KFC

ABSOLUTLY FILTHY DIRTY! Floors in the kitchen area were covered in debris and filth! The men's bathroom was disgusting! The chicken was inedible! NEVER AGAIN! Shame on this owner!

I ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich. It had to be the worst sandwich I've ever had. The smell was off, I mean, stale. I pulled it apart to find the which item was tye source of the smell. It turned out to be the bacon. By this time I had eaten half of it, I threw out the rest. I never thought a KFC sandwich would make me long for the old McChicken, with its chicken nugget patty, and brown lettuce.

Picking up my order through dt after 9 pm there was a car in front of me so had to wait 5 mins in dt and they asked me to come pickup my order from front even when its ready up front as soon as i enter store where the manager was busy using phone and laughing with other employees and handed me the order. Why can't they give me my order in window when they have time to chit chat with each other

I used to love KFC, but lately it has been horrible, the chicken is just not the same, the skin was greasy and fell apart, the fries seem like they have been changed from the last time, please do better KFC bring back the glory in getting KFC

KFC has a promotion running at the moment where you get a free bucket of chicken with a purchase of $15 if you use the app. It appears that some stores including this one are set to close. Perhaps it is to evade giving out the free bucket of chicken.

The chicken was terrible. It had no taste and the meat was dried out. This KFC is nowhere near the original taste. Not one bit of salt. It was so bland tasting I need to drink after every bite. I hope this is an isolated case because if every KFC has gone to this new nothing taste then I will never again eat KFC.

Couldn't tell you. Got there at 915 and they already locked the doors when it clearly says 930 closing. Drive threw only.

Not the best they break chicken pieces down the chicken is to greasy not worth the money anymore

We were in Kingston today; we ordered taco bell. The employee who took our order was absolutely polite, helpful and friendly.

Chicken seemed a little beaten up (bits falling off, holes in coating). It was ok and the service was great. Not sure what I think about this experience

Basically a teaspoon of beef on a $7 taco and if the drivethru is busy, expect to wait long if you are ordering inside

We stopped at your location on Saturday, April 9 to try again after the last meal was terrible in hopes it had improved. Not so. That chicken was dry and over cooked and basically tasteless. The service was fast but that is all I can say about this business. Unfortunately for you we will not try again.

Clean restaurant. Staff were nice. Only thing I would prefer is that they have utensils, condiments and napkins outside the counter for guests to use.

Not very happy! Was just there tonight to get a 14 piece meal that’s comes with four side! Plus fries! We ordered paid and left and started to check our bag and we did not receive our fries nor a receipt! So I went back and said politely we did not get our fries and the guy that didn’t not take my order says he was listening to the woman taking out ordered and then decides to have the nerve to keep shoving the receipt in my face saying “see no fries”
And proceeded to accuse me of lying about French fry’s! Note we ordered gravy so obviously we would have ordered French fry’s for the gravy. Just common sense that fry’s go with gravy!

Wow. I love KFC. There is nothing better than Dirty Bird. This location has super friendly staff and the chicken always comes out hot and fresh. The Colonel would be proud. I would have included a photo of the chicken, but I ate it all!

Very poor business practice, if you do not order drinks with your 3 piece chicken meal then you don't get fries. We are not impressed with the changes that have taken place since the management changed hands and will no longer give this location our business and we will ensure everyone is made aware.

Very dissappointed. I said last time I wouldn't be back but decided to give it another chance. Never again. Definitely not what it used to be. Ridiculously expensive for what we got.

The chicken was small and overcooked. One leg only had one side with meat. I called to complain and you can’t hear them as they cut in and out. I took a bite and though I was going to break a tooth. I will not go there again.

Worst meal i have ever had. Fries were reheats and hard. Some parts of the chicken were cooked to the point of also being hard and unable to eat. Will never go back and will share my experience with everyone

Who doesn't like food that comes by the bucket. The two-bucket special fed the whole family, and then some. Finger-lickin' good!
