KFC

Middle Eastern man at counter seemed abrupt and abrasive. Looked like someone shot his dog and he was angry about it. He clearly didn't want to be there and it showed in his terrible demeanor. Awful service although the only girl in the kitchen looked through the service pass through window and smiled. Everyone else in the building seemed grumpy. It's sad that it is the only KFC around.

I do not live in Leamington, Ontario. But I come down here to do errands in a small town as someone coming from out of town. I was waiting in a car at their drive-thru at this KFC before 11: 00AM just a couple weeks ago. However, their business hours should be operating. No one was taking orders through their speakers. My partner (not a girlfriend, just an acquaintance) drove up to their window, and it was just one worker who was doing nothing. We wait for 10 minutes and it is wasting our time. They should know time is money, and time we cannot buy back. Money cannot buy time and life is short. The average human life is under 800,000 hours, and we lost 10 minutes out of our 800,000 hours of our life waiting for nothing! Might as well have no customers and they can do nothing not making any sells of their chickens in every hour they can make. There is so much money in this world and no matter how rich they are as a big cooperation. You cannot buy time. I might as well buy my chicken next time at Mary Brown’s and it is a Canadian franchise as well. If you want to waste time and not be serve. KFC in Leamington, Ontario, Canada is for you. Been here a few times and their food is good. However, never will I lost my dignity and time away for nothing! Waste of life and it is worst than wasting money, eh. You only have one life to live. We end up leaving and eat somewhere else. If they cannot do business then they should not operate a fast food franchise like KFC. Poor management and staffs are not properly trained. Staffs should stay home if they cannot take orders and do nothing. Not happy, find somewhere else what they want to do with their life. No one force them to work at KFC or somewhere they do not like. Not to be negative, but want the best for them and their customers. I hope this helps. Value our time and and they can have our money. That is how business works in life.

After I placed my order, I was told that they had no ice for the fountain drink included in my combo and that I could get a beverage out of the cooler for an additional charge. They wouldn't reduce the cost of the combo or deduct the price of the cold beverage. I cancelled the order.

Went in asked for two items on the menu both were out of stock. So I left. The inside looks like you stepped back into the 80s.

Excellent chicken. Delicious, Hot and Juicy. I was nervous because I once got dry, cold fries at this location. My husband got fries and they were hot and crispy! Frankly, I was jealous. But the supervisor brought me over a free order of delicious fries and gravy. Fabulous food. We're thinking of ordering chicken for my daughter's wedding in September. It's her favourite!

Placed an order that went through only for the store to say it never did. Finally got our order two hours later but they were missing our popcorn chicken. Called three times to try and resolve this. Too bad.

The facilities are way overdue to either be renovated or torn down. KFC is by far the dirtiest restaurant chain that I know of. The location in Leamington, Ontario should have been renovated years ago.

Every time I go in to order the place is filthy. The entrance floor is greasy, the doors are black with dirt and grease and last week as I was standing at the counter waiting for my order I looked down ants were moving their eggs. I will not be going back.

I have ordered several time recently from this store and every time I ordered there is either fries missing from my order or a piece of chicken. I called regarding this several time and nobody picks up the phone. Once I got a chance to talk to an employee during evening time regarding this issue and she was very rude. She didn’t even say sorry.
Make sure you ask cutleries and napkins if not they won’t give you.

Staff are friendly but unfortunately very careless. They do not pack orders correctly and are ok with giving out old, soggy chicken. Make sure to check the quality of your purchase when visiting this location.

The site has been renovated and looks much better, still needs some renovations inside. Food is good

Every time we go here, they are knowledgeable and very polite. They ALWAYS get our order right. The staff here are GREAT! KOODOS to you all for a job well done!

Never get the order right. Never answers phone to correct mistakes and loves to send your food with the drinks/dips you pay for. The store is ancient also

Picked up lunch for my mother-in-law on the spur of the moment drive by.
Good food, brought back good memories for her.

Very small pieces of chicken, half pieces really. Bones were broken inside the pieces and kept getting shard of bone in our bites. The service was good and fast. Food was fresh. Gravy was very bland.
