Online it says it open at 1030 so I wen there and when I got there doors were open and stood there for 20 mins then someone told me 2 more minutes till open

In comparison to numerous KFC worldwide, this particular location provided an exceptionally small portion. The bucket contained merely 14 pieces of chicken, which barely filled one-third of the container. Despite the family meal being advertised to feed six individuals, the reality fell significantly short, leaving me uncertain whether it was intended for six babies or six adults. Regrettably, this experience has left me deeply disappointed with my choice of dinner for my family at this KFC

This store went above and beyond to provide customer service! I had ordered 2 Festive Sandwiches on Uber Eats and unfortunately they ran out of the toppings, but instead of canceling the order like every other store will do they contacted me and informed me of the issue and asked me how can they make it up. The woman I talked to was very polite and genuinely cared about making my order right! They were more than happy to make up for the issue and my sandwiches were perfect! I wish more restaurants would go the extra mile as KFC did for me tonight!

We love KFC.but not this shop. We came few times and the chickens were always too dry. The one at upper canada mall is much better.

Sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes, and no one took our order. Parked and went inside, waited another 15 minutes. Again no one took our order. There was no one in line so it's not like they were busy.

Missing items and terrible food. The chicken nuggets were 100% old and refried. Just look at the picture I posted. They were like tiny blocks of hard dehydrated chicken. All went into the garbage.

They really need to close this place down and open a new one, some of my worst fast food experiences ever are from this place.
Always messing up the orders, missing items, always late, never on time.
Hands down the worst fast food place in Aurora and Newmarket.
We work hard and deserve better, get it together or leave and open up the space for a better chain.

At the drive thru I was ordering got Taco Bell and it took a whole 13 minutes just for the worker to say just one thing to the person in front of me. I asked for a soft taco but they gave us a hard taco. Slowest service I have experienced

The food just aren't seasoned that well. The meat was flavourless, the skin was a bit salty

They had no soap in the bathroom. The place looks like it hasnt been kept since '93 (not in a cool way).

That was the worst KFC EVER…I know KFC in Canada is terrible but never imagined soooo terrible… so salty, fries were from like 2 days ago, and the chicken was like taken from the garbage… I will never get KFC AGAIN NEEVVERRR EVVVEEERRR

Fake Tuesday special!
It should be two pieces but they cured each puce to half and made it as two pieces!
We ordered 6 Tuesday special but all 12 pieces was less than normal 6 pieces
We wasted our money

They not only forgot extra fries I ordered but also attached picture is showing the fries bag they put inside the box and no one answers their phone.

The gentleman working cash was awesome, great energy and awesome sense of humour. Food has come a long was from when I was younger, was fresh and hot.

2023 May 1/5: Revolting and disgusting.

Chicken 1/5 - Utterly disgusting, one piece tasted like it had been cooked then recooked at a later time.all pieces needed seasoning including SALT

Fries 1/5 - Limp sad fries that needed salt and seasoning

Speed 2/5 - 7 minutes when only one car in front of me and they only had a one normal size bag order is ridiculously long, especially when the food was so bad.

Customer service 4/5 - Nice lady, a bit thick in terms of her accent (so hard to hear at times over the drive thru - only reason not a 5) but a very pleasant person.

Worst experience ever. Staff is not trained to handle busy operation. Waiting in line for 30min before my order is taken. Staff is rude when i asked how much longer do i have to wait before my order to be taken.

Also, pricing is off between the menu and the system.

It used to be a great location! Not anymore. Ordered an 18 piece bucket and got dry as desert meat covered in 2 inches of 6 hour old crunch. This is one of those times where I thought of driving back and returning. I hope other locations do not discourage customers. Never again this location

I asked for them to hold my order so I could go get cash. Even though I asked for a few minutes before that to sort out my card she’s said fine. They said ok to holding my order. Should have knew something was up when she repeated what I said then agreed. Gave away my order, and said they were busy so I had to wait 13 minutes. That cause they had Uber and drive thru and pick up. That’s not my fault. If I asked and you said ok, at that point I should have been told that. The order could have been prepped again. But no. After getting frustrated, explaining I had no other time at that point and it was zero customer service, the girl behind the counter tells me as I’m walking off “go home. ” I said something to that trust me. And she kept going. If you want disrespect go here. But they clearly fail to realize there’s more fast food places in Newmarket. RIDICULOUS

Quality has gone down significantly. Grabbing KFC used to be a real treat. Last couple of visits, the chicken has been really over cooked and mostly bones with very little meat.
