KFC

I faced a breakdown of my car last week when I was traveling to Brampton from sudbury. So I called my friend to pick me up from the Parry sound. For a while I bought the meal and I was waiting for my friend. My phone was about to die so I plugged in my phone and started having a meal. I was in the middle of my meal and one guy from the staff named Hariom reminded me that they are closing at 9 pm so dine in will close at 8: 50 so I need to leave before 8: 50. The tone he was saying to me feels like I am homeless and spending time over there. Thank you so much for the service you gave and reminded me of the importance of leaving a good review when I get a good service from any business.

The manager is clueless on how to manage the business. My family and I walked in, heard a loud door bell and waited for 10 min. As soon as we said "Hello" outloud, the manager came out of the office. I ordered a 1 pc drumstick and the manager switched it to a 1 pac tender without informing myself. The owner of this franchise needs to step it up and start leading by example.

There is only 1 girl, she is rude, making jokes and not interested in attending customers.she should be thrown out.

It took 10 minutes while the staff were laughing and joking around in the back to get my order taken. The food order had to be taken 3 times and all I asked for was a 3piece meal with a white breast piece. The order was given to me with all dark meat and the fries were moist NOT GOOD. Then I told them what had happened and he raised his voice to me stating I didn’t order white meat or fresh fry’s. Yes I was pissed. For the price of that experience. Don’t waste your money People.

Excellent. After a waterfront Parry Sound restaurant kept us waiting for 2 hours ("20 minutes"), we showed up to this KFC at closing time. They made a good menu recommendation and I was able to feed a very hungry family. Even that late, service was still friendly. Six stars if I could.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Ordered 3 of their Tuesday specials and one box was raw chicken! Bit into it to find blood and spit it out right away. Called the location & their compensation is a free "Tuesday special" box meal. Currently have food poisoning.
Double check your chicken is cooked before eating.

I’ve tried ordering from this location three times, and all three times it was closed, in spite of being within the posted hours. What is going on with this location? !

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. Repeatedly disappointed with long wait times, missing menu items, being closed during peak hours.
Please stop sending me coupons in the mail if you're not going to provide the service.

It’s 20 to 7 they only have eight pieces of chicken and they’re closing… It’s July 16 are you kidding me… We are definitely never coming here again… Not impressed

Went to the front door it was locked and said drive thru only went through the drive thru did not get a welcome at the speaker there was no sign saying the speaker was out waited half an hour because we got trapped in the drive in watched them serve people walking to the window not acknowledging people in the cars finally the vehicle behind us backed up and we got free will never got here again after seeing other reviews it's clear the staff here do not care and will likely not be open much longer

Food and service were good, but it is closed for pick up in-store, which complicated things for us. We came to the drive through window at noon and they had just started cooking the chicken for the day, resulting in a 10 minute wait that is unusual for KFC.

This is prob my least favorite kfc by far, always out of things, half the time either drive thru or dine in is closed, super slow, maybe if they paid more then min wage more people would want to work there.

Worst ever they never have what u want half the time an only drive threw is open dining place to order is never open both times I ordered pop corn chicken with my meal an both times it wasn't in there will definitely be going outta town next time I want kfc

We arrived around 3: 30 pm on a Sunday afternoon to grab a bucket of chicken to take home, after driving back from down south. When we arrived, there was a sign on the locked doors, that the dine-in and take out were closed, but the drive through was open. We went to the drive through, but the speaker had a sign stating out of service. Drove to the window, nobody arrived, blew the horn and still nobody. We parked and walked to the window where somebody peaked out and said they are closed and will not be opening for another hour. That is not any way to run a KFC. Very Poor and disappointed. Not sure if the operators know what they are doing. Since we still had a 45 minute ride home we left.

KFC is not my fav but this shop does it right. Clean, friendly and the chicken was not greasy. Service was fast. I’ll be back. I really don't understand all the negative comments. I would hate to think that the negative comments reflect a small town's bigotry. I highly recommend this KFC.

Not worth a star.got told they where closed by staff but yet I watched them serve people in the parking lot. Very unprofessional. Very poorly run business.

Since one star is all I can give I guess that’s what they are getting there should be a ZERO STAR RATING! ‍️ This place omg not only do they over charge you but they rude on the speaker and they are always closed but when you go through drive it’s cash only and they don’t have half the stuff you want.so today me and my other half got some late lunch/early dinner and when we got to the speaker they asked us if we had cash with we said no we are told it’s cash only so we go to the bank and get some cash and come back the lady taking the order had a hard time understanding us it seamed as we tried to order two boneless box combos. One with a poutine instead just of fries we were told “no” so we said okay.and continued our order after she asked what we wanted to drink we told her and once I said the second drink she asked if we wanted two? We said yes two boneless box combos one with a poutine so again she said “no poutine” so annoyed I asked why is there no cheese? Not being offered an explanation why I couldn’t at till this point “yes! ” Was the response then we get to then window and we are asked how we would like to pay, so we I tell them “oh we have a choice now? The lady at the speaker said cash only so we went and got cash but if I can let’s do debit. ” “No cash only, sorry” why ask me how I want to pay if it’s cash only and why is that not advertised only a note on the door saying “technical difficulties, drive thru only” it’s a real shame we would love to have a genuine kfc experience again so we give them a try every time they reopen from being closed hoping it will be but unfortunately it’s always a negative experience. It looks like we will have to go to other KFC locations to enjoy what was once enjoy able finger licking good chicken. This PARRY SOUND KFC Should have its franchise pulled its cruel and unfair to have a KFC then can’t offer that satisfaction of just being a KFC and following the standards set by their corporation

