Employees are too busy talking to each other. They saw me waiting but didnt come out. They were clapping, speaking in their language and laughing so hard. U iform was dirty and no KFC hat was worn by the cashier. Those grown mustach and hair were gross. One employee just refilled and drank with her own cup. Food was rock hard and all chicken pieces were breasts.

Ordered delivery through Skip The Dishes. What a trainwreck this place is. Half my order was messed up or missing. Spent $80 and what wasn't missing was really poor quality. Won't make the mistake of ordering from here or any KFC again.

Check your order. My takeout order was missing items. But the real issue here is that it took 2 emails, 1 survey and 2 phone calls before anyone contacted me and then I still had to go to the location to get a refund. Very poor customer service. I will not return.

Look how much sauce I got for whole burger! Meat is swimming is sauce I can’t eat it. Thanks KFC appreciate it!

Check your food before leaving the store. Looks ok, until you bite into it. Burnt and rock hard. Is it even chicken? Tossed out after first bite, no flavor, not good and extremely tiny peices fused together to make up for no thigh meat. Ewwwwwwe! I recommend the fries, at least you can't go wrong with something so simple. But then again, its KFC 870 Wellington St London!

If there was less than one star, I would have given you disrespectful to customers. Very bad service. The food is cold. This indicates a lack of respect for customers. Bad, bad, bad.
