This place is a joke! Ordered almost 2 hrs ago for delivery, nothing showed up yet. Tried calling them and get a msg saying they aren't accepting phone calls. Tried calling the kfc main cust service number and they told me the store would call me, nothing yet. Will never order from here again

Horrible service! Would never recommend this store, i ordered from Skip the dish a box of 4 chicken pieces, and the thigh piece doesnt have the fried skin covering the surface! Looks like a left over for delivering to customer! How can they carelessly put that piece to the order? Thats a really bad experience of food quality from KFC!

A seven minute wait because you run out of sandwiches isn’t the sign of a well run restaurant.

Had to wait 10 minutes to place my order in store with only 1 customer ahead of me, and when it was my time to order, had to wait 20 minutes for my chicken

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this KFC location. Despite placing my order ahead of time, I always end up waiting in the store for an unreasonable amount of time. Not only that, but on several occasions, I have received orders with missing items. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers.

To small of portions of chicken and it's not the stores fault its corporate fault to darn greedy charging big money for smaller portions that's why I tend to go to Popeyes for the bigger portions and the same price kfc should be ashamed to give smaller portions and then jack up the prices

Really disappointed to give this review as I had good service from them a lot of time. But happening the same thing again and again is not acceptable a couple of weeks before I was at the drive through ordering new crispy pieces of kfc which I really wanted to try the person at the drive through told me that it's going to be 15-20 minutes for 3 pieces which was too much and when I wanted a 2 piece they were ok with 2 piece and then I wanted dark meat which was also not available really frustrated because it happened two time is a week

First of all, we waited we over an hour! Then, when we get our order, the chicken was WET! It was totally disgusting. We couldn't even eat it. And, to top it off, the pieces of chicken were extremely small.

Ordered for delivery. Hour and a half later it came burnt, cold and some of the order was missing. Called the store, they blamed the driver said they would send the rest "immediately". Its been almost an hour.

Was not happy with my famous chicken sandwich. The manager handled it well. Could have more staff to quicken things up but ultimately I was satisfied.

Not bad. I have eaten here only 2 times. But it's not bad. Surprisingly there are so many competing food shops around that this store is less busy now.

This restaurant messed up 2 orders now and litterally told me something was packed when it wasn't then argued with me about it. I will never call KFC again.

Food usually good, unfortunately the cleanliness is not the best at this location. Definitely something to work on. Friendly cashier

Ordered pickup and they said it would be ready in 20mins. Arrived in 16min and told me we were late and made me wait another 15mins

Spent half an hour in the drive-thru because there's no way out except over the curb or waiting to get through and they take large orders via the drive-thru despite it obviously slowing things down.

Don't bother with this place if you want FAST food.

I ordered my order from app and the email told me to pick up at 12.34pm. I arrived the store and had to wait another 30 minutes to get my order. The other two cars are also waiting outside and the lady has waited 27 minutes as well. Poor customer service, slow speed. The app can be definitely improved to indicate the close waiting time. I was late for my 1pm appointment due to this. Very unhappy experience.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Placed my online order and paid for it. 84.08$. Reply said it would be 40 minutes for delivery. Called at 50 minutes.was told " dont worry its on the way", called at 60 minutes was told same thing by someone different. It was an additional 25 minutes past the 2nd call before the food was delivered.
Absolute worst customer service ever and the chicken was waaaayy greasy. Never again.

Horrible restaurant now waited 10-15mins in the drive thru, line up behind me so I couldn’t even back out to leave. Need to get new and better employees than the current one

Apparently they are not actually open until 1am. Came through the drive thru at 12: 30 on a Saturday night, place was closed, no one here: (
. And again a week later here just before 12: 30, place is closed but supposed to open until 1. Very disappointing!

Do not order delivery from KFC 1275 Highbury Ave in London. My last order was over 40 minutes late. I called one time to check when the order was coming and that was after an hour. They said it would be delivered very soon, so I waited more. It did not show up 15 minutes later so I called again to cancel, which I was told happened. When the driver showed up extremely late, 15 minutes after I cancelled, I told him I cancelled and I did not accept the order (it had to be cold anyway because it had been an hour and 40 minutes since I ordered. I was told when I called to cancel that I would be reimbursed, but that has not happened and it has been well over a month. Either the restaurant or the driver ripped us off. We used to order from there all the time. No more and I could not recommend them at all.
