It's one of the worst kfc to he honest with they made me wait over 45 min for it non of the kfc makes you wait this long most of the workers in there were on the phones instead of serving costumers

No manager on site!
Staff not trained to do refunds!
Better off calling head office for any proper help and customer service!
This location needs to be shut down, it's no good!

This place (379 Ontario Street in St Catharines) is a disgrace.
I’ve ordered here twice for pickup. Neither time did they have the chicken ready, even though the order was put in on the website and gave a pickup time of 5: 45. Today at 5: 45 pm, they claimed they didn’t have a cook to prepare the chicken. Then they said the cook didn’t come in until 3: 30. Then they said the chicken would be done in 20 to 35 (!) minutes.
The employees are rude and ignorant. They fabricate stories to make excuses for why they’re not doing their job. And I’ve had to explain on both occasions what an “online order” meant. I ended up leaving without my food, and have lodged a formal complaint.
Avoid this location at all costs!

Worst “fast food” joint ever. Who wants to wait 15 minutes.at least there honest and tell u before but still

Ordered online and they missed two items in the order despite me asking if they have packed everything. Tried calling them and reporting the issue and their lines are always busy. So frustrating and annoying. Such a rip off. Won't recommend buying from this store. Also note to owner maybe you should pay attention to the ratings now.

We went here today placed an order we were told it would take us 5 minutes for chicken. We said okay and then the person at the speaker just disappeared on us. There was no customers in store or in front of us in the Drive-Thru.

They made us wait 35 minutes for chicken scream how they had to make chicken But when we got our food home down the street it was all mushy no breading on the chicken 2 inches of grease on the bottom of the bucket do not buy from this Location.

Pretty dirty location.big place but pretty dirty.
Almost every table inside was dirty.

The owner needs to step up and staff this team properly. They never have anyone working the counter, hence why nonone gets greeted or their order taken. Tonight they had no chicken, no Flatbread and they never have ice in the soda machine.

Worst ran fast food joint in the city and probably the worst KFC/Taco bell nationally.

I feel bad for the employees.

Was headed back from vacation and decided to make one last meal stop atbthis KFC. It was shortly before noon on a Thursday when I pulledninto the drive thru. They did not have chicken breasts cooked ready to sale. They only had drumsticks. What chicken place does not have a selection of chicken ready to go during lunch time rush? The clerk in the drive thru was abrupt and rude. It's safe to say I will never stop at this store during my travels again.

Long wait many times don't have any chicken sold out how can you be kfc and have no chicken

I’d I could give less than 1 star I would. Drive thru takes 20-25 minutes n then the food they serve isn’t cooked or even right. Terrible.

After I paid at KFC St. Catharines Ontario St, I waited 5 minutes while my car was running at the side take out window. Out of the 10 pieces of chicken, some were quite small, and the 2 legs were quite stripped where the leg bone was showing and one of those legs had a little red blood showing as well. The large gravy was thinner and not as thick as if there was more water added than normal. And they actually placed 1 large box of fries sideways into the large bag causing some fries to fall into the bag when I lifted the box, and there was less fries in both boxes.

Honestly was terrible today,
I'll never be back there, not the first time.above it all didn't have what I ordered again.

Worst KFC in town.there are never clean tables and the service is beyond slow. Most employees look disgruntled. Avoid this location.

Really not happy with the service. My husband and i went. Was ordering plant based chicken combos and just wanted to upgrade the fries in combo to larger size. I have done this a few times before (in same location) and never had an issue. But there was 2 (assumed) Indians working there that made it so complicated, and had really inappropriate behavior, laughing at me. They told me it's not possible at all to have any different size of fries besides what the combo comes with? Very confusing. I cancelled order right away. Seemed really not figured out. Very disappointed: (

Ordered a 3 piece combo dinner with a cole slaw from the Hartzel rd location Came home to 3 pieces of chicken no fries. Called to let them know and spoke to a woman who was at first accommodating to finding out what happened but then hung up on me! Very unprofessional and rude! If I could rate this 0 stars I would!

Absolutely worst fast food experience we’ve had in 50 years
It took 50 minutes to get a 10 pc bucket after being told 15 minutes and we weren’t the only order like that
Once we received our food the chicken coating was soggy and dripping in disgusting dirty grease plus fries were overcooked
The person taking orders at the counter kept leaving to do drive thru orders leaving multiple people waiting inside also this person’s body odor was so bad we had to step away so we didn’t feel nauseous when he came back to the counter
The worst part was the absolutely disgusting condition in the kitchen and washroom
Food paper and boxes all over the floor washroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen in years even the debit machine was covered in grease!
Someone needs to call the Niagara Health & Safety Department they deserve to be closed down until they cleanup and meet proper standards

This food is far from fast. They will make you pay and then tell you to park ur car for 30 mins while they bring out your food

This place use to be great with service. It’s the worst now. Clearly the ownership doesn’t care about the opinions of the people that give them support. Their systems are broken and head office should shut this place down.

Ordered chicken zinger combo, zinger wrap and 2 loco tacos for $10. KFC over salted and tacos are a joke, we actually thought it was a joke. There was a teaspoon of meat and lettuce for five bucks each, they should have been loaded. Shameful, absolutely shameful, you will never get my money again.
