I place a 80plus dollar order in I was missing a side and chicken. When I try to contact the restaurant for 2 days there was no response I love kfc but the way this going you don't want it in the soo

We decided to take a 45 minute drive to get some chicken. Upon arriving and pulling into the drive thru we decided on our meal and went to place out order, only to be informed that they are OUT OF CHICKEN. How can you be out of chicken when that is what your supposed to be offering. This is the second time we have had this happen. Never again.

Went through drive thru was missing items from order - it was a miscommunication - went back and they fixed it right away - quick and apologized! Very happy w customer service - may 22 2023 evening

We had to wait for 20 min. We made 2 orders and only 1 order was done, we made another order 3 individual meals and instead we got a bucket and we had to wait in line for dips and plates. The workers asked us to leave the parking lot because we were parked out front and was told we were blocking the drive thro.

Had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich
With large fries and gravy.
Fries weren't done and gravy was very thin not much taste
Lucky the sandwich was pretty good
