IDK how mess it up, but the chicken there is too damn salty, I've had KFC from other stores and the all taste fine, but this one makes the chicken bad, like really bad.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. Staff was rude and horrible at their job. Made my order wrong, then got huffy with me when I asked for what I had actually ordered. My best advice: run the other direction. Eat somewhere else.

Where to start what an amazing experience Rahima gave me let’s start by the polite greeting and respectfulness with a the most respectful smile made me smile and literally made my day I don’t usually eat kfc but I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks too Rahima and the food I ordered was finger licking good definitely best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too thank you Rahima and her staff

Food is ok I guess. Building and parking lot are falling apart. Staff seemed to be very inexperienced and not too concerned about offing good service.

Service and wait times were horrible. Took 40 minutes to get our takeout order. Parking lot is a disaster (huge potholes everywhere). Food was ok but not great.

It's a KFC so you can be too picky but the gentleman taking our order was clearly new and types in something completely different than we ordered. We just wanted 2 flatbread sandwiches and he typed in $20 big box meals. Eventually it got corrected by a different worker. The restaurant was pretty dirty considering our visit was 4pm on a Saturday. It's KFC so keep your expectations low and if they surpassed them then that's fantastic.

Worst place to order meals. Store is always out of something. Food is always extra salty and stale. Crispy chicken always comes as soggy chicken. Packaging is poor, you find sauces on the wrapping paper than sandwiches. So unfortunate this store pops up first when ordering online

Not very much breading on the chicken. They need to do a bit more cleaning of the seating area.

I am glad for the drive thru now. The service was friendly and quick. However the road and parking lot really need some work.

I walked into this place at 5: 40 (I know the exact time because I msged the person waiting in the car to tell them there for 9 ppl ahead of me) - I ordered - waited 45 mins for them to tell me they didn’t have my order and I was lying about waiting 45 mins. They were not nice or apologetic. I asked for my money back which she told me I had to wait in line again. The worst absolute customer service!

My order didn’t come with half the items I ordered. Literally a scam. They’re lucky that I ordered takeout so I didn’t have time to go back and complain but I’ll never be coming back.

When I call to place an order for delivery they said they didn't have a driver pick up only I mean what's the point of having it for delivery if they don't have a driver twice in one week

Show up on a Thursday evening just before 8: 00pm and get told we have no chicken. Go to a chicken place for chicken and they don't have any of the main product. Plus the drive thru is shut down forever. This place has gotten even worse then before.

No idea why the other reviews are so negative. First time at this location and everything was so fresh out the fryer. I also gave a very complex large order and nothing was missing and all my sandwich substitution’s were correct. Did not disappoint:)

Did not wait long the owner needs to repave the parking lot I'm pretty sure it's a city violation by now. Best just to park on the street & walk to it

Store is nearly always out of something. Today, 5 sides out of 8 were completely sold out. Their sandwiches are always made dry with how little sauce they put. What's worst.their parking lot. It's an absolute nightmare. Holes everywhere that will swallow any tire. The biggest one being right at the exit of the drive-thru. You literally have to pass over it to get out and the lot has been like this for months!

Its 20 degrees celcius out in july, but this place managed to have it hotter inside than outside.

Drink fountain consistently broken, then charged me extra for a bottled drink that I can't refill.

The parking lot looks like a war zone half of it being what looks like grenade explosions causing massive craters.

This may be the worst kfc in Ottawa. The owner needs to take a good look into this place asap.

There's no point in ordering ahead here, because they only start your order once you arrive. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. To top off this wonderful visit, on a Friday evening, they don't even have macaroni or potato salad. If it wasn't for the fact that the chicken tastes great, this review would be a one star.

Chicken and gravy taste different than how I remembered, gravy was watery. I'm done with KFC overall.

Order placed at 445, promise pick-up of 503, food not ready until 538. An hour wait for KFC isn't acceptable on a Thursday.

I went though the drive thru because I recently had a close contact with covid. I was told it was going to be a 25 min wait for a 10 piece meal. First red flag. I was told to pull up in the parking lot to wait for some one to take it out to me. So I waited for 45 mins before going in confused why it was taking so long. I went in and my bag was waiting for me. After standing there for 5 mins. I was assisted and told them i was waiting for 45 mins. They then past me my bag. God knows how long it has been waiting there. Next time the staff should communicate if they will be sending someone out to give the customer their order or if they won’t be:)

4 pcs meal no fries, salad container just tossed inside and open all over the meat.
And after reminding 3 times all 4 pcs legs. U get breast 2 wings and a leg.
When u complain they roll their eyes. And still don't get it right. As if they are paying me not the other way around. Avoid in a wide circle

I was there a few times and last time I was there asked for a few condiments the Manger said no to the employee at the drive threw he was so nice the way he handled the rush and service. She actually repremended him rite in front of the other customers, how embarrassing that must have been for this nice young man, I believe his name was Vince. She actually said no extra sauce only ketchup she is not Manger material, keep the yelling for your kids not employees.

