They didn't see my skip the dishes order for 20 mins and then once they did they said they may not be able to make it cause they were out of chicken and that they'd know in another 20 mins.

The food was not warm. The mash potatoes are the worst I have ever eaten. Gerrard Square KFC is way better

It tasted awful! Nothing like KFC…smelled like charcoal and tasted like charcoal too! The worst fried chicken I have ever had! The quality of this food is so off that makes me think it’s not actually kfc but a horrible fake!

I ordered a 6-piece bucket and when it arrived, it smelled like charcoal! They left a piece of chicken resting on the warming burners and it burned. The whole bucket tastes burnt, like charcoal or a cigarette! Absolutely disgusting! I tried calling them to tell them, but they don’t answer their phone. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Sure, sure, the food was pretty good but it’s getting pretty oily these days, you can’t hold the paper bag for more than 5 minutes without it leaking oil all the sudden. 8.5/10 should come here, but the food is good especially the fries. Very flavoured and good seasoning

Just pick up chicken from kfc 8 pcs. They are dark, dry and one of them is just skin.
What’s wrong with Kfc now. Inconsistent quality. Very disappointed. I want my money back!

This KFC branch has the worst service ever. I am writing this review because this is not the frist time this has happened. Dunno why I thought their service would have improved?

The staff are more interested in talking to each other than to acknowledge customers waiting to be served.

Awful, the taste is far off from what KFC should taste like. I’m used to bad locations and KFC being inconsistent but this barely tasted like it had any “herbs and spices” aside from salt. Chicken I just saw them make, which I was excited about came out rubbery and tasting of baking soda more than a KFC dinner.

I always try to avoid coming here but sometimes end up doing it but this was really my last time I won’t waste money here again.

The quantity was less. As they had divided the upper part of the leg into pieces & when I asked for two pieces, I was served two divided pieces of the upper part of the chicken leg. Whereas in any other branch they serve one whole upper part of the chicken let & a lower part & serve it as the two pieces order.

Don't be fooled.
New dish: 3 pieces of chicken nuggets are only a little bigger than a coin, priced at $3.75.

People love to hate on fast food places, but when KFC is hot, fast and fresh it hits the spot. Ordered via the app to skip the line up and every expectation was met or exceeded.

Oh my! It's NOT what it used to be; their portions are getting smaller; they made mistakes like forgetting to put my fries, had to go back and beg for a compensation. The counter needs to be properly clean as sometimes it really looks dirty! Yurk!: (

An unreliable place, you can look at the kitchen, it is dirty, and the beverage machine is not cleaned to the point that I felt that the beverage machine was covered with glue, and the waste was scattered. A place that needs to be cleaned or closed to protect people's health.

Raj forgot my moms order and it sat there while he was giving all the other customers their order, even dealt with the uber when my mom was the first one to order and by the time we got the food it was all cold.

The worst customer service I have ever seen Saturday August 5, got my order wrong again, staff member tells me to speak more clearly? Try listening better also taco was broken and fries just thrown in the bag KFC/Taco Bell at 444Yonge st at College Park needs some serious fixing

I will give 5 star as staff s very good and the way people treat them is very bad… they work very hard in these busy location.those guys deserve medal

The guy at the cash register stood and brow beat to make sure I hit the tip option. I have no qualms in rewarding for good food and friendly service. I had ordered cheese fries which it took them over 15 minutes to prepare. I was beginning to wonder if they had gone to harvest the potatoes. I am not sure if the fries were even more horrible than the service. At one time they might have been potatoes but they were burnt through and through. It was so bad it overwhelmed the taste of what passed for bacon bits. I really wanted to ask the shameless guy who made sure I tipped to ask for my money. The Colonel would roll over in his grave if he knew his brand was being desecrated.

The food at this location is Disgusting! The Gravy is like Brown Running water from a Dirty water tab! The staff are Rude and keep talking in Hindu to each other when you have a request! This location should be SHUT DOWN!

I loved the food, it's been awhile since KFC hasn't made me sick to my stomach. The chicken is a tad dry but with a dip or on a bun I enjoyed it a lot!
They left me standing there awhile while people after me ordered and I watched my fries supreme sitting there for about 3 minutes before they realized I'd ordered them with a burger. The other times had pretty good waits as well.

Don't know why this place gets so much hate, been here multiple times now and both the taco bell and KFC food is pretty good.

Mistaken my orders with others for two times over the three.
It’s not the customer’s duty to double check the order is correct

This place can take forever for the simplest things even at off peak hours. Don’t expect fast food in any manner

The absolute slowest service I've ever seen. I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes while being totally ignored. 45 minutes total for 1 sandwich

Do not buy on this location. I bought 2 toony Tuesday and 1 extra fries, when I got home all I got was 1 small fries, they don’t include 2 fries that I had paid. And this is the second time that they did it to me. Staff didn’t pay attention to the customers order they are busy talking When I called this location no one answer

If i could rate 0 star, I would.
The food is terrible. It’s like eating cardboard.

The chicken here in comparison to Eaton Centre KFC is dried and way saltier. I think base on the way it taste the oil hasn’t been change very often.

Very good service the Sikh guy Sunpreet he is awesome he make the order very fast and tasty and his physique is so good his muscles are so hard I love it
