Stay away from this location! I purchased a 10 piece bucket yesterday and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was obviously reheated and it was so dry and had no flavour. So overcooked! Don’t think they know how to cook chicken! Use your hard earned money anywhere but this location! Huge waste of money!

This place needs to either fire all that staff or just shut down all together. Every item on the list is disgusting. I’ve never seen a worst representation of KFC in my life highly non-recommended do not go here or you will get sick or even worse just wanna throw your chicken at the people working there. Worst place to eat ever I review a lot of restaurants that’s what I do. You can take my word for it. Do not go here!

Don't waste your time. Just ordered from KFC for dinner only to get home with a substantial part of our order missing. The store doesn't seem to answer their phone, so good luck getting any kind of refund or whatever. Pathetic. This wrong order is the last straw.

I haven't had Kentucky in a very long time and I have fond memories of KFC from the Past when my late parents were alive and extremely busy with their jobs so we got a treat with KFC for dinner. Long gone are those days. Anyway I downloaded the app and placed an order at 4: 14 pm, food was to arrive at 4: 54 pm well it never came and a number of calls to the 866 number then the stores number a numerous amount of times just to have the phone clicked on to busy then hung up. It is now 7: 18 pm. Here I am writing this grievance. Thanks you rotten people, it doesn't kill to be kind and to do your job properly. Sheesh!

I had an unfortunate experience at KFC recently, and it was honestly one of the worst visits I've had. The chicken I ordered was far from hot; it seemed like it was part of an old stock.

To make matters worse, when I inquired about the issue, the employee I approached was not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness by engaging in an argument. This employee, an older gentleman, left me thoroughly disappointed with his demeanor.

Quality and customer service are essential aspects of any dining experience, and it was disheartening to see these aspects fall so short during my visit to KFC. I hope that the management takes steps to address such issues to ensure that customers receive the standard of service and quality that they deserve.

Took forever to order because they didn't know what bucket combos they had so when I asked for it I was told they didn't have it but I could order anything else then when I went to describe it she said oh we have that.frustrating and then after I ordered and paid I was screamed at from the kitchen that who ever ordered it would take 6min.did I still want it.yes I did

Horrible experience. I am not sure what it is about this location in particular; went there after 1 year and same poor qualify food. Chicken was very very dry and looked as if it had been kept under a warmer for hours. They don't have fountain drinks and are giving out cans instead as well. It's worth driving 10 mins more to the location in bells corners as the food is considerably different in quality.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering here. Won't happen again. I knew I'd made a mistake when I walked in to their building to pick up my order and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I paid $9 extra for the 'white meat no wings' option on our family bucket, they only gave us wings. Popcorn, chicken and chicken sandwich all practically inedible, the only decent part of the meal was the fries. $50 dinner, threw most of it in the garbage. No idea how this place is still open it's absolutely terrible.

Went in for lunch today, for starters, the women working at the cash was very rude and seemed like she was taking her bad day out of customers. Secondly, the fountain machines only worked for 1 soda (it was awful) when I asked if I could get a bottle or canned drink she tryed to make me pay (even though I payed for a meal with a drink). The meal was the portion for a toddler for $16. NEVER go to this location, horrible food and customer service!

Ordered this through Skip and all of the chicken was super soggy, not even one piece of chicken was crispy! All of the other items was ok but the 2 spicy sandwiches tasted plain with no heat and just a disgusting sandwich to eat, both sandwiches ended up getting thrown out. This is what happens when they pull freshly fried chicken a little too early and didn't give it any time under the heat lamps and just throws them right in the box, even some of the larger pieces had red blood near the bone meat. I haven't had KFC in over 2+ years and what a disappointment this location is!

Eating in the first time with my teenage son. Ordered dark meat but ended up getting all breasts. Took it back to the counter and showed them, a girl said "this piece is dark" pointed at a tiny backbone portion of a breast piece. Then the whole crew said that they didn't have any thighs, drums or even wings. Either they know nothing about fried chicken, or trying to hide from customer that they were out dark meat. Oh and I have never seen KFC serving pieces being a 1/4 size of what they show on their menus and pictures. Saving grace was the seats were just cleaned and I had a nice chat with my son. They just lost a customer. I will go to Mary Brown for fried chicken.

Google says they are open until 1 a.m. And that their hours of operation were confirmed 5 weeks ago. I went at 9: 20 p.m and they said they closed at 9: 00. That's a big difference. I would have planned differently

Placed online order for pickup. Showed up at designated time only for employees to lock the door as I approached even though I told them I had receipt for my online order. Several employees sitting inside restaurant eating while I had to drive around with newborn child and find other options and then call and spend more time getting refund. Very dissatisfied. Staff was rude and unhelpful as usual. Fyi this was at 738 pm well before closing.

WE ORDER TWICE FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY SEND US DAMAGE CONTAINER AND SCREW UP OUR ORDER TWICE IN A ROW EVERYTHING WAS COLD

The last 4 times we were there, it was not good, neither the food or the service. I'm not going back there anymore. I don't trust the place. I'll try KFC in Bells Corners next time.
The food was not fresh, it was old and dry. They got our order wrong which isn't a big deal, that happens but they got it wrong the next three times we went.
The worst thing was the wait. On two occasions, we went through the drive thru. They said it would be a 15-20 minute wait and it was that long. The next time we went, they said the same thing so we said we'll come back in 30 minutes. We came back and still waited 30 minutes for our order!
The last time, we went inside. We didn't wait long but they got my order wrong. And all the tables were really really dirty. They obviously had not be wiped off for a long time.

Ordered food for family dinner at 6: 34pm with an eta of 7: 34 pm…2 phone calls to the order line who transferred me to the store that doesn’t answer their phone and 2 hours later I end up driving into the Hazeldean road store where the order was placed to be told “they were too busy to answer the telephone and were making my order and then on the same sentence they took me my order was cancelled. I showed the person in charge my phone clearly showing that the order was not cancelled and “being prepared”. I got no refund even for the delivery tip for an order that I had to pick up myself, had I not gone into the store I never would have received the order. He kept telling me a supervisor would contact me…I’m not holding my breath! The worst service and customer service that I have ever experienced, KFC doesn’t seem to realize they now have a lot of competition in town for chicken! It’s incredible that they were too busy to answer the phone when I was the only customer in the store other than a family that was already eating at a table. The chicken was very dry as well…Ottawa Health Department should check this location out…not sure how they pass inspection!
