Waited 15 minutes for cold food and greasy chicken, $45 for 2 box meals is also robbery, my last visit to KFC ever, this franchise has gone downhill

Dirty place, cold food (they never offer fresh food because they fry there chicken in batches.that what I was told, and offcourse poor customer service.

Don't go to this branch even if you are KFC lover.

My 7yr old and i went on a dinner date! The staff were friendly and awesome, the food didnt take long, eventhough it was busy with take out. It was hot, crispy and delicious. The place was clean and tidy too. Will go back again.

Greasy soggy chicken with zero flavour. Not even salt. Don’t waste your money, go get chicken from Mary Brown a couple of blocks over.

Every time I come here they only have 2 people working and it takes 15+ minutes to get my order. There’s always people waiting. They don’t have free wifi and there’s little to no signal

Went at 9 pm, an hr before closing. Servers ignored me and after waiting 10 mins was told no chicken left.if I didn't lean over and call the server over I wouldn't have even been told that they are sold out. No care for customers, I don't like popeyes but I will grow to like them now

Avoid trying to order from here, they won't send the food and refuse the refund so you'll have to chase down your money back from the corporate offices. Staff has terrible attitude and don't care serving customers.

I went there this morning for chicken it was too early just open.there were no chicken but the gentle man that was there still insist to sell me something he was so nice to me
I had to buy 2 sandwiches and 2 fries I love the customer service I get I would give that gentle man a job nice job welldone
I dont know his name.but there was a second worker came a couple minutes later he saw me standing in there he didn't even greet me I wouldn't give him a job.so I never feel good about that I mean you walk in and saw someone it doesn't take anything to say hello and I have bigger son than him.they should learn to greet people like the nice guy that serve me.

Terrible experience every single time when i come her! Change have to made in this place ASAP!

I really unhappy with they are service, even they don’t know how speak with customer, this gonna be my last time to get food from them, and also India cashier don’t know how to be nice and respectful with customer, I hope this location KFC owner fix this problem or KFC will be loss they are customer soon.

Davisville and Mt. Pleasant closed several months ago now I must travel by TTC to get the food never disappointed. Great work.

DO NOT GO HERE! Missed food items, the smallest, dryest, ridiculous pieces of chicken I've ever seen! I didn't get one normal piece of leg or thigh, just small chunks of chicken I've honestly never seen before. On top of that they didn't give me full order. This place is absolute GARBAGE can't believe they're allowed to operate as KFC.

Rude and impolite personnel. They may lie on your face on what you want to order. So disappointing.

Twice in two visits I went in to order and was told that there was no cooked chicken available so it would be a 25 minute wait. Today at 7 pm and they close at 10! This place is brutal. I mean they only serve chicken. How hard can it be. The colonel would be very disappointed.

Horrible location. The service is horrible you can order your food online and it still won't be ready.

Ordered 3 Tuesday Specials, small gravy, small cole slaw and ate there. Found cold slaw missing when I opened the bag. Spoke to the Manager (lady) who did not seem to believe me. She then realized she did not put it inside the bag, retrieved it and gave to me without apologizing. While eating, heard her arguing loudly with a customer. I don't care who was right or wrong, a manager should not make a scene in front of other customers. I think she needs anger management. Also the place was filthy. Floor was littered with food, and a lot of food garbage was left on the counter as the bins were full and had not been cleared. What a pity as food was good and hot.

Made an order today for delivery Thursday Mar 2,2023 as my kids wanted to try the return of the Extra Crispy. First of all was disappointed that you cannot order the extra crispy as a bucket of chicken only. You are required to buy a meal deal whether you like it or not. Fine we ordered a meal deal and when we got our order a second disappointed again. When we went to eat I noticed something different than when we ordered more than two years ago. Some of the larger pieces (breast, thighs) was cut up and cooked as two new pieces. They basically cut up your breast and thighs into two pieces. I don’t know if this is a specific location Or through head office. Don’t think we will ever eat KFC again. Talk about cutting the cost.

Terrible service, I placed a big order on skip the dishes today to fed 7 people and they “forgot” to pack the fries. I just want to know how hard it is to double check the order before it’s sent out. This caused a big issue I called the store to complain and they told me to order more and they will send a free fries. What garbage service will definitely not be going back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would better yet -5 stars.
And don’t get me started about the customer service via skip the dish.

Just for a chicken sandwich without a combo the guy charged me 11.29! Really that’s pathetic. The sandwich was not even worth 9 dollars, would never go again

Ordered "Ultimate" bucket deal. Missing 2/4 tenders. Therefore this review is also missing two out of five stars. You might ask, but this math don't add up, they should get 3 starts at least. Good eye my friend I also took two stars off due to the exxxxxxxtra long wait time.

Ordered for Takeout, was missing $20 worth of food when I got home. On hold with customer service for 10 minutes for them to transfer to the store. Store picks up the phone after 5 minutes, then hangs up without a word. Happened twice in a row. Bad customer service.
