Manager was a young woman, I had a problem ordering through the app, she was kind enough to fix the problem. Popcorn Chicken was luke warm, looks like it was sitting in the heat drawer for a while. Like to thank the young Manager.

They need to change the OIL for cooking. Worst place I have bin to. The skin is very dark and hard! Can't eat it. Best KFC is on Parkdale.

I went 40 minutes before closing and asked for. Plant based. She said we have same oil as the chicken… this never happened to me before at other kfc. Even the entrance door was closed before the time so I went drive thru. Will never visit again

Food was okay. Went through the drive thru. Not very pleasant. I knew I had to wait for the plant based sandwick. It wasn't a problem, but when I asked if everything was in the bag, I got a sarcastic yes. When I got home, the saice packets were missing. Disappointing!

Dirty place and oil needs changing way more frequently, used to be good place but won't ever go back there

Ordered 10 chicken wings.
6 of them are recook hard like a rock.this place is going down!

Delivery service in this place is so so bad I have an order and nobody was helping me to get my order and they was just laughing

If I could give zero stars I would. I stood for about 25 mins waiting to be served then another 10 minutes to pay for my order. They were really rude as well

They dont care about other's time.everytime i come here to pickup delivery.i have to wait 15-20 minutes minimum.rest assured.everytime i wait.you will get 1 star everytime.gud luck

Went in today around 430-445 pm, as I walked in the door, I slipped and fell down hard on my hands and knees, due to the floor being wet. There was no wet floor sign in front of the door. It was off to the side where the floor wasnt wet and out of eyesight when you came into the store. A staff came out to see if I was okay and offered me a bottle of water and a seat. That was it.

They're never change their mobile or online ordering, style, you still waiting for your ordered to be package when you getting there even you come 10minutes later than the time they're estimate, the restaurant has no customers mean they're not busy but don't know why they didn't packing the the online or mobile ordering.

Worst KFC is in Stoney Creek. They are rude and they get angry when you order. They never have any chicken ready and they are super slow. Going to popeyes I guess.

KFC always hits the spot. Not regularly eaten but more of a treat that will last 2 days. Coleslaw is no longer green as it was years ago (lol). Staff I'm sure is trying hard but got the impression that they take your order, money and get out. No real friendliness. Maybe this location is under staffed.

This place needs a damm good cleaning.never been to this location and it's pretty dirty.floors look greasy and filthy.floors need a sweep and mop with a power machine. Owner needs to take attn to this.

I always loved KFC I still do and now you can get KFC half of the calories because they care about your health they make their chicken pieces half the original size for double the price enjoy
I know I said I will not come back but I did went through the drivethrou the cacher gave me the machine to pay tried to tap my card she said read the instructions first ohhhwaaaw now they are asking for tips before you pay

Horrible place will never go again, I have been here with my family and friends and both times I was greeted with horrible service and none friendly customer service. The food tastes like its been deep fried in none normal oil is most likely not that far off from the truth

Absolutely theeee worst KFC I've ever has. My mom and hubby agree! Will not be eating KFC ever again! Pretty sure we got reheated chicken and thats the 3rd time from this location. I went out of my way to go to the other KFC at Queenston & Nash but it was gone.
