KFC

Chicken was extremely greasy. Felt nauseous after eating it. KFC was never like this, really disappointed.just went by today, extremely lousy customer service.

I took a bite of the chicken burger with coleslaw, I ended up finding a finger nail in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and never buying from KFC again.

Quick service but not a place you would ever want to eat in. In fact a previous patron seemed to have come across the same thought and left a half eaten meal strewn (or perhaps threw up) across the table which the staff seemed to have no interest in clearing up even though we brought it to their attention. This location and brand reminds me of all the times in my life I should have made better choices to avoid spending $40 on a bucket of chicken. The crispy chicken was so full of batter, I couldn’t tell whether I was eating a funnel cake or a chicken ball triple-fried in tempura batter. The amount of grease left on my lips after this meal will allow me to forego any lip moisturizer balm for another 3 months at least.

The chicken here is terrible. Super dry, way too salty, and it seems like they fried the chicken twice. Go buy fried chicken somewhere else.

Cool people work there with great respect. They work with customers if you do want certain pieces of meat. I recommend

I try so many times to give this place a chance I can't. Each time I go something goes wrong. Gravy doesn't taste fresh, chicken is over cooked, missing items and the list goes on. I keep coming to this one because it's close to home but I think I rather drive the extra 10mins to go to another location.

The food was prepared quickly but when I got home I realized why. My 4pc combo consisted of 4 small pcs of chicken with barley any meat on them and 1 side, the poutine was drowned in gravy to the point that it was basically soup with some fries and cheese curds. Not impressed at all.

Don't waste your time&money with this tasteless chicken.do you guys still use the secret spice blend? Cause I didn't even taste salt. They used to have spicy chicken which was amazing but like anything good, it got pulled. Let's not even mention the horrible fries. Take the 5 mins and drive over to Popeyes.

Food was fine. It's KFC so it was what I expected. I went in store for my order. The store was empty so I walked up to the cashier. Let me be clear I'm not leaving this review to get anybody fired I think this is a good time to educate. When I approached the cashier she barely looked at me and she definitely did not say a word. Not a hello, not a can i take your order, nothing. I literally had to ask, are you ready to take my order. Honestly, it just makes me sad to see a young person put such little effort in to their job. When the total price was ready to be paid, still not a word. I had to initiate every moment of conversation. At the end of the order when my food is ready i said thank you very much, have a good night. I think her reply was, "ok bye". Please just try to put the slightest bit of effort.

KFC at Keele & Lawrence is horrible, such a disappointment, food is ALWAYS stale, the fries are very old and dry, the hot wings stale and the gravy is disgusting, gravy doesn’t even taste like it should, tastes like a vegetable gravy blah. I thought maybe this was a one off, even though I’ve gone back a few times in the hopes it would be better but nope. It’s like they just reheated everything and didn’t change the oil. This location used to be soooo good but now it’s gone down hill. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now the KFC at Jane & Wilson is THE BEST! Food is fresh, fries aren’t stale and gravy actually taste like the kfc gravy should taste and not pure vegetable base.

I had a coupon for for 2 can share bucket they said there is different prices for ordering online and ordering in-store which is B-S they also didn't give the popcorn chicken instead they gave me chicken wings and stale fries I contacted customer support which was also 1 star KFC fix up

The bacon lover sandwich was good but the chicken was not made fresh. It wasn't hot and had way too much Mayo.
