Pleasantly surprised! Hadn't visited in years. The Original Recipe was just as I remembered it to be. Chose 3 sides - potato & macaroni salad + coleslaw (all equally tasty). Staff were polite & helpful. Service was very quick!

The chicken was disgusting. It didn't taste like I remember. Forgot to put sauce in and gave us the wrong salad. They were very rude when dealing with them. Horrible place we will never go back.

Really terrible staff interaction. The small lady with glasses was extremely rude and flat out ignorant while taking our order. Not the kinda of service you would want anywhere. On top of that, it was clear upon entry that this particular establishment had not been cleaned in a while, possibly at all today. Will not be returning to this location.

The food was standard food, and the service was alright, but the location is getting worse every time I go.it's like sketchy as hell the amount of weirdos around that area of Owen sound is alarming and this time I was stopped in the parking lot for a cigarette and when I said I had none they tried to convince me to buy them some. I ended telling her to move away from blocking my car door, or I'd pepper spray her and that if she wanted smokes to get herself a job and stop trying to freeload off people.

Needed to order for a large event. Manager provided direct personal service. Recommended ordering through a custom catering deal vs many meal deals. Huge savings. Very friendly and courteous service.

Outstanding to walk in and see an owner helping an indigenous woman who was hot. This humanity I witnessed was beautiful today. Mav is amazing!

6 years ago I would never go in there, But we picked up a family meal and I was quite impressed places clean looks good I hope they keep it out

The rest of the staff besides the manager that has been there waaaaay to long and is physically abusive in relationships I would know got to watch her come home drunk and beat my uncle will not let u substitute legs for tenders in the 5$ fill ups because it messes up their count like I'm sorry if you don't want to do the managers job of keeping proper stalk to keep customers happy get a different job

Food was fine, but very expensive. I had their promo combo of a sandwich, drink, fries and my wife had 2 drumsticks, a drink, and fries combo. Just over $27.00

That won't be happening again.

Parking is very poor but there's not much they can do about it.

Staff was somewhat friendly, indifferent more than anything. But the food was quick and hot and reliably kfc!

What in the heck is going on back there? I just got a Chicken bowl, and the potatoes taste like they were made with water squeased from a dirty sock! They should taste like potatoes, not dirty socks. This is why I hate tipping when I pay. I won't be doing that again.

Every time I come here these guys are awsome! Always great service and friendly staff working here.

Had to wait 15 min for them to get more chicken ready. No problem I did that. So much grease it was not fit to eat. The chicken tenders were not tender. Hard as a rock and not fit to eat. Biscuits and gravy was ok. Spent or wasted should I say $70.00. For food that we threw away.
Will not be back.

The staff were very friendly, great service, fresh food, went over and above with how they served my bf and I. This KFC is the best one I've had in long time.

Good to see this KFC is now way better than it was before, looks like it is now under new management. Love the taste of the chicken. All of the staff was very friendly. Love to visit again.

Ran into an old friend was a good experience like always I enjoy the chicken tenders I'm not sure why but they gave me instant mashed potatoes that I did not order and I very much did not like them

Holy.literally the worst expereince ever.the fries were from yesterday, they were so hard, and cold and just felt like day old fries.then the chicken was also cold& soo soggy I wasnt really sure about it.spent just over 30 bucks & none of it was edible, not happy, I always loved kfc but this just put a twist on it forsure. Dont know if I will go back.

Waited 1 hour for my order to be ready. Was told by the employee that they don't have serve orders in any specific order. Multiple people who ordered after me were able to get their boxes of chicken before my order was ready. When customers around are commenting on how long another customer has been waiting, you know there is a major issue.

Chicken was more bread than chicken, toppings were no where near fresh. Staff don't seem interested in being there. Not clean
