We met a guy name ryan he was polite but he didnt serve me good i told him that i need fresh and not even one time i told him 3-4 times and he said its just come out and we get the one which is like maybe 1 hour old and the drinks are not even carbonated and the ice machine is not working.

First the sad. Pop dispenser refrigeration was on the fritz. Warm pop and no ice. Hand dryer was also U/S. The good. The chicken is as good as you can get. Off peak times it's still fresh, juicy, including the white meat. And they've been consistently good since their opening.

The gravy at this location tastes like water. It's so bland.
I ordered 2 large popcorn chicken. Had to wait for it to cook understandably, when I finally got it only half of my popcorn chicken was fresh, the rest they gave me was old, cold stuff. If you have someone paying over $30 and waiting nearly 15 mins the least you could do is give them fresh food. It tasted awful. Such a disappointment. This location sucks.

The food was avarege the service was excellent the atmosphere was great there wasnt much people but for me this place deserves 4 stars.

They messed up my order once again. It seems too complicated to order a sandwich with no toppings. They forget any extras you ask for and make you wait a long time even when no one is there. They do this constantly. Do not come here. Go anywhere else. I am never coming here again.

Not sure how you can mess up a chain fast food place this badly. Place is always deserted, yet they still take 5-10 minutes to make your order and then still get it wrong even though you're the only customer there. Drive through is crazy slow. Tiniest portions imaginable too.

Is this a money laundering operation or something? I can't conceive how else it's still open with no customers AND a terrible experience.

I don’t know how you can screw up the Colonels recipe but this location did. Ordered takeout and should have looked in the bag before I drove off. Missing the dips for the popcorn chicken. The chicken in the dinner for 2 was so greasy you could have lubricated your vehicle. Never again. Especially with the cost of this stuff nowadays absolutely never never again.

Ordered chicken tenders combo, was told to pull up and wait, waited for 10mins and when I recieved my food it was cold and very small portion, no dipping sauce will not come back!

I payed 70 dollars for food and never got it.they wouldn't give me my money or new food. I called HR they did not refund my money only sent me a coupon for a free popcorn chicken for my troubles. NEVER AGAIN! I WILL PAY EXTRA AND GET MARY BROWNS.

20 Minutes after placing my order online, when I reached the restaurant, I was told that the order was not ready and needed to wait for another 15-20 minutes. Basically, I ended up waiting for 50 minutes at the restaurant for my dinner. Will not be ordering from this place anymore.

Fast service, but hard to believe a place that sells fries in Canada doesn't have vinegar! When asked the server snapped "I don't have vinegar " as if I asked for poison.

Me and my family waited in line witch we were next one up, and the guy helped out the drive-through as the manager requested? Be they had 2 cars? So it took me 15mins for my blood to boil and we walked out, poor management there, so we ended up and a better KFC in beamsville less staff and better service

Staff were friendly and apologetic for the very slow service due to lack of staff (expect to wait at least 25 minutes from entry for an order made at the counter).
Food was ok. Was missing a side from the box meal and there was an extreme amount of mayo on the sandwich.
Management has decided to discontinue potato salad as a side at this location.

Placed order online and had to wait 30 minutes for cold chicken bucket with 3 legs and dark meat, no white meat. Why wait for poor quality and cold food?
Seams the norm the last 3 times.
Won't go to KFC again.

Plant based sandwich overcooked as usual and smothered in mayo, had to throw a lot of out. Half full chip cup.

Came here for my dinner and bought the $5.49 lunch Box. I opened it and the chicken tenders were the tiniest chicken ever and hardly any chicken was inside of them. It was mostly breading. And when I told the guy about it, he tried telling me that's how they come. My sister had also gotten the same thing and her tenders were much bigger. I ordered something else to go and when he handed it to me, he said in the nastiest tone ever "there you go" and ROLLED his eyes at me. Not to mention I'm a high school student so I am trying to make my money stretch. Unbelievable how he treated me.

Got all the way home to Welland and 4 biscuits we paid for are missing and not driving back to st Kitts to get them obviously
