Order took over 15 minutes to receive or food, we were on break for lunch and due to poor service couldn’t finish in time for school.

The restaurant is not clean at all and the number of staff is not enough.waiting time is too long.

This place is trash. I don’t know why they allow owners like these to continue. Shut this down and let me take over I promise the community way better service and quality than this pos location

Includes a Taco Bell inside. Fries weren't crispy at all, but the crunchy wrap was still hittin

The shift manager "Cody" was very helpful and very professional and empathetic.
Even though It was very busy, he made sure to tell me that there would be a slight delay in order for me to get freshly cooked chicken. It was a small gesture that went a long way towards alleviating the banality of waiting.its actually not the wait that's bothersome to me, but how they just let you sit there waiting without explanation. Service like the one I received from that individual was rare and was very appreciated.
Watching him work, I was impressed by his leadership and ability to delegate tasks. You seem to have a keeper.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered the 14 piece bucket, the chicken was so dried up from sitting so long it was unedible. The gravy was lumpy, the only part of the meal that was edible was the biscuits and coleslaw. For 48 plus dollars it was a rip off. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

The quality of KFC is at an all time low. These "Strips" are actually "nuggets".

Placed an online order not through Door-Dash or Uber Eats etc.but an actual online order. I paid online and had a confirmation through my Visa as well as a confirmation number and a pick-up time. Arrived on time and my order had not shown up in their system. Waited patiently for 20min.with no indication as to the status of my order. Yes it was a busy Friday night get it.
Finally it caught the attention of the manager who apologized and explained that the order did not show up in their computer at all. I had to recall the exact items for four people as I did not have the details on hand. As it turned out a couple of the sides were overlooked and I'm out a small dollar amount but the issue is how disorganized the store seemed to be. Nothing seemed to move in sync behind the counter the way it seems to do at McDonalds or even Tim Hortons and it's not just this KFC as others I've been to have been the same.
I'm not a fan of this company to begin with but it was the best option for our circumstances this evening but I will do everything I can to avoid KFC in the future.

Large order placed they missed the large gravy we ordered and paid for separately and the one meal we got was a four piece however we received 2 wings and 2 drumsticks as the four pieces for the $15 4 piece meal. Used to be the best kfc in kw. Not anymore.

Worst service, cold gross food, sloppy, bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they haven't been cleaned since the 90s.smelled like pee.got 4 combos and it cost me 60 dollars.food was terrible, even the drinks were flat.was going to call them and tell them I wanted my money back, that's how bad it was.ice cold, did I say it was cold

NOT TRUSTWORTHY FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS.
Extremely disappointed. We ordered a sports pack feast for our family and company we had visiting.
After the food did not show up, I called the store. The lady that answered told me that they did not have my order.
I asked to speak to the manager.
The manager "found" my order and told me it wasn't their problem, that the network didn't send it, even though they actually did have my order.
She said that they would start to make it and I would see the food in about an hour.
My guests were from out of town and had to leave before the food even arrived.
The restaurant refused to take responsibility for ruining our holiday get-together.
This is not even the first time that this KFC has failed us on a special occasion. We ordered for a birthday party a couple years ago, the same thing happened. That time the children were in bed before the birthday meal had even arrived.
KFC had been a long time family tradition for special occasions for us. However, we can no longer trust KFC to provide large meals for special occasions.

There’s so many bad reviews but I feel bad cause I came tonight & the service was actually friendly & the food was made fast & it was sure tasty lol

Service was super super slow. Food is nothing like it was. Very Salty and dry.
No going there ever again.

I can confidently say this is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I got a zinger combo.

These guys have absolutely zero respect for quality control - I’m not sure a single employee here has ever been told what a “hold time” is.

These guys used two different batches of equally inedible fries that were both over hold time. They put the warmer (and I use that term loosely) set on top and the absolutely dead, 2 hour old fries on the bottom.

The chicken was dry. If I had to guess, I’d say it spent a minimum of 2h in the heat drawer considering I’ve seen pretty good moisture retention out of 90 min fried chicken.

Don’t give these guys a penny. They don’t deserve to be doing business.

Took forever to get our food and they forget out gravy and dips in the Gravy Lovers bucket.

They didn't give us one of the fries we ordered and the food they did give us was cold and soggy

Its not professional to turn the board as OPEN and when you otder at drive thru you realize that its closed bcz there is no one to take the order.
Atleast turn the board off as Closed so that no one come to your store at late night. Not good. Staff should take care of it before leaving. Wasted my 15 mins and i was starving.