Went KFC on Bank Street today very disappointed with the service. First I bought 3 zinger box that come with a drink I ask for drink holder which they didn't have. I bought 6piece chicken omg that chicken was very small and some of piece there was nt even meat on it. Will nt recommend

Where to start
They have no chicken half the time and when they do have chicken it take an hour or more for them to cook it and I have even seen 12 people walk out when because of how long it takes I came in made my order for a 2 PC combo at 12: 30 and did not get out of the KFC tell 2 and the food is over cooked has no taste and in my opinion they are not worth the time or money

Customer service is apparently a thing of the past.
Greeted with "what? " Provided order with "Here! ".

The exterior of this place is always littered with tons of trash, the garbage cans never seem to be cleaned. The drivethru also has huge craters

Was basically fried biscuits with the amount of batter they put on. Hope they can improve and make better fried chicken at this location. Batter should be very light and compliment the chicken.

Good chicken. Only issue I have is of the potholes in the parking lot (bank and queensdale). It's like a mine field in there. Always scared I'm gonna take out the bottom of my car. Won't even use the drivethru because there's a sinkhole waiting for you upon exit. It's really bad. Please fix.

I bought food there on August 20.2021.it was horrible. Chicken was burnt and dry. French fries were underdone. And gravy was cold and lumpy. I can live with cold gravy and underdone fries but the not the chicken.
We could not eat it we had a couple bites then tossed it. I couldn't bother wasting my time walking back there to complain. (I live close by)
I'd rather complain online as Other people can find out how aweful vthis KFC is!
I have received good food from there before. But it's rare. Beware.
Just go to another location.
By the way, I seldom post negative reviews. Unless it's so gross.i feel compelled to stop other from being disappointed.

At the store giving this review. Every time Im here I see customers yelling at the poor staff and my heart goes out! They try you know?
U can hear the non stop online orders.they are continuosly working (It's not like they chatting in the back and ignoring ya"ll) it takes time to make food. A LIA PATIENCE GOES A LONG WAY! I would never wanna work here cause of the constant yelling of customers.
I can imagine how de-motivating it can get.
Happy to be here. My only feedback I know drive through is imporatnt but, so are you're in-store customers.learn to balance both. Issa was kind and good:)

The girl at the drive thru on 2021-06-25 (11: 55) I feel needs some customer service training! I would be willing to try your drive thru again once the training is completed:)

The service was fantastic and friendly but the chicken was completely dried out, you could tell by looking at it (skin and meat shriveled). There is no way they should have been serving chicken looking like that. Chicken was half way to bring jerky. Again the actual service was warm and friendly but the food was so dry I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

Two times in a row, no sauce in my meal when its supposed to include a sauce (for the popcorn chicken) second time, I made sure to tell them to add bbq sauce, & when i got home, no sauce. Cheap place.not only the sauce but the utensils after i asked for them the second time as well (missing both times).

Unfortunately one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever visited. Staff were rude and helped customers as a second thought. Parking lot/drivethru has potholes big enough to swallow a small car. 1 star is 1 to many!

Best location in town for fresh food eat here used to be the response I would tell customers about this KFC but after letting the place fall through the cracks it went from great to beyond awful. The food is dried out staff are rude and lazy menu prices are deceiving and just when you think you're done complaining about this location you realize that the parking lot destroyed your vehicle from the half dozen sink holes and the trees that scratched your car while going through the drive-thru. What once was best location has turned into a sad reality. #ruiningkfcimage

Third bad experience at this location should learn from the past two disappointments. Could swear my bucket was Cornish hen parts left under the heat lamp for 3 hours. There is no pride in their food 3 strikes and your out.

I placed an order online at 11am for delivery to my elderly parent's home which is 3 minutes from the Restaurant.
The food was over 40 minutes late! I paid the delivery charge and a 15% tip and this is how they treated the order.

When I finally got in contact with the Restaurant, I was given attitude by the girl who answered. She told me they were busy and that they used skip the dishes and that she cannot control the delivery company and asked me what I wanted her to do about it.
I told her, they need to prioritize the orders based on order received, delivery time and distance to the destination. Furthermore, hiding behind skip the dishes as the excuse is a sorry excuse. You are the customer of skip the dishes, so you should be demanding that they make their deliveries on time etc!

I am very frustrated I opted to pay a tip!

I would never recommend this branch, KFC is very salty, not eaten, and the employees are tough and unfriendly to deal.

Burnt chicken and way too much batter. Wasnt sure if I was eating fried salty bread or what's supposed to be fried chicken.

If I can rate them 0 stars, I would, because I got 0 food. I ordered for delivery from their website, put my address, paid, and even gave a tip for the driver.estimate delivery time was 1 hour, so I waited 70 minutes before I called the store, no reply, called the number at the bottom of my order confirmation, was put on hold for 30 minutes. A total of 2 hours later, the store picked up and said that I am outside the delivery zone (I live 5 minutes away) and that they won't be delivering. Also I had to wait 5 business days for a refund. Why didn't they let me know the second I ordered, or better why didn't they disallow me from ordering on their website in the first place. Horrible. What a disappointment.

