This place has slowly went down hill. Cashier by far is the worst. I won't be visiting anymore after two members in my family became sick. Not sure if it's the food or the bad negative energy from the cashier. If your food isn't made with care and the service was negative it already put a bad mood into your evening.

Some of the workers and chefs there are excellent. I've gotten amazing tasting food at this place before. But I think we got the worst squad during this visit.

I love it spot but sometimes you get people like this that gives you attitude like the person in this pic.

They are extremely busy due to the black friday sale (buy one get one free across the board

If you don't like your job, just quit and make way for those who are badly in need of a job. $10 is defenitly more worthy than this garbage sandwich (Famous Zinger) that I bought from your location half an hour back. This branch shouldn't be operating at all. Bad attitude staff, chicken not cooked well, the menu pictures and what you get is a joke.

Dear KFC, if you are not getting quality staff, just shut down the place instead of serving such an inferior quality food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Not visiting again and WOM.

The worst customer service I have ever had. The cashier lady is extremely rude and not nice to customers. We pay for the food, not begging for food. Please treat us in the appropriate way my dear! If you are not in mood of working, stay at home. NEVER back for business because of her service!

Such a bunch of rude staff, she must have missed heard me and punched in the wrong order. I told her she was wrong and then the cashier had an attitude and was arguing with me. I quietly waited for my order and notice the kitchen was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend this location go elsewhere. They are lucky I don’t have the time to call Public health and have them shut down.

The chicken is absolutely rubbish, tastes so raw, and it's half cooked. It's a complete waste of money. I don't know if the chef was in a hurry to prepare the chicken or its their style of preparation. The food experience was horrible, I will never recommend this place for anyone. The only good thing was the fries.

I received a plant based sandwich that was so hard it wasn’t even edible. Fries were cold! Waste of money! Won’t be returning to this location again!

I ordered - dinner for 4 ppl combo - coming with 3 side dishes:
Coleslaw, french fries. I can endure mostly but 10 pcs chickens tasting like overcooked beefsteak I can't.

I decided to leave comments and give this place a finger.aS it is like having McDonald BigMac that has a patty made of fermented tofu. Disgusting.

This place is going downhill. It used to be really good quality food and service, but now it is just horrible. The cashier doesn't even know the menu and they provide false information to customers, which leads to them paying for more.

One of the older KFCs out there. The taste was a lot better than the one closest to me. I think the older KFC stores seem to have better tasting chicken. At least in my opinion. Of course the best tasting KFC is in Trinidad and Tobago. Straight up

The parking lot and the store itself could use some renovations but the staff at this location are always very quick and friendly.

Ordered online for delivery, got only one Twister meal when I ordered one Twister meal and 2 zinger meals, but still got charged for the full amount, which happens and is all right. However, the service I got when I called them was just ridiculous. They fought with me so bad, this is absolutely the WORST you can ever experience in terms of customer service, she kept on telling me that on her screen she sees only the Twister meal and would argue with me constantly for a good 10 mins then said I should come to store and show her my phone, but I paid for delivery, the rudest person you can ever speak with. I just hanged up, she called back later and said she'll reimburse but I can't forget the treatment I got and the hassle I had to go through to get my money back. Worst ever, don't ever order online.

It's an okay KFC location, been there a few times in the past since it somewhat close to me. Nothing bad nor anything good about it. It's a buy to go so no seats inside and no outdoor seating. In my opinion if it did a bit of reno and add some outdoor seating it would be great. And the parking lot really needs to be repaved as it's in terrible condition

To the management: Turn on your air conditioning! It I so hot in your store and I feel so bad to your staff working in that condition!

I was there today, service was very poor. Chicken was ordered spicy and got regular, missed gravy that ordered separate. Overall very bad.will never come back

Otherwise good as any KFC should be. Quality is also good. But the front staff is a bit rude.

Had a hankering for KFC the other day and I got a 4 piece combo. I didn’t have a problem with my order but I believe the other reviews. The chicken was dry save for the thigh piece.

I also find KFCs portions to be noticeably less than other fried chicken joints. For 14 dollars I’d say this was just under worth it.

Store is small with no dine in space, but nice & fresh chicken.
Came here on a Tuesday and there was a bit of a line, about 3-4 people in front of me. For my bucket in less than 10min wait. This is how you know their chicken is fresh.

I ordered a two piece chicken combo only came with one chicken. Came back the next day and they refused refund or my one piece chicken very disappointed with this KFC

Every KFC fried chicken shop has different fried chicken standards and flavors. This KFC is one of the few. It can fry the fried chicken with such a crunchy skin and tender and juicy umami bone. Fried chicken. This store does not provide table seats for customers, otherwise it would be more delicious to enjoy the fried chicken on the spot. It can only be enjoyed on the spot in the car in the parking lot outside.
