Complete garbage lol i waited 40 minutes to get my food and there is missing items as well.and its too far to go back by that time everything will be colder than i already received.forgot my sauce, my macaroni, burgers burnt.waste of time, money, and food.

They gave me rotten corn, which was supposed be for my son. The chicken was very small and looked old and very dark probably from the greese. Fries just dumped in the box.and the guy that took our order appeared to be super miserable. Hope the owner reads the reviews, save your money go to Mary Browns.
We won't be back.

Tried there new nuggets, awesome, as good as their tenders, just wish it was a little cheaper, but what isn't more expensive these days

No KFC sauce, no forks, no straws. Still sold me the meal. Told me to eat at home or get a fork from Mcdonalds.

This location has been nothing but amazing when it comes to value and customer service. Will always go to this location vs upper gage location which is terrible.

The chicken near Chase almost like the real stuff. Fairy awesome brings me back to when I was a child.

First time at this location. Ordered a family bucket of chicken tenders when I got home which was 20 minutes away they did not give me any fries which was suppose to be included in the price. Will not be visiting this location again. Very disappointing to spend almost 40.00 and they can’t get a simple order right

The service is slow but that could be due to under staffing. Went through the drive through and the girl passed me the meal but forgot the drink, I asked for the drink and she didn't put the lid on properly so when I took it, it had spilled all over me and my car inside and out. She gave me a new drink but nothing more. A bit disappointed in the way that was handled. When I got home I had to clean the car before the soda dried.

I am big fan of KFC. In Qatar I used eat in KFC every other day. So, I went try KFC here in Canada. But I am disappointed with the test. It is different from what I am used to. Yes, the spice was less, which is understandabe. But the coating around the chicken was not crispy enough.

Rude staff no napkins unclean bathrooms this place fails what restaurant runs out of napkins?

Ordered the 10 piece bucket meal with 3 lg sides. The chicken was incredibly small and not one breast in the bucket and 1 leg that was so over cooked there was no meat left on the bone. Also they changed the fries they are seasoned and very salty so much so that no one ate them. Very disappointed won’t be ordering again

Service at this location is never, ever fast. They are friendly but are always under staffed and very busy. Owners should not take for granted the customers they have and be sure to staff the business properly.

Fries is so salty it's disgusting and now you get less for same price for popcorn chicken combo and fries.how ridiculous

We ordered take out and paid extra for white meat. We didn’t get white meat so we called and they offered us a free popcorn chicken. I have emailed since requesting the cost of white meat back with no response. Terrible customer service and we will not be going back.

Crunch sandwich was good, not sure why I was giving fries on the colder side though. I'm not 1 to complain

The bun is not hot anymore. Fries are too salty. I ordered spicy but its not even spicy. I ask for a side mayo but they don't have one.

Was there just as they were closing, the girls working were so nice! Just wanted a sandwich asked what should I get? Asked for extra pickles hot sauce- it was good! Beside the food, the girls working were better! Thank you

Quick accurate service. Online coupons so we saved a couple bucks. Staff were friendly and food tasted good.

On April 14th, 2023 at approximately 1730hrs hrs, I ordered a 12 piece bucket. I paid extra for white meat and no wings. I also ordered 2 famous chicken sandwiches.
When the order arrived, I checked my order and found 6 small wings and 6 tenders. I complained and pointed out that I paid extra. They replaced it. I then checked the sandwiches. There was barely any chicken, it was more of secret bread mix than anything else. I asked for a refund, which to their credit they did.
Thankfully I checked the order at the store, otherwise I would've been left with nothing burger and wings. An expired side order. I am very happy with their return policy though. They refunded those sandwiches instantly. I guess the onus is on the customer to check the order.

Popcorn chicken not even cooked it’s like play-Doh disgusting went in the garbage, won’t ever go back second time this is happened at this location. Nothing is ever cooked long enough!

Went through the drive through today at 4pm. Service was excellent. The tenders were perfectly cooked and the fries were delightfully crisp. Thanks!

Ordered 2 Buckets and a Gravy for Delivery. No quality check. Gravy wasn't included. Waste of money. Incomplete delivery.
