KFC

I just got a family meal pack from this place and am really dissapointed. Fries has sugar in it and the chicken is soggy. I dont think this is good enough. A total disappointment I must say.

Stingy on the sauce! I asked for an extra sauce for my chicken strips, but the server said they’re only allowed to give out two sauces for 6 chicken strips. I have NEVER, EVER in my life been told at a fast food joint that I cannot have an extra sauce.

There food is good and i like their service also ther pass my food nicely the girl working on drive thru is well mannered ne always take order nicely she is so good manager is good and solve the issues whenever i forgot something they are never rude i love ordering on this kfc nicely cooked chicken

I think they should close the KFC, i could see only oil in the food

Of all the KFC's I have been to, this one has the worst food ever. Chicken is so uncooked that seasoning is just good enough. Taste is absolutely dry and also salty

I could give a 0 I would, customer service is LAZY and if you order online you’re order will not be accurate and you will not get everything you paid for. I had a coupon for a 12 piece and got 8 pieces. Paid for dipping sauce on top of what came with my order and didn’t get a single one. No napkins or ketchup and the food was stale and cold.

I don't know her name, but she had really bad service. The food is great at that place. But that girl literally just didn't care. I asked for some cheeseburgers to give me Nacho cheese sauce. She said oh, blah, blah, blah. When we were about to go drive away. And she kept saying ha ha ha, I like what are you mean like, ha ha ha ha. We are just like ordinary food and you're saying that? And she's very rude

I just want to ask simple questions from these guys. Is this the way you serve the food to your customers? Who hire these kind of people? Can you eat this way at your home too? The owner or manager should hire people carefully and give them enough training so that they can understand that they are serving the food to the human beings, not animals! I was very disappointed to see this. I placed this order today. One thing more, when I got this ridiculous order from them I tried calling them on phone several times and no one picked up even a single time. They literally threw fries and corn salad on the chicken pieces. Even I guess they forwarded my calls because the ring was not going. May be the employees were thinking that it’s their home so might be after giving this kind of ridiculous service they were chilling. Worst experience. One thing more they didn’t give one item too in the order.

This location is so disappointing …the workers don’t care about the quality of the fiord. The food never freshly cooked or no basic spicing added. I stopped buying their chicken choosing to go to the kfc near highway 27 (they are fantastic!). Today I didn’t want to drive there so I thought I would try a couple of burritos. Bean burrito was thin and tasted like they added water to it. Only a spoon of rice added at the bottom of the burrito. When you see a restaurant with no line up at dinner time…that’s because no wants to eat there. I wish I had gone to Harvey’s instead. This was the worst meal I have had in a while…. The other worst meal I had was at this KFC in March when I ordered their 4 piece chicken meal. I won’t be giving them another chance.

Worst location. Poorly packaged with Missing items and not communicated to customers. (21/Aug).

Food was not great. The quality is not upto the mark compared to other KFC stores. It's an ok place for a quick snack.

First time in this location, and it was a really amazing experience
The cleanliness of the store, the quality of the food & the amazing customer service.
All the staff, especially the girl, was on the cash register. Tiesday, 25th, around 3: 30 pm, had perfect customer service with a nice smile.
I'm not sure if she had a name tag or not.hmmm, maybe I missed it, or maybe she forgot to wear it.

Worst place I ever been I waited for 30 min my Combo sandwich to be ready. I strongly recommend do not go to this place.

Service is decent, the quality of food is very poor.i bought gravy for my grandmother and it was like wet sand, the chicken was dripping in greese and on tuesday if you buy tacos they give you allmost no beef / cheese. (from taco bell connected)

This place is just 10 mints drive from my home and I just placed an order and it’s seems that they have made it in the morning and just gave it. It’s too cold and also no sauce pouches were given on side. Did not worth spending money.

Staff needs to learn some manners, I get the frustration they get from rude customers but if a customer is trying to be friendly and polite, please treat them the same way? Is that too much to ask?

I had an amazing day at KFC. Fresh plant based sandwich and hot popcorn made my lunch even better.

Was here with my friend ordered on drive-thru.
The order taker was so rude. And when i asked her why you being so rude she just smiled like she didn’t care about it. Very bad service. Never coming back to this location.

The person taking the order they the drive thru was so rude, she told me if i need more time come inside lol well i drive off and went to popeyes! Like who are you talking to? Very rude and unprofessional!

The customer service was non existent. The two times I’ve been here I’d have to ask for napkins, ketchup, straw and a fork. Then the manager that was by the front looked at me like I was asking for gold. On both occasions the staff just threw it down on the counter and walked away.

I really worst service i order KFC poutine and order some other stuff but this poutine is very bad it’s solid and not fresh I check with customer service they won’t accept my complaint and popcon chicken is fully bred no fresh, here after I won’t go any kfc it’s time and money west. Very poor service, not good test results

I can't believe how JUICY and extremely FRESH the chicken was so late in the evening. I ordered almost 10 minutes before closing time for the Tuesday two-piece chicken deal, and their chicken was STILL SO FRESH. This location is probably the ONLY spot that serves super fresh chicken that late in the evening (or I simply got super lucky). Very pleased I took a chance and ordered that night. And for the great price on a Tuesday, it was DEFINITELY worth trying.

Rudest behaviour by one that employee which she called she is Manager. As they made my order wrong, i just called for refund and she was so rude unprofessional and she doesn’t have any idea how KFC refund policy works.
