We drove up the window to order. The lady said she couldn't hear us. So we got to the window, and she sarcastically said, what do you want? This is the most unprofessional customer service I've seen in the city. If you can't speak properly don't work at a fast food place

Please check your order before you leave. I ordered a 4 pc chicken meal. I received a 3 pc chicken meal.

It's the principle.

30 minutes in the drive thru. Speaker wasn’t working on machine, employees couldn’t understand an order. No urgency, people standing around, cold food. Pretty pathetic

I have ordered several times from this store specifically and every time my chicken comes mushy, last time I was missing a side.never made right.again this evening tried ordering sandwiches rather than a bucket of chicken asked for no mayo no pickles six sandwiches came with male and pickles when I call the store they tell me they don't see when an order comes in any special instructions including what not to put on it! Since when does a restaurant not see special instructions such as Mayo! I'm lactose intolerant I specifically asked for no mail I got mayo on every sandwich so I call them they tell me to get a refund from Skip the dishes because they screwed up not skipped the dishes KFC screwed up my order KFC should have to refund it not skip the dishes and then I have to reorder and wait another 45 minutes from my sandwich from my family's eating done with this store never ordering from them ever again they've lost my business for good!

Horrid. Waited in drive through for a half an hour. People were honking bevause they were so angry. Either hire more staff or train the ones you have.

The food is regular KFC, most on the greasy side. You can always expect to wait between 20 to 30 minutes for a takeout from this location and I was there at a time when it wasn't busy.

Awful service. Waited in the pine order pickup line for 5 minutes (my food was ready). Cashier ignored me. Person handing out food ignored me, even helped someone who went to the counter after me. Asking for something. I made sure to give a couple loud hellos till they acknowledged me and gave me my food. What poor customer service.

I came to this kfc to get some food through the drive through and was sitting there for 10 minutes before i was helped.and for reference i was the only one in the drive through and no one was inside.i ordered two poutines and only got one so i went inside to get my other one and was waiting in line for another 10 minutes without getting helped while someone was just standing there staring at me.and when i asked for my other one and they made me pay twice! I was not happy.never will be going to this location again!

Be prepared to wait 10-20+ minutes at the drive thru. Not only have I came here a handful of times and have had to wait this long but my order has only been correct ONCE! Last week we tried to go inside, thinking it'd be less of a wait, NOPE! The staff seems barely alive!

The staff is really slow after half an hour waiting in drive thru they said our order is not ready! Very disappointing and never go back to this location! Not recommended at all! The cashier easily came out and she said oh we don’t know how much longer it takes for your order! When you come to the window that you want to pay for your food it means the order should be ready not the time to decide if our order is ready or not! Doesn’t make sense and we are so upset! There were 4 staff and no one was doing anything, instead of helping each other to make people’s order ready we could literally see from the window how slow they were and they were just taking their time. 0 star.

This was a decent location. Waiting a lil long for a chicken sandwich but I choose to go in and not use the drive thru

Save yourself the time and just drive down to Manning Rd in Tecumseh. This KFC store has had terrible service since they opened. Not once have I or anyone else I know gone there that they haven’t been told that there would be a 20 mins wait for chicken. What is the point of having a drive thru then? Especially if you have to wait that long EVERY TIME! The owner needs to not be cheap and make their chicken ahead of time especially during their busy hours. I’ve learned to just bypass this KFC and drive the 15 mins out of my way to Tecumseh to get fast service and great food

Everything could have been good if it didn't take more than 30 minutes for our order.

We waited at the intercom in the drive thru for 30 minutes then when we finally got our order taken we sat behind 3 cars for 15 minutes then when we got to the window we were told that it would be a 4 minute wait that 4 minute wait turned into a 15 minute wait and when we got our food the chicken was good but the fries were mediocre at best

By far the freshest and best-tasting KFC I've had in close to a decade. It's a shame it took them almost 20 minutes to make one (1) sandwich on a very slow day with almost no customers in the store.

Drive thru so slow. Waited 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Won't be going back anytime soon.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! They messed up my order on May 5th. Refused to provide me with a refund. Again, they won't refund your money when they screw up. On top of the fact, the wait times here are ridiculous. This is the worst KFC run franchise in the city.
