The customer service is awful here. There has been two instances where the short the food that is supposed to be given. Then fight you over it and refuse to give you what you paid for. I thankfully have been reimbursed by the company because I called and reported this behaviour. Always voice your concerns. Don’t tolerate poor customer service!

Terrible staff. Had placed an order online. Tracking showed delivered but never received it. Called their customer service and they said i had to call the store. Been trying to call them, each time they pick up the phone and then disconnect. Yet to see my refund.

The worst food in my life. The chicken is full of blood from the inside and is uneven. In addition to the flavor, it is a bitter taste for us. I will never go back to KFC restaurants again.

Don't bother ordering after 9: 00 because they won't have chicken. It's not like I'm ordering something obscure off the menu. I just want a fricken four piece box! You're Kentucky Fried CHICKEN for Pete's sake! That's like Tim Hortons not having coffee

I ordered $115 worth of food on August 11. It never showed up. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I called customer service that night multiple times and that week after. They acknowledged the food wasn’t delivered and I would get a full refund within 3-7 days. I’ve been told that on 3 separate occasions. The money still has not been returned. The store now isn’t answering the phone at all. Terrible service.

I wish I received my order tonight. I placed an order for dinner after a long day since I noticed the coupon for the free 6 piece bucket of chicken with a $15 minimum purchase.

I placed the order and soon thereafter I receive a phone call: a young man on the other end informing me there is, “some sort of technical error, ” and “ (they) cannot complete (my) order”. He then informs me the money could be in my account as late as tomorrow, which is probably not going to happen because it will be the weekend tomorrow and banks don’t process payments on weekends. (I also haven’t seen the money in my account as of yet)

To make matters worse, I was planning to use to use this money for dinner tonight and cannot justify spending more money when I haven’t received my funds from KFC back yet… I am beyond upset, and still hungry.

I just ordered through Uber and I ordered 2 combos that came with fries and we didn't receive either order of fries. Very disappointed. Also I ordered a side of gravy which is normally very good but this time it was very thin and runny and tasted terrible.

The food is amazing. But let’s talk about the real deal… the amazing staff these people have. Man I am so happy I found this place and now it is somewhere I go to at least 3-4 times a week. I even help in Sunday closes. I plan to ask the girl that is the manager out for a date and hopefully marry her and settle down in Norway or Sweden somewhere. We will have puppies and 1 kid of ours.blaze. I will absolutely love if this were to be true. I hope she stays with me and is always mine forever. Oh and.good food yeah

This is what the Tuesday special is now 2 dried up pieces of chicken that have been sitting for ages and this was AFTER I went back for a second time to get better food. TRASH! Fries were cold too, round one, sitting around forever and the pieces of chicken had really hard pieces on them almost broke my teeth. Do not go here! They serve literal GARBAGE.

Food was very old / dry. Bought a bucket and only eat a couple pieces from it. New fries also were not fresh

It was okay the staff did a good job they were fast and it was not busy and the new French fries were good not to spicey or salty they taste good

Went threw drive thru. Ordered a 2 piece dinner and a 4 piece got home and only had 2 2 piece dinners. We also had to sit 5 minutes waiting for them to correct cash register and to get chicken ready. Worse service ever

The owners that are running this kfc are cheap and do not care if the food is fresh. The fries are SO TERRIBLE you should be paid to eat them not pay for them! Over 6x the fries were cold mush and tasted old. Absolutely awful. They charged me 1.00 for a water with no warning and if you buy chicken and ask for dipping sauce they either severely limit the amount or charge for that too. Example a family size popcorn chicken- 3 dips. Should be four or five! But no, After that they add. 50 cents for each one. Use another location if you want to be able to eat the fries! And if you don’t like being charged for things that should be part of the order!

Terrible. What constitutes a chicken piece to you guys? Cutting one chicken breast in three and calling each piece of that a piece? Outrageous. A "12 pack" is more of a 6 pack. Had I opened the bag in the restaurant instead of trusting to get home and have a nice meal for 6 people I would have denied and asked for a refund. What a terrible deal. Do not buy from this place, they cheap out on their sizes of chicken man I am mad. The photo I attached is with minus two of the breast pieces cause the kid couldn't wait and was hungry. Such a stupid expectation that this will feed 4-6.

They (KFC) on Wellington and Southdale Road got my order right this time (not missing anything) but right now we are suffering from food poisoning and all of us haven’t eaten anything else. I am not the one to complain but I’m worried about others going through the same thing that we are all suffering from. Will not be going back.

The food was good as were all the employees too but the floor was too greasy and wet, the entire 30 mins we were there we had to walk really slow and carefully otherwise we would have slipped

Ordered 10 pc and sides. 2 hours later still wasnt delivered.called and canceled order.now 2 calls to the manager to get my refund and still nothing! Ill be contacting head office! Will never go back thats for sure!

Poutine cold no gravy, 4 pieces of chicken cooked on one side and very small pieces mosty bone and grease.
Only thing good wss the smores brownie pre-packaged.

Avoid this place

Every bit of the service was trash, took 15 min sites in the drive through to get a boneless bucket for the the bones less bucket to not include boneless wings, fries were dead cold, and they won’t answer their phone for two hours to hear my issues, save your money and go Popeyes

Ordered 18 piece chicken meal and literally got 16 pieces that were wings and 2 drumsticks no breasts and the gravy was cold

Had no chicken. Kentucky Fried Chicken had no chicken. No I didn’t go near closing and they literally had no chicken. I laughed. I would leave zero stars but that not an option it pains me to give them one. ALSO THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHICKEN?
