complete waste of time and money. DO BETTER!

Literally the worst location! 1.5 hours to get our food called the store 3 times and it just rings until it says user not available, terrible customer service.

So I ordered online for delivery about 3 to 4 month ago for about $50.00 and my food wasn't delivered. I called multiple times and they keep saying they will send me a refund but never do. Don't order online you have a 50/50 chance of getting your food and if you don't you'll never get your refund.

Worst chicken I have ever had. It was soggy and deformed. Bought a 10 piece bucket - had one piece and threw the rest in the garbage. Will never buy from here again. They should be ashamed!

Food was gross, ordered the famous chicken sandwich and poutine, chicken was burn and overdone, it came out so fast that I assume it was just sitting there for a lengthy period. Gravy was tasteless and watered down? Like when was the last time this location was audited by head office, because this location is absolutely ridiculous. It’s no wonder why Mary Browns and Popeyes are killing it, you e gone way down hill KFC.

The amount of time I get a twister and tell them NO MAYO only chicken and lettuce yet they still decide to screw it up all the time why do we have people that aren’t even white working at a white restaurant ‍️
