Ordered online! They took my money, but canceled my order didn't notify me or anything

1. After eating half of the big crunch realized it was uncooked. Returned got sandwich replaced.
2. Got home and found the bucket of chicken had hair in it.
3. The dining room was disgusting, all tables were dirty, floor dirty, kitchen dirty.

I have no idea what is wrong with the place, i think i will be calling a health inspector.

I suspect that the cashier selects the tip amount herself on the payment machine. She poked several buttons before handing it to me. A very quick maneuver, hints of long practice.

This location is by far the worst KFC in the city. The mall and south location are by far better in everyway. The only good thing about fast food is its fast. This location did not get the memo. The building is run down and always under staffed. The drive thru is designed so you can pull out of line if it takes too long, so your trapped. The drive thru times at this location has always been long but this time took the cake. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Unable to pull out due to design we were stuck. We got to the window. No apologies for time or explanation. Paid for our food. They asked us to pull ahead because our order still wasn't ready. 15 minutes later, someone brought our food. 45 minutes in total for fast food. Shame you. This place is a disgrace to the KFC franchise. Avoid this place at all cost.

Never been so disgusted with a bucket of chicken. What I received for what was paid is appalling. Opened the bucket that was purchased around 5pm to find chicken that had been sitting in the warmer all day. Never again! Mary Browns from now on for this cat. Btw, KFC has never responded to complaint filled out on July 22nd. Great customer service.
Would love to add photos but don’t see that option.

So I was trying to fill out the survey for the free popcorn chicken, but I let it go too long and the time expired BUT I thought I'd be doing a disservice to everyone by not writing a review. The food as about as good as it can get, so nothing worth reviewing on that side.but the guy at the counter, Ron, was incredible! I'd come back just for him. His demeanor, enthusiasm and attitude made my day. At the end of it, when he said "have a great day", I had no choice just based on my 3 minute experience with him.

Better than reviews suggest.

Clean store, friendly and polite staff, lots of workers. Food came fast and was well prepared.

Was not happy, should have known better as when I walked in it smelled of dirty oil, was sick with in an hour of eating.will not be back!

Staff need to be more customer attentive. Stood there for 5 mins while the staff chatted personal business. I had placed an online order, it wasn't ready, tho the app said it would be. They weren't busy, no excuse. When I finally got someone's attention to enquire about my order, they all looked at each other like they had never heard of an online order, then all started asking where this order was. One guy finally said oh yeah, and they started packing it. Started. At this time it's 10 mins past when it should have been ready. A few mins later, I still don't have the order, so I stepped up to the counter and ask again for the order. Turns out one of the employees had placed it on the counter, but didn't say anything, just walked away. Am I supposed to be a mind reader? Horrible service. Definitely need some employee training here. Maybe #kfccanada will see this and do something. Or maybe they won't.

Ron deserves a raise. What a kind soul, so much enthusiasm over my chicken fingers. Some people deserve to be recognized.
