Awful at answering the phone, i ordered uber eats and needed to change something in my order, the app told me to call the store.i called 20 times no one answered

I was looking to give negative stars for everything but wouldn’t allow. Got food poisoning for this location me and wife, luckily my son kept refusing to eat thanks god or worse he would’ve been very sick. The whole restaurant and management should be shut down before some died or gets serious sick. I don’t know if manager SIVA contaminated my food or served me bad chicken. I will never go back to any kfc I think the health inspector should be going to every location to ensure safe and sanitary practices are followed. Disgusting everything about the experience NEVER EVER COME HERE OR ANY KFC LOCATION at they don’t deserve our hard earned money for their contaminated, spoiled and garbage food.

Chicken was mushy and had weird stuff in it, felt sick after, really dirty, don’t eat here

Portions of chicken were halved and over-salty, when I called to advise - they hung up the phone and no longer picking it up? They don't care!?

I asked for a chicken sandwich box and they gave it to me within 2 minutes, the tenders were small but the chicken sandwich and fries were hitting

Please KFC do yourself a favour and shut this location down! The incompetent staff are causing you to lose business. I placed an online order for two individual fries and BOGO popcorn chicken. When I went to pick up the staff told me it was an order for two fries, no chicken. I showed them the order confirmation on my phone and they did not honour it and asked to see an email confirmation which would have had the same info from the confirmation on my browser. I was understandably very frustrated and they had the nerve to argue with me, telling me they won't serve me any of the food I ordered. Had to call the head office for a refund, now let's see if I get it back.

Poutine has ample gravy. Container seems larger than McDonald's and Harveys container.

They have the special discount on Tuesday (around $3)

Fries tasted bland and chalky. The chicken tasted odd and the meat was 2 different colors under the skin. I couldn't even eat it. Tossed in garbage.

The food was cold, too salty and made with no effort. The only thing that I liked from this place was the cookies (which they didn’t make)

Customer service was great but the chicken is overly salty, I got a headache after eating it and so did my husband. I only ate 1 piece and the rest is in the fridge waiting for me to make a new dish with the chicken.

I have never been to an eating establishment where the person taking the orders had no ability to communicate and respond intelligently to any inquiry or even receive or understand customer's requests. Everyone I saw placing orders were facing the same problem and two left out of frustration without completing their order request.

I have ordered Tenders and dark chicken. Both were too salty. Unable to eat more than one. Kids were completely disappointed. Forced to throw the food. Won’t visit again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order was delivered an hour late. It was freezing cold and you could tell it had been sitting out waiting for a delivery driver. Even the gravy was cold. Worst experience with kfc ever which is too bad as I have been a life long fan. Will never order from here again. The only part of my meal that was lukewarm was the macaroni salad. Yuk! Tried to call the location many times and big surprise nobody answered the phone. Called head office and was told the manager of the location would contact me and I have still not heard from anyone. Such bad customer service. No idea how this place is still open.

Bad customer service. Was told wait would be 10 mins, turned into over a 30 minute wait. Another customer came 20 minutes after I came to pick up my order, placed an order and got their food first, I was told I had to continue to wait because they gave the rest of the fries to her. NEVER AGAIN! PRIORITIZE YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE ORDER THEY ARRIVE TO THE STORE. The guy with a turban at the front, blonde girl in the back and guy with long hair in the back need to get it together. No one should be waiting that long for an order. At least be honest about the wait time up front and I would not have waited. But don't say 10 mins and it turns into 30 mins because you decide to give my food away. Completely ignorant & need to learn some common sense. Whoever comes first gets their order first. No wonder they work at KFC, their brains are fried

Food was not ready after placing a big order, well in advance. I asked how long it would take when i got there. I was told 3 minutes. It ended up taking almost 10 minutes. Frustrating, considering I came 10 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready.

The chicken in the sandwich is ridiculous dry and hard to bite. It is as hard as brick. Chicken popcorn hardly contains meat. It is not a real KFC.
