Twice ordered bucket original chicken got crispy that was starting to dry out. Plus very unfriendly atmosphere.

For a expensive twister wrap this is what I got. Barely any lettuce, no tomatoes. I go back in and ask for more lettuce, she says of course, comes back with a twister with no lettuce. I said no. I want lettuce.and tomatoes it comes with and she said we have no tomatoes and I can see there’s lettuce on your wrap. I really had no idea how to answer her, the sandwich is not cheap to be doing this to customers. It’s just small chicken on a wrap.

This is my go to KFC for Niagara Falls as they are usually really fast in delivery. Sometimes there has been a mix up in order but they have always corrected it, albeit sometimes with a long wait time. KFC overall is getting pricier.

I've since revised my review and now place the Lundys Lane location as my go to for KFC. 3 times in a row now they have left out items from the order & taken over an hr for delivery. They also try to just put a credit instead of delivering the item and take at least 45 mins to deliver it. Sorry but having years of customer service experience more effort should be being made when it's the restaurants mix up, if i was good with having a side dish missing for my family of 6 I wouldn't have ordered it in the 1st place. So disappointed in this location.

As an Uber driver, I don't like picking up from here because their employees are very slow, aggressive and they make us wait and cancel the order whenever they want. Whoever owns this place does not care about their employees

Just as the employees here work for a living, we also work for a living. I think they see these employees as a family business here, so please either do your job or pay attention to the drivers.

If you continue to treat drivers this way, friends will refuse to take orders from there.

The gravy tastes like s. T here. I don't think they have any idea how to make it. I tryed the place one more time cuz it closes to my house. I'm not waisting my time again here. After you see the pictures. This is not KFC. Do they ever change there oil. The taste was terrible. This Place don't care about there customers. Not sure. But I always thought customers come first. Not here the lady that was at the till started arguing with my wife and then went on to tell her friend in here language and thought my wife did not understand Indian. This place should be shut down. What a joke. Was there today October Tuesday 2023 and ordered two specials. I was ask just chicken. She told me $2.99 for the chicken and $1.50 for fry. Give me a break. That's not a special. I will not go back to this location.

Terrible service AVIOD THIS PLACE- took 10 minutes to get first contact service - 1 person in restaurant to service drivethrough and cash. Quality of food is poor - chicken pieces are "tiny" overcooked- fries are like cardboard over salted. Someone should tell the lazy franchisee to get his but into the store and try working there to improve service and food.

If you like finding hair in your food ORDER from here. If you don't enjoy hair in your food then DO NOT ORDER from this location. This is the second time I have got hair In my food from this location. Disgusting.black hair in the middle of the gravy. Update these filthy liars called me the night of the 27th told me to come in for a full refund I came back a day later as my wife had surgery the next day. I can't refund you we just opened I don't have enough money in the till? I paid visa.return it to my visa.oh we can't do that would be suspicious the guy says!? !

Garbage food. Things you can expect from here. Dry/old chicken, cold fries or hair in your chicken or gravy.

Totally low standard service.i had a order for skip the dishes delivery they wasted my 20 minutes and this is not the first time always they ask to wait for the food order, slowest service ever

I have been eating KFC with pleasure for a long time, but what I don't understand is why the wing and burger meat sauces are different, they were very oily and very bad. The employees were attentive. But I will not eat from this brand for a long time.

Whole chicken cut into pieces, deep fried without kfc sauce, It's a disgraceful place, definitely not KFC quality

Its 50/50 for me. Food and service. It depends who the person is taking your order. I dont like the fries of KFC anymore they put rock salt and its really salty. I like the original before. I dont recommend the fries. Chicken pcs are small. You dont get what you paid for anymore.

Be careful here, low on staffing, while waiting for order, man came in with mt pop bottles, went and filled them up and walked out, very strange. Got home and was missing the fries I ordered with rest. Check the bags before leaving.

I went to the drive thru in July 2023 at KFC on Dorchester rd, Niagara Falls, Ontario but they did not give me first come first serve. The man told me to wait in the parking lot for my 10 piece, large fries and large coleslaw and did not give me a receipt. I waited in the parking lot for less than 1 minute to drive back in order to get my receipt and there were 2 cars in front of me that got their orders at normal usual timing. I asked if my order was ready and also asked for my receipt. After I asked, the man printed out my receipt and with the help of a woman they quickly packaged my order and gave it to me. When the man first told me to wait in the parking lot there was no cars behind me. Why didn't he have we wait at that side window then those 2 cars could of waited behind so that way I get first come first serve? So many times when I go to drive thrus everywhere I very often wait in my car as cars get their orders, why couldn't this KFC location do that for me?

Unfortunately the order is hit and miss to get it correct. Getting frustrated and glad they are changing their fries which taste like cardboard right now.

The worst thing if you don't want to wait more than 40 minutes for two wings and a hamburger, don't come, and the rudest employees you can find

Fries were warm and chewy. Cost me 33$ for 6 bits of chicken and fries. Talk about a complete ripoff

Quick stop to eat on our way into Niagara. Had to wait about five minutes before we were greeted at the register, despite being acknowledged by the person at the drive thru window.

Awful customer service. Cashier barely speaks English and then argued with me after she got my order wrong. Hire some people who know how to communicate, never going back there.

They so cheap they can't get real hot sauce instead they serving toco Bell salsa, yall need to stop being cheap

The people were rushed and panicked yet there was no one inside and 2 cars in drive through. The gravy was cold and lumpy. The fries were cold. The side order of macaroni salad was the size of a bottle cap. I asked for an extra piece of dark meat and they gave me the tiniest drumstick in chicken history. The Colonel is turning over in his grave!
