The door on this KFC is really hard to open it has been for the last year or so I have seen people leave because they thought it was closed some one should take a look at it

If I can put zero I would they were out of chicken all they sell is Check In how are they open if they don’t have chicken

Sucks! Did an online order, and they didn't even read the note. What's the point of the option? Also, learn to take your time preparing a burger, not slap a chicken on the bread, and give it to the customer. Thanks

Ordered a 12 peice bucket and got 11 wings and 1 drumb stick, also chicken was way overdone, as chewy as beef jerky, Just terrible…

This is the worst KFC in town. Chicken is always overcooked, dry and sometimes even smells bad.

I bought food and they won’t let me use my receipt to get the free popcorn chicken even though it says on the receipt if you fight a review you’ll get a free popcorn chicken

Tried the Tuesday 2 pc for 2.99$ these pieces were so small I thought they were from a chic. I have had more meat on chicken wings. Will not go back

The service was good. That's it. The one star is for the service ALONE. The food is terrible. The "extra crispy chicken" has zero flavour. It's not even salty, just dripping in flavourless grease. The skin was inedible - literally tasted like deep fried paper or something. What happened to "11 herbs and spices"? The fries tasted like shoestring supermarket fries cooked in a home oven. The coleslaw is disgustingly bland and sweet. The macaroni salad tastes like some putrid combination of wallpaper paste, latex paint and something raunchy. We ended up throwing out most of this meal. The chicken, at least, hiding under the abominable coating, was cooked. We salvaged as much of it as we could and will make a casserole with it at a later date. What a wholesale disappointment. Never again. KFC is not worth the money or risk. The place needs to go out of business permanently or, at the very least, replace its entire corporate leadership and try again. Mary Browns, Popeye's, Church's Chicken and yes, even Swiss Chalet, are light years better than KFC. Don't waste your money.

The food here used to be ok. I have tried the chicken twice this year and it's awful. Not to mention they give you a lot of battered bones, back pieces. Barely even looks like chicken. I paid $30 for a 10 piece of slop. Beyond disappointed.
Server was very nice tho.

Just had a 3 piece. The worst. Overcooked, dry, coating almost burnt. Used to really like the crust. This was awful. Waste of money. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

Ordered the extra crispy chicken and was utterly dissappointed. The chicken was overcooked outside, yet appeared under cooked inside, over battered, some pieces had more batter than chicken, very dry. Ended up dumping it.

Paid $18 for a bucket of bones covered in a thick, tasteless “extra crispy” batter. Less than an ounce of meat on one piece. Offered to pay extra to make sure there was white meat. Assured that there are 3 pieces of white meat & 3 pieces of dark meat. Ended up with 2 drumsticks, 3 thighs and one wing. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Never again! Used to be a favourite. I guess it’s on to Popeye’s & Mary Brown’s from now on.

This is the 1st time ordering the crispy chicken and was the WORST chicken I have ever tasted at KFC. There was absolutely NO spice on it. Not even salt or pepper.

Worst service i came at 10: 05 and they already closed i waited sonthat they can open but the staff didn’t opened the door and all were there only i haven’t see this much bad staff here

Just want to say KFC if your workers mess up an order, why throw out the food in the garbage when that food can be given to a homeless nearby, because as i see it that is a waste of food.completely pathetic especially at the kfc venue.fix it KFC and stop wasting food because you deserve 0 stars for that.

I accidentally ordered the wrong combo and the ladies there gave me complimentary item!

Very rude service, did not receive all the orders I paid for, and it was like they just stuffed my food in the box.

Disgusting, the reviews are not a joke but a warning. Chicken is literally hard enough to break glass and the gravy was so thick and smelt like old fryer oil. Ended up just throwing it all out.