So they are supposed to knock and wait for someone to come to the door when they deliver. That clearly didn't happen. Not sure how long my food sat on the porch with it being -2 outside. Most of the items in the top half of the bag were cool. The drink order was wrong and some drinks were missing as well. It's not any better when you actually go there either. Most of the staff seem like they have no idea what's going on. This is quite possibly the worst food joint in ottawa and this is definitely a one and done covid food order from them from me.

Chicken is over fried. I found chicken pieces on the floor of the kitchen when paying at the drive thru. Needs a major change.

This place is a complete disaster - suggest not driving into the parking lot as you may lose your front end from the massive potholes. Staff looks like they've been burning massive joints all day too. Oh and if you do drive in through the drive-thru, watch out for the massive tree blocking the driveway, it may scratch your car. Also, the food will give you the runs.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery, called the restaurant was told they have the order and will call me back, no call. Called again and was told no estimated delivery time. Won’t be ordering from here again!

It's a bit embarrassing that we seem to be eating out a LOT lately! My daughter was visiting sooo.what'ryagonnado! Anyhoo.the same woman served us at the drive through both times we were here in a 3 day period. She was amazing, she was so so sweet and our orders were perfect every time. Just a lovely experience!

Forgot part of my order.line was busy couldn't get through. Then when I did 40 mins later they finally they offered me the gravy. Never again

Poor service! Our food was late. Then missing the gravy. Tried to call store line busy multiple times. Then called another store and they emailed them. They never called back. We called them again they finally answered after the 3rd time and told them again about missing gravy. They wouldn't give a refund after almost 45 minutes for it but finally we got a couple free desserts.

New plant based options were fantastic. Not as strong as original recipe but still nice. Love that we can as vegans enjoy this restaurant.

The food is good, prices low. They are quick and efficient. A variety of dipping sauces are provided. Why don't they add fish and chips?

Chicken was no tast tables dirty have to say that it gone down hill not the same no more. Out side garabage everywhere by the front door very slippy danger.

Food was great, service was kind and efficient, parking lot needs some love but all in all a great experience.

Took 50 minutes to complete order placed online. Got 2 extra pieces of chicken for my trouble. But then they forgot 5 of the dipping sauces that I ordered and payed extra for. The original recipe skin is the reason I used to get KFC (and what I ordered on this occasion). I guess they've changed it because what I got tonight was a soggy, crumbly mess. Not to mention the popcorn chicken and chicken tenders that came with the combo were also soggy-skinned. Could the whole combo been undercooked? Hard to take the gamble for next time if the food quality experience is just going to be the same.

I'm reading a lot of reviews and I have to say that I agree with a lot of it. This KFC has god awful customer service, horrible food and wait times in the lineup can be 20+ mins before you get the food. I went to KFC again recently after a year of having a bad experience last time I went. I will not be going again. Nothing has changed and it seems no none cares about their job and the quality of the food says it all. When you get a bucket of chicken on the top there's a few big pieces but as you get to the bottom the pieces are so small they are like chicken wings. How could chicken be so moist yet so dry that you will need to drink water with each bite? And the fries are barely cooked. It's just sad to see what this company has turned into. Sanders would be turning in his grave. Shame.

Service was bad. I ordered all dark meat but mixed white meat and some pieces only contained skin covered with breading

Order online and it's took 2h00 before I received my order. Their excuse was we didn't look the online printer sorry but we can give you a free dessert

There is a very good chance that you will spending more time waiting for the food than actually eating it.

I've never ever experience such bad quality food. Usually kfc is good. I got a family bucket and a big crunch combo. They forgot the gravy and the drink. They charged me for white meat yet 80% of the pieces were legs and all falling off the bone and mostly fried skin. Called and brought the stuff back.what an inconvenience and waste of gas.

I am not a big fan of fast food stuff but my grandson is! He loves KFC chicken and their crunchy chicken. I often go with him and take a bite - not bad! My grandson loves kfc so i am gonna roll over stars.

Went through drive through on April 28th at almost 5pm they told us their was no white meat it would be a 15min wait we said okay went and got smokes and came back inside to wait. When we got there we waited another 10 ish mins then the cashier said the cook forgot to drop the meat in the fryer. So we would have to wait another 15-20 mins anyhow a lot of angry customers waiting and for us an hour and 20 min wait for our food that cost us 65 dollars. UNBELIEVABLE never going there again maybe the Innes rd KFC will be better than the one on bank street

Weather is always nice, The Hotel is not so great. As I understand this is the first year they added spring breakers and it was a mess. Hotel was aka porkys palace, moved rooms to be down graded to a 1989 cuban vacation room. Dirt in every corner

Service was slow as they had only 2 staff working. Waited about 5-10 minutes to order, then waited another 30 minutes to receive food. Got home and first few pieces of chicken were quite greasy (more than normal). When getting to the bottom of the bucket the chicken was coated and dripping with oil and there was a pile grease sitting at the bottom. Called to complain, it's didn't seem to surprise them that the chicken was to greasy it was inedible. However they had no problem making a new batch of chicken which by the time we got there we still had to wait to receive our food. No apologies. Second bucket was better but still greasier than usual. Won't be going back.
