I usually don't comment, but this must have been the most terrible fried chicken I've ever had. Overly fried/ dry chicken with inconsistent seasoning.

Threw out most of our order. Unfortunate

We picked up a BOGO and unlike some other customers, we found the service to be great, the quantity of food to be as expected and the quality to be like the old KFC. We ordered online which was straightforward.

I order food every thing is cold I think they make this food two hour before fries, sandwiches popcorn, everything are cold, I never go back this place, don’t cheat with the people god will see.

Literally the worst. Told me I couldn’t use a coupon for 3 ppl. I had to bring all my other ppl out of the car for them to make sure there is 3 ppl. Because its one coupon per person? And I usually always get it that way! I’ve never been told that. But the manger was rude! And he knows im always there getting food! They should change that stupid policy. Do better

Food was too oily.like really really oily.also some parts of the chicken were undercooked and I don't think they had properly cooked it. Also there was a long wait.probably took 15-20 mins

Had one of the worst experience while waiting for a pickup of an order. Waited almost 1 hour to receive the order. None of the employees didn't even care to come up to the front to ask what was needed. Even the manager/supervisor, who was a girl had this rude face when being approached. A genuine suggestion would be to hire employees who place importance on customer satisfaction.

Food order was wrong, again. Missing items. Items were only half full. Chicken was over cooked. Not worth money.

I called them to order a family bucket and they hung up on me, has this happened to any one else?

Always forget items. Always! Can’t rate no stars or I would. Horrible service. How do you work at a fast food restaurant and don’t know how to pack food. How? Uggh

I ordered 30 minutes ago through their "quick" pick up and I still haven't received my food. They're clearly understaffed and can't handle a few orders. Management needs to do better.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive Thru for a 12 piece chicken which seems to be the size of chicken wings and it was missing two pieces, It was dried out chicken and tasted awful. Will never go back. Too long of a wait for time.

The slowest drive thru and inside is just as slow, i waited about 25 minutes for one burrito.hire new people or something

Have been there twice after reopening. Ordered zinger combo both times and to surprise it was hard as rock and fries were hard too, had to throw away the food both times. Customer service, I don’t wanna go there. Looks like not just one or two employees but all of them don’t even have any clue what customer service is.

A valuable suggestion for the owner: Consider hiring employees who excel in customer interactions. These individuals should be adept at knowing the right time, place, and tone for communication. Additionally, addressing the food preparation process is crucial, as there seems to be an unhealthy practice of talking and spitting among staff. If these issues persist beyond my next visit, I may have to bring the matter to the attention of the Ontario health committee. When I inquired about the manager's name from one of the employees, she declined, mentioning that they are not authorized to disclose that information. Unfortunately, the manager's own communication skills seem to be lacking, reflecting a general insensitivity in their interactions.

Cold food. Small fries. No sauce. Won’t go here again and the lady in front of me couldn’t even sauce for chicken and her friend didn’t get cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks

They need to change their oil because the chicken is dark and tough. Which is weird since they just reopened a week ago. Service is extremely slow as well. I ordered online and paid in advance but they did not even start my order until I asked after waiting 10 minutes in the store.
The renovations look nice though.

Absolutely horrible! We have now visited this location twice since reopening after renovations.
The manager seems to think it appropriate to yell at the customer, now this was not directed at us but we witnessed the interaction from start to finish. The manager blamed other people from the outside delivery driver who only delivered what they had been given by staff to the poor individual who had to drive all the way to the restaurant after having his food delivered.

To us he was Curt and rude when we asked why our own food was over a half hour after the app we ordered ahead on to 'skip the line' with said it was done. During this time we had not been acknowledged once! Only after catching someone's attention and asking for him directly did we finally recive our now cold meal! Shame on you as a store and corporation for this shoddy service not only to us but the other customers who similarly had to wait.

Ive never left a review in my life but seriously dont go here unless you want to wait at least a half hour for your order i cant understand what is going on inside

Called this KFC location and someone with a very questionable grasp of the English language asked me if I speak English with a very strong Hindi accent. Extremely rude. Based on this interaction alone I would never order from this KFC again. Please teach your employees that it is not okay to speak to customers this way.

Waited over a year to reopen the Bayfield street location
I'm so very disappointed! Dinner time on a Tuesday, 3pc & fries, plus a gravy. Fries are hard, like break in half if you use a fork hard. They changed the gravy recipe and the chicken was greasy.
The biggest disappointment is the gravy, what happened? It tastes different and not a good different, it's runny, thin and tasteless. Not the nice thick tasty gravy, some tasteless watered down unappealing faux gravy!

Awful customer service and health and safety issues! I am allergic to pickles and noted special instructions to not include them on my sandwich. Twice I ended up with pickles! Do not go here if you have any special dietary needs/allergies, you will be told “it’s not our problem. ” Horrible!

Food was terrible. Missing half our items in an 80 dollar order, employee tried to get it right and I had to walk him through every missing item one at a time. We had taco ingredients in our chicken bucket. When we finally got almost the right items half were missing, personal sized popcorn chicken instead of a box, half box of fries, didn't have the correct # of chicken pieces.employees laughing at us and crumpled our receipt up and threw it. Everyone else in the store was also missing items. 40 minutes for food in the store.

Guy beside waited almost 40 minutes for two tacos.

Manager called us to try again and credit us part of our meal back, assistant manager was incredibly rude, didn't want to give me her name or let us order what we wanted even though we were paying the difference.
Still missed things from the order "talked" to the staff who laughed in our faces and threw our receipt while laughing about it. Every other person in the store while we waited were missing things in their order. Blamed it on training, just do not care at all.
Have made a complaint to head office.

Food was not good and took forever to get. It was disappointing and frustrating. Not recommended if you want tasty food and quick service.

Better be hire people who understand and speak English/ hindi / punjabi was at drive thru spoke in all three languages still didn’t got correct order
