I have never in my life seen such a dirty food establishment. Fries, flower, dirt, water, bags and loose food strung about the kitchen.

Slow pace, no rush. All people who are new here. Unsanitary. Avoid. Someone will get sick and sue them.

Friendly staff quick service. Unfortunately it's the only Taco Bell we have in town. These guys are doing an awesome job. Keep up the great work! You never let a stoners down

Where the drinks are warm and the food is cold! Stale fries. Rude employees. SHUT IT DOWN.

How are the chickens so small now? There is barely any meat anymore. Fries are. Just stale stuff tasteless mush. Yeah okay the gravy is the only thing still good here

The food was not the best I've had. And the service was bad. They're really understaffed and took a long time to just get a packet of ketchup.

Wish I could rate zero out of five stars. Ordered 10 pcs of chicken for 33 bucks. Got the food home and what we were given was without a doubt the worst chicken I've ever seen. We couldn't even identify what pieces we were eating. They seemed to be cut in half and mutilated. Every piece was so greasy and bland. No KFC flavor at all. Out of ten pieces we were given 4 wings and 3 drumsticks we think and 3 small white meat pieces which were unidentifiable. The location itself is so rundown and dirty. I think the employees got food quality training in India or Pakistan not Canada. The food at this location is unfit for human consumption. Do yourself a favor and save your money for chicken at Mary Browns. We will never return to this location or any KFC for that matter.

Worst kfc location ive been to, I ordered food online on Sept 20,2023 and the place was closed. No mention of it on the website or the mobile app, now I have to wait a week to get my refund. I swear If i don't get my refund I will pursue legal action, why can't kfc be good like in Japan or China, smh. Sorry for the rant but im hungry.

Popcorn Chicken Bowl. 7 bucks for a bunch of mashed potatoes, popcorn chicken, corn cheese and gravy. KFC Farmers Pie.

Can't get any food here after 9: 30pm even thou the store closes at 10pm. Rude staff they don't want to work and are not very clean.

Went into the drive through at KFC Lansdowne street in Peterborough. Terrible meal. The food looked like there was some missing. Big box with a very small portion. That wasn’t the worst. The food was cold and my pop was warm. No ice at all just warm pop. Terrible place to eat. Don’t waste your money there. A shame because other KFC locations aren’t like that.

Used to love this place before, not anymore. Food quality has gone down, customer service is poor, KFC standards are not maintained at all. Hate to say, but not going to come back to this location at all.

Worst food ever. The chicken was so soggy. French fries was not good. Did not maintain KFC standards. We asked employees to give crispy chicken and they said they don’t do any crispy chicken anymore. Worst food experience

Jhanvi is rudest of all the staff I have ever encountered here. She does not acknowledge the fact that the customer did not order what she heard I ordered. I returned the original item and asked her to give me what I ordered. Yet again she starts arguing. This isn't where you come from. FOOD- stale, slimy but touch chicken pieces in my chicken sandwich. They need food handlers course properly not like their Toefl and Ilet results that they bought back home and came here. Learn the customer service here in Canada. People are paying for their food here.

Place is going down hill, we ordered chicken sandwich and the bun was so stale it was rock and couldn’t even bite in to it…. Also messed up our order… $15.00 to eat stale buns

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Was very obvious that wings were old, already cooked and just dropped into the fryer for warming it up. Dripping through the package and very very soggy (within 1 minute of buying the food).

Never advise anyone to spend even a cent at this location.

KFC has been going downhill for years and after today's visit I'm giving up on them. Terrible, greasy chicken and poor portions with the side salads. On top of it all when paying by debit it forced either a $ or % tip with no option to decline. I used to enjoy KFC and now it just makes me nauseous.

I have been going here for years and while in the past you could run into some strange shortages, but now it is just terrible! Don't mind paying when you get a decent product but last time i didn't even get all that i payed for and both the tenders and regular chicken were all absolutely tiny! First time i have ever felt ripped off by a kfc!

The wait time in drive through was ridiculous, only 1 car ahead of us and waited nearly 20 minutes tonight. Won't be coming back.

Did not like the fact that we could not order just chicken. We were forced to order something with sides that were not wanted

So we Ordered a 10 piece with three sides and it was terrible. We got 2 small pieces of mystery white meat, 4 wings, 2 thighs and 2 legs. Certainly not enough meat for the price. Our sides included macaroni salad which was runny and tasteless and biscuits which was the only thing that tasted ok

We will not be returning to this location

Stopped in to get a snack for my husband and I. I love the bean burritos from Taco Bell and my husband wanted 2 pieces of white meat from KFC. When did 2 bean burritos and 2 pieces of chicken cost $20. Wow I have to say love the taste but it's it really worth it?
