This franchise has good people as added bonus.

The worst KFC of my life. Look at the pictures and compare them to the real chicken they sell here. Came in with so much expectation, but ended up disappointed with burnt and not so well cooked chicken pieces. Couldn't even finish the chicken tasting this disgusting. Doesn't even look like they are KFC chicken. Seriously, this branch needs to shut down for good.

One of the worst experience I had with KFC at this location, initially gave me hours left over chicken and when I asked for fresh one made me wait more then half an hour and came to know they give me the same chicken but dipped it in the boiling oil, then I ordered fries and gave me very old and stinky fries which I’m sure it went bad and when I asked for ketchup they told me they don’t have it and when I was walking away from there I saw that the other customers were getting ketchup….

This is an absolute disaster and not acceptable behavior, I don’t know why such people are doing business in the center of a mall whilst they should know that restaurant and fast food is a hospitality business not misbehaving and mistreating business…

I would request from the management to please check their food safety and customer service on regular basis as they are making people and the community sick.

I just came to see how many bad reviews this KFC got and it’s all because of their bad behavior and I don’t know why they are serving bad and expired food to customers.

I wish I could give this KFC below -1000 stars.

We had to wait for 25 minutes for the worst tasting chicken ever- very dried and completely burnt.

What happened to this location? Change of ownership? It used to be my favorite location for KFC. After today's experience I will never go back again.

This is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. Located in the food court at Conestoga Mall

How does KFC allow this location to continue operating? In all seriousness? Visit this location and take a look. This is what happens when no one is paying attention and there is a logo involved.

Ordered 4 piece Chicken combo, but we got Chickedee pieces NOT Chicken pieces! Spent 20 dollars. Worth not a money.

KFC is out of our list now. Maybe they should change the menu pictures to serving chickedees now.

If I could I would give -100 star to this branch. It was the worst fried chicken I have ever had. I came on Saturday for a take out for lunch. I have a kid, so even the food quality and safety wasn’t acceptable for a kid. The chickens were not fresh and they were burned as well, no ketchup or bun with that, it was like they just wanted put off the customer. I paid around 33.00 dollars which didn’t worse at all, I could buy Mc Donald’s with a lower price and fresh sandwiches to feed my family. Just don’t come back any more even if there is the only place for buying food. If you don’t have fresh food just say sorry we are ran out of chicken, not sell the old food to the customer.

Poor customer service. I visited the location on 11th may 23 around at 8pm and ordered 10pc family feast and got the order after 45 minutes. They gave the order to other customers with same original chicken who ordered after me. I was with my 3 months old baby and literally i got 10 minutes to dine in there as mall was closing at 9pm. I have to put everything in garbage. They were closing the order in screen before giving the order. I was totally disappointed with how they were delivering customer service

The chicken and fries were really good but the gravy was a little lumpy and maybe burnt (it was darker than usual). I had it a week ago in Mississauga and it was delicious.

It’s my fault to choose to eat in such despicable place, but oh boy! The food here is atrocious. There’s no taste to the food, it’s awfully oily, and the chicken pieces are the worst pieces, no drumsticks! Plus it’s 100% not fresh, I probably ate something that was deep fried two or three days ago. My dog wouldn’t get near this food. Health authorities, this place needs an intervention!

1 star too much. I have not been to KFC for a while. Went to the one at Conestoga Mall. Stood in line for about 10 minutes. When I got up to the counter I was told they jave mo chicken. Seriously? What kind of service is that? No signage whatsoever to indicate they were out of stock. Why bother yo be open.
