KFC

Haven't had KFC in a long time. Thought we'd try it again instead of Popeyes. Well, its abgoodbthong their gravy is so tasty, the fries needed it. The biscuits were to soft and crumbly, but the classic macaroni salad was on par.

The food is good and the service is fast. My issue is with the cleanliness of it, I've never been to a place where I can find the bones of the chicken and other food items on the chairs and seat cushions.

How does one think that's okay? Or even acceptable? If this is the standard for KFC then I guess maybe someone needs to remind them about health hazards

On the plus side, the floors are no longer sticky!

This is their famous chicken sand which … dry, rock hard and tasting like plastic. I should know by now the quality of food here is abysmal.

Worst KFC I have ever tried. Chicken isn't crispy at all, fries re soggy with a freezer burn taste.

I gave it a four because every time I go there I always find something wrong with the food. The last time I was there the place looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks

Definitely needs a new manager. 5 people in the back, 1 cashier with 20 people in line and 1 worker walking around the restaurant doing barely anything. Atleast open up the other registers to help ease the lineup.the food was extremely greasy

It's just terrible, they ask for a tip before you pay anything, the tables are dirty and greasy, and the drinks smell of chlorine

These guys are ripping people off they're taking one thigh cutting it into 2 pieces and telling you it's two individual pieces! If that's not ripping me off I don't know what is never again will ever buy from that place Popeyes all the way normal regular pieces of chicken!

Had famous chicken sandwich. Cannot remember the last time I had it, but was just as I can recall. Soooo good. Worth the wait.

Dirty establishment, workers dont wash their hand after touching literally everything including their faces which is important cause they dont wears gloves handling the food. I got sick their many times in the past and stopped going for years. Thought maybe it would be different now. Went in Wednesday evening around 7pm. My order was scheduled to be done by 7: 03pm. I ordered online for pick up. Cashier came up to me and said"yes"? No hello just yes. I said hello (cause I have manners) showed him my order ticket. Watched the woman in the kitchen rushing to START my order. Okay no big deal for me to wait. There was 2 other customers in the restaurant. She makes my sandwich then tosses it roughly across the kitchen to the counter. My sandwich was a mess when I got home btw. No fork or napkins. The guy hands me the bag and walks away without saying one single word to me. No eye contact. Goes to give another person food and gives them the same attitude. I get home and my sanwich is a mess. My poutine was cold with little gravy. The driest poutine I have ever had. This location has ALWAYS been awful. Since the pandemic its worse and very unhygenic. Not worth the health risks, like stomach poisoning or worse. Many people who live near this location thay I know usually say thy had issues and no longer order from here anymore. If management is wondering why business is suffering here, they might want to consider their staff is lazy, insufficient dirty and poorly trained? If management hasn't figured this out then perhaps stepping down and letting someone more experienced in food service could improve this location to hold the appropriate standards before this location closes down entirely. Pop machineshave broken down so many times at this location (or most time not even being filled) that fountain drinks are no longer available. Orders often have gotten mixed up. And its filthy.

This is my go to KFC because it's clean compared to other location in my area. My last visit though was VERY DISAPPOINTING, I ordered 20pcs chicken and half of them are tiny and smells super greasy and most likely reheated. For $45, I expected a decent portion considering chicken aren't that expensive.

Worst location chicken is garbage small piece over cooked and dry looks like it’s been sitting for hours. Not fit for a dog save your money and eat elsewhere. KFC does not even come close to Mary Brown s or chic n joy there piece s are way bigger.

Extremely hot and fresh chicken, fries and gravy.everyrhing was fantastic!

I ordered popcorn chicken large and a famous chicken sandwich. I wasted 25$ for bad taste and bad quality, prefer Popeyes than KFC, very disappointed, cannot eat and cannot throw it in garbage.

Either they don't have some items on the menu or the service is hopeless.they mess up orders often.
