I wish there would be zero star option. I ordered on uber eats for just one plant based combo and they took 40-45 minutes just to prepare it and uber driver was waiting there frkm 20-25 minutes. Are you serious?

Chicken was not cooked very well parts are still raw soaked in old grease taste was awful for the money you spend you would hope you get better then this there goes 70 dollars in the garbage

I placed a order over a hour ago and still have not got it.this has happened 4 time now 1st time was 2.5 hours till i got my food. 2nd time took them 1.5 hours. 3rd time never showed up tryed getting a refund never got my money back and now this time dont recommend ordering from here worst service ever.phones always busy can get threwe at all to them and no no way to leave a voiceail for them to get back to you

My Wife and I stopped in here for Tuesday's Special 2 pieces of Original dark meat. $2.99 Very clean Restaurant and Very good Service. Portions are a lot smaller than Years ago. No Fries come with the Special.

Ordered from Uber this evening. Ordered the 10 piece/10 nuggets feast, a large gravy and large tenders. We did not receive the chicken pieces in our order which was the main item in the order, we also did not receive the gravy that we ordered. We spent good money and received half our order.

Disappointing and unacceptable.

Decent.staff and meal. NOT ON MAY 23,2017.at about 6: 30 pm the counter girl nonchalantly claims no more chicken. I look at her in astonishment, no chicken in a Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Chicken establishment at supper time in the city! I ask if any replacement for the toonie tuesday special. She nonchalantly continued her leaning on the wall and repeated no more chicken. I can understand a ma and pa eatery running out of its main advertised food, but large chains need a valid reason and a replacement value provided to the customer. KFC should take note and remedy such occurrences at this location. The location at cannon e and emerald serves much better.
Mar 2022, Tuesdays still called toonie Tuesdays, but it ain't no toonie at more than 4.00 a snack box.

Showed up at 10: 32 pm when they close ar 11 and was told that the store was closed. When I got to the window to make sure the hours were till 11 which they were. The girl game to the window and said they were out of chicken.not sure how a staff is running the store but corporate had better check your stores talk about running a name of a good company through the dirt.

Worst restaurant I've ever attempted to eat at! Will never return.
Had to beg for napkins and got one with a family of 4!
Order was totally messed up and chicken was all batter.

Placed an online order, went to pick it up, and they were closed even though posted hours stated they were open until 11 pm! I WANT A REFUND ASAP.

GARBAGE. This is THE WORST, most poorly managed, health-endangering KFC location I think I’ve ever been to. It’s close by, so I return about once a year to see if it’s changed management or if the quality of the food has improved - it never does. Cold dry fries, cold chicken with soggy skin, slimy salads, regardless of the time of day. Disgusting. AVOID.

I tried the drive through this time. I'm struggling with wait times so that's what I'm not satisfied about and also they don't serve spicy chicken here.

I'm kinda disappointed, as this location seems to mess up their orders, and when you get delivery for a family combo, you don't receive utensils, or napkins, salt, pepper, or or anything on the side anymore, back then when you ordered a bucket for a family u used to get paper plates.
Not only that, customer service is terrible Here, they are rude when THEY messed something up.
Disappointed.
Might have to try a new place.

The service is terrible and if they are talking or simply do not feel like taking your order, they go to the back

The service is not good, it seems that you are asking them for a favor, as if you were not going to pay for it, they make you wait to serve you, they are never at the counter, lousy place to eat

The so called bucket had ONLY white and dry breast, Not what we ever order, was relying on the mixed, dark meat, or at least one drum, stripped it all down to make chicken salad, everything else was good, but Will not be ordering again, not the first time our order was a waste of money

Really hit and miss, sometimes chicken is over cooked (very dark coating) sometimes bang on tenderes are tasty then sometimes tasteless. Its up to you.fast and courtesy delivery everytime though

All together horrible I wouldn't good there at all unless you want to get sick greasy and just not the same as before that goes for all KFC a cross the city and the next five in a circle radius

I went today and didn’t think to check my Order and once I reached home to make sure my orders were all in the bag and they forgot my extra meal. I spent $61 overall and called them back and they told me to go back and get my order
(they couldn’t delivery it).
So they just gave me a credit for next time whenever I go back.
Why would I need to drive back and what about if I was living far?
They need to say the order through the window once we get our food and how do you have 4 people doing 1 order and still get it wrong? !

Here at 8pm was told they ran out of chicken it’s now 821pm and still waiting for my meal. KFC you can’t run out of chicken this is the second time in a month

Ordered $61 worth of food.
Got home, unpacked my order and discovered an entire meal was missing.
Called them and while they were "willing" to replace the missing meal, they would not deliver it despite it being their screw up.
When asked how they planned to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to come back, they offered nothing. Not even a free fry. So because they didn't do their due diligence and pack my order correctly that I paid for, I now have to return to this establishment on MY TIME and MY DIME to correct what they screwed up.
It's garbage customer service.nevermind the FIFTEEN minute wait as the ONLY car in the drive thru.

Disgraceful.

This is the last Tuesday KFC is having the $2.99 chicken special. After years and years, they’re pulling the plug. So after years and years, we’re pulling the plug too and will no longer be customers in any regard.
