Went here again Nov. 26th, 2023 around 5pm. The guy in front of me left. Then I learned why. They said I'd have to wait about 15 minutes for white meat chicken. So ridiculous. How could you not be ready at the dinner hour? Very poor management. I left too. Absolutely TERRIBLE service now that East Indians work in ALL the fast food restaurants! Ordered two 4-piece box meals and had to say TWICE that the 2nd order did NOT want fries and wanted coleslaw instead! Waited more than 5 minutes at the drive-thru window. Noticed our orders were just sitting there while one woman chatted with a male co-worker. Then she packed the orders into two bags. We get home and BOTH orders had FRIES! So obviously someone wasn't paying attention. I have a feeling it was the woman chatting with the male co-worker! I'm guessing the manager is East Indian too. Hiring friends and family who have little regard for good customer service!

Edit: Decided to give them another try. The food is tasty but value for price is gone. Paid almost $60 for chicken that is barely the size of a dipping sauce. See picture.the right is the chicken tender size (it should be called a chicken nugget) and the left is a piece of their dark meat. I zoomed in so you could see them.but the dipping sauce is there for scale. Seriously disappointed that this is what $60 gets you. I suggest going somewhere else if you want to get appropriate sized food for the price. KFC needs to either lower prices or get some bigger chickens.

Ordered "delivery". Waited an hour and a half and decided to call them to see where our food was. All they could do was put us through to the actual restaurant. We then waited on hold almost 20 minutes and decided to hang up and call the delivery back and get a refund. Horrible service each time we decide to give them another try. It's time corporate addressed this franchisee and set him/her straight.

Do not recommend this place so far every time I have gone I have gotten food poisoning that causes me to be stuck in bed. For example last Tuesday may 2 my uncle got me himself and my grandfather the 2 peace chicken things for tooney Tuesday and I ended up staying home today (Wed, May3) because all of my family that got chicken are now at home violently throwing up

Fast service and the chicken is done right. The only thing I could say or suggest is that KFC should put a bit of salt and pepper on their gravy and make it a bit thick coz it's kinda watery but overall the food was all good.

The food was not so good as expected. It was my first experience at KFC Canada, as I hail from India and the KFC there has more varieties, plus the food over there is more good. Service was fine.

The flavour seems "watered down" compared to other locations. Specifically, the gravy and chicken.

New owners are amazing. Food is super tasty and they are so flexible to make substitutions. Their chicken strips are addictive!

Had to comment again. This has to be one of the filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Windows so dirty. Floor was greasy I almost felt like I was sliding on it. Really makes me wonder what it’s like in the kitchen.

Waited 50 minutes to be told they’re sorry and that they only have 1 staff and that they couldn’t make my food, I understand it would be hard but why even be open? Just close or maybe let people know on the door and drive thru that your order will take forever or isn’t possible

Gross soggy old food. They don’t make the meals properly cause they don’t have all the stuff that any other kfc has (eg proper sauces for the twister and other sandwiches). Seems to me they cut corners just like there neighbors the Burger King. They should be careful or they will go out of business like the ones before.

I had the crunchy chicken sandwich combo for lunch. Very filling and well priced. Seating was typical fast food place. Counter service was fast and friendly!

Ordered the xtra crispy chicken sandwich! Wasn’t xtra crispy and had a small pat of sauce! Dry bun and chicken is way to thick! Yuck! Just as bad as Burger King next door! Waste of money!

Loved the food. Plenty of parking and the store was not too busy when I visited on a sunday night.

We got the order wrong and next day we got 3 popcorn chicken as compensation for the wrong order

No tenders for the fifth time drove 20 Km waited 20 mins in line to find out no tenders again worst place ever

Lost a customer for life! Who doesn’t have an open lobby at noon hour!

Burger is King, KFC baby Prince!

Since this store has been open we have maybe only ordered food 6 times but I think half the time our order has been messed up. Just ordered 3 meals through online order and only got 2. Call them up and they tell me to come back to get my meal. Not really any apology, no coupon or free combo or money back, nothing. So I guess the customer gets nothing for KFCs screw up’s. Based on all the bad reviews on here for this location I’m surprised KFC hasn’t steeped in and revoked the franchise from this ownership who can’t seem to get things right.
