This locations manager is incredibly rude and unwilling to fix issues with food and missing items. When I called to mention there was items missing, instead of taking corrective action he started saying I was lying and that “he knows his people” and refused to fix the problem. Incredibly unprofessional and will not be ordering from this location again

Store was severely short staffed as always, waited 20 minutes to even order to be told it would be 45 minutes for any food. Never again at this location stay away.

I ordered a 4 piece meal at 12: 30pm and was told it would take 20 minutes for them to make it. I guess the cheap owner doesnt want to cook the chicken ahead of time and possibly waste a drumstick or 2. Nice business model. I wish I read the reviews. I went to McDonalds and was served immediately.

Its obvious none of the employees wear deodorant, they were also very rude and considering nobody else was there my order for normal chicken took over 20 minutes, and was too greasy to eat.
Will not be returning.

Went here to get a bucket deal for myself and my roommate. The food was great and they even subbed out the gravy (part of the deal) for a side dish when I told them neither of us eat the gravy.

The main thing that could use some improvement is the sense of urgency when it comes to food prep and getting the customer out the door. I placed my order and was warned that it was going to be 18 minutes, I believe because they had to make more chicken, to which I said no problem and took a seat in the dining area. I wasn't out the door with my food until 27 minutes later, and it's worth noting that the two other customers that were waiting for their orders when I first arrived didn't get there's until about 10-15 minutes after my arrival, so who knows how long they were waiting before I showed up. All the while I didn't see too much movement from the staff, but I heard lots of conversing going on.

Overall, this wasn't a massive issue for me as I had nowhere else to be and I was there after the dinner rush so it stands to reason that they had to make more chicken, but for a fast food experience on a weeknight I'd prefer not to be waiting almost half an hour in the future.

I will reiterate though, the food was just as good as we hoped it would be!

KFC has changed the way they cut the chicken. Pieces are half the size of Mary Browns. Although the price is still too much.

Service was pleasant, but for the lack of anyone else in the place it took quite a while to get our order. (15 minutes) The upside to the length of time, could be, our chicken was in the making? Of that Iam not certain. Not a complicated choice of items, we even were choosing the original recipe chicken.
I find if you substitute fries for a salad, the container is not more than 3 bites full! ** Disappointing as I enjoy the break from all the chicken. The dining tables are there and clean, but the space lacks lustre. Just a lot of windows facing Wellington Steet, and busy traffic.
Overall a break from burgers, my hubbies go to.and pizza the crowd subduer, the only things left are Mexican & Chinese. So KFC being one of the chicken chains, , we chose it for a change of pace. This wouldn't be my 1st choice but it was hot, tasty, not greasy and the chicken was moist and juicy.

Inconsistent quality and very small chicken pieces compared to competitors. It seems that the majority of the time, their chicken pieces are very dark and excessively salty, results from not changing the oil often enough. And my favourite 10pc hotwings bucket is no longer on the menu unfortunately. Loved those.

Never ever go to this location. Made a mobile order and arrived on time only for them to say they will now make the food. Upon voicing a complaint about service they began to racially discriminate against me because they thought I couldn’t not understand their language. Coupled that with the fact that they gave me undercooked chicken dripping in oil.

Cashier absolutely awful. Takes forever to take your order, even after acknowledging you multiple times. Food also took forever, when not busy. Store prioritizes Uber Eats orders before in store customers orders, so anyone walking in will be waiting a while. Cashier more concerned with talking to kitchen then taking customers orders. Overall not worth coming to, better off going to another KFC.
