I couldn't read the small print on the drive through menu so they gave me a paper one to use. Very helpful. Food was HOT and deliciosus.

If you like being treated like a doormat by a rude condescending painted reprobate, and being ripped off by purchasing what you thought was chicken turning out to be more indicative of a pigeon, then this is your place!

0 Stars Called in for a quick dinner on my way home. 3 people waiting already. 2 people in front of us ordering. I order, then my brother orders. The 2 people in front of us got their order, then 1 person that was waiting. I get my order, then my brother gets his order. 2 more people come in to place an order as we are leaving. 2 of the original people are still waiting for their order. WTH The cashier/clerk was having a very hard time trying to keep orders straight and communicating with the cooks. The windows in the place were disgusting - from inside it looked like each window had been washed with dirty, greasy water - it was unbelievable and disgusting to see in an eating establishment (or anywhere else for that matter). I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. To top it off my dinner was cold. Last time ordering from them. Management or owner needs to check on this store quickly!

I have purchased different items from this kfc location and I ask for my food to be freshly cooked and hot when I get my order I have yet to get my food served the way I asked for therefore I will never attend this location again in the future
BUYER BEWARE

I ordered pick up. Waited 15 mins and when I came to this location, they said they couldn’t find my order. Took 5 mins to find my order and waited another 10 mins. Not even a word sorry. The cashier asked my if I want any sauce, and she threw it on the counter. Rude cashier and worst customer service. When I got home, the chicken wings were dry. Don’t recommend coming to this location. Highbury is better service.

Allways problems with the orders and some of the new stuff is really rude. The last time i was there, i ordered order in the amount of 80 dollars, and when i questioned my order if all the food was in the bag with the person at the register, the one inside putting the food in the bags come out and started taking the food from the bag slamming the food on the counter all because i asked if all the food was inside. I thought i had ordered something else, and that was the reason i questioned my order. There was no need to be slaming the items only because i questioned my order she was very rude. This was a young new person.

Got to be the worst chicken from KFC that I have ever had shame on the people managing this location

Wanted to order a bulk order (over 100 peices) was informed by the "manager" they do not take phone orders in advance. Waited 35 minutes and they complained it was a large order.well ya that's why I tried to call ahead.nothing but attitude. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to another location next time.

Everytime we give KFC a chance they fail miserably. This was my last time I will ever step foot in a KFC. They are constantly running out of cooked chicken. How does a place that has chicken in its name run out all the time! We were told it would be a 10 minute wait but then they miscalculated how much they were behind after we had already paid. Now became a 25 minute wait. Will go to the other chicken places around here from now on.

Not a good experience. Online order was 25+ minutes late. We placed it online 40 minutes ago. Rather go to the highbury location, much friendlier staff and better experience.

Food was pretty good but the drive thru wait time was ridiculous. Waited about 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me.

Worst experience ever.
We had baby in our car and waited 30 minutes in drive through. It was only us in the driver through. Rude staff, rather being apologetic, when I said it doesn’t even seem that busy. She said do you want your food or you want refund?
I wouldn’t recommend anyone this KFC.
I asked her if I can talk to the manager, she started yelling and said, I am the manager.

Last time I was there a week or so ago I orderd the 10 piece meal. Called ahead to order had to wait about 5 mins. I got the best 10 piece bucket from KFC I ever got usually wing tight and drumsticks. I ACTUALLY GOT 4 NICE BREASTS COUPLE OF GOOD MEATY THIGJS AND A COUPLE DRUMSTICK. I WAD PLEASENTLY SURPRI. GREAT JOB STAAFF BE BACK SOON

This place was a joke. Waited an hour for my food. Which manager hands out all their chicken tender to another store and can't offer any to their customer and have to tell them to wait for their food for an hour just to get the wrong order.

Worker didn’t take the chicken out for the chicken sandwiches. When asked to put a different piece, I was told it would cost more! Employees mess up, why should I have to pay for it? Chicken place with no chicken! Lol rude staff!

One of the worst KFC outlets in this area. I bought two double tender sandwiches and a double tender snack combo. The tender chicken was extremely salty. I returned the item and the cashier said they can give a replacement of same item for next visit. I went back today because they offere the replacement, talked with a manager, she was rude and said she cannot do it and come back when the main manager is in store. Totally ridiculous. Such a waste of money and time. Never going back again.

Reading is very difficult for the staff here.
When it says 5x honey mustard and 1x plum sauce,
you will get 1x plum sauce and 2x ranch.
Counting is difficult too, as you can see, the 6 sauces order and paid for turned into 3 sauces, and the 4 piece box meal had 3 pieces.
Never again will I wasted $75 on an order, only to wait 45 minutes and get the wrong stuff.
Im honestly shocked I got chicken, surprised there wasn't burger king in the bag
