KFC

Show up at 3 o clock in the afternoon and they have no chicken ready for 20 min, regular or crispy. How does that happen. I will take my service to Mary Brown.incredibly disappointing

Sitting in line for 15 min Noone at the front desk buddy walks on buy dosent even address me.

The chicken tenders we got are chewy and taste like raw chickens. They are probably not old but taste and feel like two days old food that was left outside. Total waste of money.

We arrived at drive thru at 11: 30
pm and we checked it online it’s open till 12 am, So we drive all the way from Cambridge to kitchener and staff denied to gave us food, The girl said we throw out everything we have on hold i asked her to cook and serve it to us because we are coming to eat KFC but that was so rude behaviour and service by staff.we got so disappointed that she refused to give us meal.

Worst service ever, askefd for a plant based and give zinger burger. They need to understand if they cant accknowledge the choices of people then they should close instead of making these kind of severe mistakes

Our previous 2 experiences at KFC were very disappointing as the chicken lacked taste. However, what a turnaround at this location. We were allowed to get the online price for the 4pc combo, and we were also allowed to make a substitution. The flavour and taste of the chicken were most welcome thus time around. Too bad this location is not on our regular route. Will definitely keep it in mind for the next time we are in that area and would like to get some KFC.

Food is good; that is, until they screw up your order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't think I have been to this KFC even one single time without my order being wrong.

Very unprofessional, very rude staff, especially at the drive thru, every time I’ve come to this location I get treated rudely…and be careful if you pay cash, make sure you get the correct change! Also too expensive and they expect a tip for fast food in this hard time of inflation!

I ordered KFC today for 8pm at 6pm. But no response. Finally i called them. They are telling no delivery person available. So after long wait i told to cancel the order.

Best fast food chain and chicken sandwich. This location was as good as any other I have been to.

The food is usually pretty good, at least as expected. I’ve ran into a few problems with delivery so I would probably avoid that going forward. They did throw in a few s’more brownies to make up for it being almost 2 hours late tonight, however, albeit it not being completely their fault, it would be nice if when ordering through the app, it said “delivery unavailable” if the location doesn’t have a driver.

What are they doing to their cuts of meat? ! They are cutting it into smaller pieces to the point that the only thing I recognized is the drumsticks. The rest didn't even look like chicken pieces.lol what the heck? !

I am vegetarian, KFC veggie sandwich was my favourite, but I don’t know why they changed it to plant based veggie sandwich.

Garbage. I got the tenders and the famous sandwich. I don’t know what’s wrong with the KFC locations here in Kitchener Tri-Cities.

They are all garbage. The chicken sandwich patty was burnt, and the chicken tenders had blubber!

Had to wait over 30 min at the drive thru only to get home and eat the greatest under cooked chicken of all time. This is the second less than satisfactory meal we received here. Never again!

Ordered an 8 piece bucket. All the chicken looked dried out as if reheated from the day before. The chicken was really greasy meaning the shortening hasn't been changed like it needs to be.
I am speaking from experience as I used to work for KFC in the past.
This is really bad practice of the store manager trying to save some money.
You guys need to follow the cooking practices of the KFC on Hespeller in Cambridge. They know how to take care of their customers and put out quality food.
