KFC

Absolutely the worst KFC in Canada. Food is always wrong. Service is always horrible. The worst part is that they never have the deals that all the other kfc locations have or even know what you're talking about. They're not a participating location in any offers or deals in store.

This KFC has a habit of failing to provide customers with their full orders. I've ordered using the KFC app multiple times from this location and there has been many occasions when a part of my order was not given to me when I got home. Needless to say I'm not coming back to this location; overpriced low quality chicken and disgusting customer service. Avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere there's tons of better fried chicken restaurants not even 5 minutes away.

Ok, KFC has changed the recipe. I know, I know.last time we ordered it was original recipe and it didn't taste like KFC and I love leftover cold KFC the next day and it definitely didn't taste like KFC. And the chicken pieces, well.this has been down hill for years. Small tough peices of chicken. If you have a choice get Popeye's bigger peices and way better. Its sad to lose faith if good ole KFC but I think the Colonel is rolling in his grave with how its quality has fallen.

I just picked up an order from KFC Manning and I want to staff to know I was impressed with there team work. Seems like a great place to work. I went through the drive thru and was told chicken would be ready in 20 minutes. I thought I'll come back. When I came back I was told Chicken would be in 20 minutes? Well I didnt pay and they only put the chicken down once they get the order. So I paid and went inside to wait. What I found out is I am from the past. The new world of online ordering is the standard today. Especially I was told for chicken on the bone. A learning experience for me, I just can't believe?

As a senior, I have attended many restaurants, fast food establishments and yes, KFC's, but I must say this location is, by far, the worst service I have received, period!
After visiting our daughter.some 15 minutes outside of Tecumseh, we decided to place an On Line Order for pick-up on our way home. Quick was not the operative word! Upon arriving some 22 minutes after our order, and receiving confirmation of order filled, we found it was not yet ready? After waiting another 12 minutes, we finally received. So much for On Line Quick Orders?
Also, I must say the meal was absolutely terrible! Chicken was dry, gravy would barley come out of container since it was so thick and fries, well, soggy!
Oh, I might also add, when I expressed disappointment with my order, there was no comment, littlerly nothing said? One might expect an apology or " we sorry sir for delay" no, absoluety NOTHING!
Needless to say we will never attend this location again and will, of course, feel compelled to warn any others that are seeking to place an order through this location to be warned of lack of service and concern for Customer Service!
Absolutely atrocious service!

Very slow service and understaffed. I was given wrong ordered items after a long wait which happened in two separate instances. So, better check your order before leaving when you ordered for takeout or drive thru. Staff need better training.

This place has to be the worst kfc that I've ever gone to. Let me just start by saying that this service is terrible. The people that work here don't know how to treat customers and also do not know how to do their jobs. All I did was ask politely for some extra napkins and the worker looked at me and ignored me. After seeing that I did not insert a tip, she ignored me once again and shut the window. This place is better off just shutting down or firing quite a large number of their staff.

Ridiculous wait time, at least on weekends. Be prepared to sit in drive through for up to 30 minutes. Great, fresh, food. Just not properly staffed and managed.

Takes longer than it should, staff sometimes are short with people, not sure if due to atmosphere at their workplace or what. Not organized very well. Check your order before you head out.

Came today to the store on Amy croft road, was very happy from the service that was provided by brandon, he went out of his way to find me the same deal that was on their KFC.ca. The food was very fresh and delicious. Fries very fresh, chickens not oily or greasy. Thank you brandon, for sure i will be back again.

Store was very clean, actually it looked cozy to just sit down and eat with my family. Food was very good, staff extremly nice and friendly, brandon has a great customer service, the food was made fresh. Thank you to brandon and to the cook. I left happy and satisfied. Recommend it.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. I told the person taking my order twice that I wanted orange pop and they still gave me Pepsi. On top of that, the bug crunch I ordered tasted stale and disgusting. What a waste of money. I'll never go back!
