Waited over 20 minutes In drive thru. No cars in front of us. Forgot our fries supreme in the order. When I asked for our missing fries the girl at the window was very rude. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the fries supreme. When we finally got the fries we discovered hairs in them (intentional? I wouldn’t be surprised given the condescending attitude we were given). We then asked for hot sauce and she pretty much threw the packets through the truck window. We didn’t complain about the hair in the fries because we figured they’d probably spit in the next order they gave us given the attitude we were receiving. Horrible quality of food and service. We won’t be returning.

The food was better than in the past and everyone is friendly. Just a bit of a surprise the hours were shorter in the evening. Just need to be prepared and check before heading out.

Staff don't speak English in the restaurant. They throw the food to each other. They take to long either throw drive thru delivery and take out

Always get fast, friendly service at this location. The food is hot and fresh, and they always get my order right.

The people that work there are rude and charged me for 4 dinners, i only bought 2 it cost me $38 for a 2 piece meal and a 3 piece meal and it took 5-8 minutes to be served because they were to busy talking amongst them selves they were really rude when I tried to straighten out the price discrepancy and was told that I didn't know what I was talking about and was laughed at. I will never go there again

Chicken and fries and felt like I was eating cardboard, probably 2 days old and re-heated at point of sale. Wasted $46.00 and tossed everything in the garbage.

Ok, my rating reflects the service and staff, not the food. I’m not sure what’s going on over here, but we are now 5 for 5. Each time I’ve gone in for take out, the staff is rude and just seem annoyed that anyone is even there. Especially the girl that’s always on cash. I get it, hours can be long and work is tiring. But working for a franchise there are certain brand standards to uphold to. And I’m sure as hell “being courteous to your customers” is one of them.

Worst service I have ever dealt with.waited almost an hr between ordering food and waiting to receive the order.
