I wish they had an option of zero star for review! Had to put one star! I placed an order for delivery! I waited more than hour! But didn't receive any thing! Either they can just remove the order!

Store is very unprofessional. Menu isn’t updated to prices. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t have some of the basic items that you can find at other locations on the menu.

Also has a Taco Bell.
I specifically asked for extra hot sauce at the drive thru speaker. I ordered 3 taco’s
Asked again at the window if they put extra hot sauce, they replied yes.
I got home to 2 hot sauces in the bag and a clump of 5 ketchup packs all stuck together.
Called to tell them and they don’t pick up the phone! Lucky I gave them 2 stars

This has both KFC and Taco bells. Friendly and cooperative staff. Have been going there regularly.however the last couple of times, I found it to be much saltier than usual and I think sizes have become smaller. I don't think the restaurant has control very this but it is probably a supply chain issue.

My recent KFC drive-thru experience was awful due to terrible customer service. Staff were unfriendly and rude. I won't be going back.

I literally just hung up with a woman who claimed she was the manager. I asked about the go buckets and referred to it as the snack & go bucket. (I wasn’t sure what they were called). She flat out said “no we don’t do them”. I have had them multiple times at this location (food was never great and was neither clean but it’s the closest to my house) with my kids. While trying to explain I looked it up in their menu and asked “you don’t do the go buckets? ” and she said “yes we do but you said snack and go”. She had an Indian accent and a severe attitude from the time she answered the phone. She didn’t want to even try to figure out what I was talking about about 4 times all she said was “we don’t do that”. As a manager I’m sorry it wasn’t rocket science to suggest something from the menu that sounds similar to what a customer is talking about to try to figure things out. Instead she got hostile and said “well you said snack and go” and when I asked her name she hung up on me and then put the phone off the hook so I couldn’t get through again. It keeps giving me a busy signal. As an owner of this location I would be concerned with her position in the company. Definitely not manager behaviour. She definitely should not be trusted with such a high position to run a location when you treat customers like that. Managers should go the extra mile. Just the KFC name will bring customers in but it’s customer service that will bring customers back to the location. With her attitude I wouldn’t be surprised if other people like myself now won’t bother coming back even if it’s the closest to my place.

Went through drive-thru around 10: 10 p.m, their drive-thru closes at 11 p.m, ordered my food and was told to park and wait for someone to bring it out to me. I waited 30 minutes and no one came to my car, then I went into the drive-thru AGAIN and waited another 15 minutes to get my food, wasting my gas.

As soon as I got to the window that’s when they finally gave me my food after telling me to wait for an employee to deliver it to my car outside. I opened the bag and realized they were a few things missing, I told the employee and he said because they’re NOW closed they aren’t making any more of what’s missing. Keep in mind I ordered 50 minutes before closing.

I asked what my options were for this inconvenience and was given a large fries for it, knowing that’s one of many items that were missing. I took my food and unfortunately on my way home my younger brother noticed half of the items were missing and most of his meal was too, I checked my takeout bags for a receipt and did not find or get one, luckily I have the transaction charge on my bank account to show proof of purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend this location for food. This is not the first time a situation like this has occurred with me, missing food, late delivery, uncooperative employees. The night shift staff need to be spoken to about situations like this, it only happens with them.

Asked for two plant based veggie combos they given one veggie and second one with chicken.ate it by mistake and realized later
Careless service

Wish I could post a photo but I just bit into completely pink/purple chicken in the sandwich as if it were just out of the packaging and needed to clean and cook it. Outside was just crusted. This was dangerously disgusting

Watched a employee giving free food to his friends and took his sweet time getting my order a paying customer.ordered 16 pcs deal and got 8 wings 3 legs and 5 other pics.

We went there for plant based sandwiches and were told they didn't have any buns, so we couldn't order anything from them. It's nowhere near closing time, you'd think they would plan better.

Ordered 8 chicken pieces got chicken tenders. It was hard twice fried. Food was worst I had in any KFC.

Very disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism by this establishment. I drove through drive thru with my family and was horrified by the attitude of the female worker taking the order. I asked a simply question and the response I received was very insulting and disgusting. I then proceeded to the window to voice a complaint to the Manager and pay for my order, the Male Manager nonchalantly showed up at the window, Being aware of the situation, the male manager decided to ignore me and slammed the window shut. I pulled into the parking lot and proceeded inside to the building to request the names of the staff workers, once again the Manager failed to comply and handed me a receipt of another customer.

I will never attend to this location EVER AGAIN!

Am pleading with the owners of this franchise to look into this matter and issue out a discipline to the Manager and the female worker who took the order. No family deserves to be treated like garbage by these workers with hawkish and bush attitude.

Worst cx service in drive thru. Ordered xtra spicy mayo dipping sauce on side they didn’t added it. Paid xtra for dipping sauce. Had to come back from work to pick it up. Never coming back at this location.

Very good location, clean washrooms and helpful staff. The hot wings were very fresh & juicy, very delicious & tasty, they were made to order but in no rush

I’ve been here a couple times. Drive thru can get busy at times. Otherwise, it’s a typical KCF Tacobell.

When the store is closed, the drive-thru entrance needs to be blocked. You don't let the cars enter and announce that the store is closed. You don't need to waste people's time. Please use brains.