Worst meal I have every had. Friday night I decided on KFC as McDonald's was closed. The look of the restaurant outside should have been a red flag! (drive-thru). I ordered a 4 piece meal hoping to have leftover chicken. But, unfortunately everything about the mean was horrible. I felt nauseous after one piece of chicken. Ruined my whole experience never again!

I was glad to see that we have a new start from the old KFC.
I discovered, this was wrong!

The mostly same crew, comes from the Barrie KFC, store, I did notice, there were some locals working in the store.
I returned upon opening 3 times now, to get a chance to have the KFC tradition.
3 strikes now, we are done with this location.

- cold chicken
- outdated salads
- very rude front line
- wrong orders
- improper chicken pieces 12 pc. 6 rib, 6 drum
- other buckets; cold & hot in same bucket, grease pit in bottom.
- most skin peeled off,
- appears reuse/re- heat chicken
- fries never same taste, soggy and crisp fries
it appears re heated mix, old- new

-Fridays hrs, not sure if this is a special day for this owner, but come on, close at 6pm, cause, we have to go back to Barrie, they not gonna drive in the dark?
- closed at 5pm, due to debit machine down, I guess cash, is not accepted anymore
- close 5: 30, we don't have a cook?
- our machine is not working, WHAT machine? , it's a deep frier
- was in drive through, aprox. 30 min, got to the order screen, I'm sorry we are closed now.
Rude rude, it's only 6: 55, no its 7: 05,
there were 5 cars behind me.
Who CLOSES, at 7pm, on Fri.
We had long day, and have to drive back to Barrie?
- chicken pieces, I have never seem before, nor figure out what the piece was, then have a piece, close to the size of half a chicken?
I think this location needs training, close monitored by head office, replaced, with a properly trained staff

If not close store, reopen with new crew, not from outside of area. Store already has bad reputation, why continue, NEED SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS, ASAP.

Ordered from here last night and I should have known better upon finding out that I was going to be the last order at 515pm and after seeing the list of things they didn't have but I was really craving a spicy zinger sandwich. We ordered 3 popcorn chicken combos, a zinger combo and a bacon and cheese famous sandwich combo. 2 of the 3 popcorn chicken combos were kids size (the reasoning was they were out of cups but, after comparing them to the one that did come in a cup, there was quite a difference), all the fries were cold and tiny amounts in paper bags and the 2 sandwiches were very poorly made. But we ate it and didn't call in any complaints (I used to work in the food industry, I understand some days are just bad days). My serious issues and the main reason for this 1 star rating is because of the food poisoning, starting about 5 hours after eating last night. The kids who ate the popcorn chicken combos are fine but myself and S. O.who ate the chicken sandwiches. I will never step foot in this establishment again. No matter how quickly you were trying to rush me out the door so you could shut down hours earlier than advertised, my food should have been cooked safely and thoroughly. I sincerely hope head office turns this business around.

Don't believe the line up. These burgers are so awful that I would not be surprised if the owners hire shills to line their cars up at their drive thru in order to attract business. Customer service was literally owesome as nobody showed up to open the front door even it’s 45 minutes after the opening hours and i went to drive-thru to pick up my already paid order which was placed 30 minutes before. Wrost service i have ever seen in Parry sound. Highly recommend if you just have extra pennies and high patience level to face their service.

Not able to order 4 piece chicken meal…stating no chicken, but could order tenders. Girl who was filling order, through it in the counter.
Asked for vinegar.no vinegar either.
Fries were cold!
Also staying they were closing at 630 pm

Absolutely the worst KFC on the planet. We have tried KFC Parry Sound a few times and have always been disappointed. Last time we Ordered a 12 piece bucket combo, all pieced were very small winglet in size, breading was soft and rubbery with a redish color, the worst part is every piece of chicken the bones were broken. Absolutely disgusting, their franchise should be pulled!

Wow usally you can expect to have a very poor experience on average here however tonight was magnificent not only did the cashier decide to charge us well over 50 dollars for our usual two person dinner that's normally around 30 dollars but once the manager corrected the order found that the order wasn't even made right the second time so they remade it get home and we are missing the gravy that we paid for what an absolute joke three times and still cant get it right I find it unlikly we will be returning to this location

The staff are super friendly and believe it or not we are from Angus and have tried the KFCs locally and will NEVER eat locally. Parrysound KFC is the best by far.
