I just left with two twisters and I was better off ordering a snack one, came with barely any lettuce no tomatoes small chicken not wrapped properly and, it's just ridiculous

Kentucky chickens were very smelly and not fried at all. I have had kentucky chicken in different countries. But this was the worst. I told the manager there but he was very rude. I will never go here again. The toilet there was very, very dirty. I hope this branch closes soon because it hurts the reputation of kentucky.

Update: Visited this location again and *again* they forgot the order of chicken tenders on a drive-thru order. I guess I needed this reminder. Check your orders before you leave.
Previous review: Paid for an order of 8 chicken tenders, fries and other items, and got the order at the drive-thru missing the chicken tenders. Called after I got home to ask the manager to deliver the tenders to my home, and the manager said they would do it, but they didn't fulfill that promise. Check your orders before you leave or you will be ripped off.

Decided to try it out after months.what a disappointment! Chicken and fries were so stale and fountain drink was flat. Horrible.never again

Tasty chicken. Service very slow no matter what time you go. Much better than the Richmond Hill location garbage.

Worst food and service ever should have checked the reviews first.seven up tasted like nasty sparkling water, food chicken and fries were not fresh the only good thing was the gravy and ketchup.not coming back.

Worst place ever. It looks like they're cutting pieces in 1/2 and charging full price. Report them to Corporate office!

Just ordered the 10 dollar bucket. They didn’t know they had this deal then they did. They made us wait for preparation and then they forgot 2 items. Epic fail and they lost my business.

I tried calling so many times, and no one answered. Avoid this place; they need to improve their customer service or better shut down.
