They were so generous with my order and everything was fresh and tasted so good! My favourite location!

Absolutely stingy with ketchup packets. I ordered a sizable 20 wings and she gave me only 3 packets of ketchup. When I asked for more, she was reluctant to give them and even checked inside the bag to tell me that " I already gave you some. " Unacceptable. It is frustrating when what should be a simple request for condiments turns into a negative customer experience due to staff reluctance. Hoping for better service in the future but for now will be taking my business elsewhere.

This store manager is very UNPROFFESSIONAL, went with my friend to drop her resume and the manager of the store took her phone and did a review by herself without HER CONSENT and pretended like she was going to fill a job form to tell me about the job sites. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

These people just don’t understand when you talk I ask for fresh fries they gave me old fries that are cold. I’ve been coming to this place since I am 15 years old. This place went to trash. The workers are trash. They need to revamp this whole KFC on Albion Road.

Very bad customer service by the manager no issues with food. No issues with the other staff only the manager does not know how to talk and is very disrespectful. Thinks she is always in the right.

This restaurant is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The manager is rude and yelled at me on the phone after I got cold food. The food was ice cold and tasted raw. They asked me to come back to the store even though I don't drive and I am far away. I recommend you never visit or order from here unless you cold food, bad staff and a headache when it comes to dealing with the staff who obviously don't know how to keep food hot or cook it properly. Go to the one on kipling you will get better food that taste cooked and is gonna make the trip worth it.

My suggestion Don’t eat from this KFC location their chicken is refried, (very bad for your health) reheated (it’s really bad for your health old food reheated procedure even fast food say NOOOOOOOO and hard there staff needs training lady who is taking order on drive thru horrible service (except lady manager she is the best if she not there I think no one will go there any problem lady manager will fix it I saw that she even gives free extra food to the lady who complained about the old reheated fries)

Shumila is the worst person i have seen in my life.she i waited 40 minutes for just for fries.she just standing in front of me yelling at people working in the kitchen and drive.even though i asked her to give me my order as it was just ready and sitting on the table.she didnt even try listen me. Never ever going back.

Worst KFC. Mannerless Staff no one cares they were doing there own stuff we were waiting there for 10 min to take order. They even don’t know about the skip the dish App is closed or open.

They close at 12 and this is my second time here at around 11pm/11: 15 and they have run out of chicken. Told me that their kitchen was closed and that they wouldn’t be dropping any more chicken. It’s like a coffee shop saying they aren’t brewing any more coffee at night. I’m beyond upset. I thought it was a one off situation but for a second time it’s actually unreal. I should have gone to another location

I came to this location at 11: 07pm on Saturday November 19th. I asked for 2 orders of 4 pc combo and they told me they're out of chicken.
Three questions How are you out of chicken? And what happens for tomorrow when you open for your shift, does it just appear? Or was the staff just too lazy to cook me chicken?

Worst location. Ordered delivery at 4: 36 PM. The store called me at 6: 15 PM stating that they lost my order & had to retake it. The employees were giggling & speaking amongst themselves on the phone, I could hear them in the background. I advised them that I should be compensated or refunded for my order. They proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Avoid this location at all costs!

Update - Nov 5,2022 - At Approximately 1: 32 PM today a woman from the store (note sure if it's the manager or an employee) called to confront me about leaving a negative review and to state that they were in the right from the prior days incident. Again, TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible communication skills, management, everything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Just ordered the BOGO Black Friday bucket deal, which was 2 14pc buckets! Chicken was freshly cooked, so it's very hot, but there is way too much grease in the buckets which made all the chicken in the bottom completely soaked and wet! Also I only got about 2 breasts out of 28 pieces!

THIS PLACE DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE RENOVATION THE PLACE LOOKS AMAZING TO BAD THEY HAVE THE SAME HORRIBLE STAFF AND 1 STAR SERVICE! ! !

Such a bad experience as the lady who is taking order on drive thru was so rude, her reply was so unprofessional, plz train ur staff on how to treat people nicely, so that when someone spent their money, they dont experience that sort of behaviour feel so bad fr the entire day.also the lettuce in the burger was not fresh.so plz try to give people some fresh food.

Ordered the kfc bucket bogo via ubereats ~ 28 pce for 26$, overall not bad but the chicken breasts are tiny now

This is by far the absolute worst kfc location in Toronto, staff is extremely rude and ignorant and the food is no better, been living in this area for over 25 years and believe me it doesn't get any worse then this if you think I'm kidding I dare you to go see for yourself, its amazing how run down this area has become since the boat landed in rexdale.yep its that bad and only getting worse watch and see.

Ordered two 18 piece buckets. Considering how many pieces of chicken that is, it was adequately prompt. Used the washroom there too. A little small, but clean and functional.

If I could give 0 stars to post my review I would. Today on Christmas day me and family decided we wanted to enjoy ourselves with KFC. We ordered it online and decided to use the pickup method, the website recommend the closest KFC to us, which was this one, that clearly stated that it was open. BUT, when we got there was no one there. The fact that the website had the audacity to say it was open but it really wasn't. AND we paid for the food and left with nothing. Like one of the reviews said, don't come here unless you want to leave empty handed. Very disappointing and this happened all on Christmas day, never ordering from KFC website again.

Lady behind the counter was on the phone while taking our order and rude. They did not have hot sauce. When I got home I noticed there was items missing from our order. Horrible experience.

Not worth it. The food was extremely oily, not AT ALL fresh, and had to throw away the whole meal. Waste of money!

My drive Thru experience: took my order, waited for 10 minutes, when i reached the window turns out my order wasn’t replaced. Reordered and waited for another 5-7 minutes. Moreover the lady was rude and acted like she was doing a favour to us.
Don’t go here if you in a hurry.

New Canadians seem to think skimping and giving less for your money, will make them more profit.
But making pathetic food isn't profitable. Use some breading / seasoning. Do it the way it is supposed to be done. We come for kfc flavour, not a bland, pathetic excuse for a meal.

One of the worst burgers I ever had is from this location. Ordered plant based burger, patty was way to dry and hard as rock, over cooked. And was filled with oil. They might double dipped the old cooked patty.
Never recommend this place.

Today I was in the area picking up an order from a restaurant close to this location. I wanted KFC, so while I waited I placed an order through the app and this was the suggested pickup location. The order went through on my credit card and the app instructed me to pick up my order in 15 min. However, this location was already closed and my order was rescheduled for pickup the following day at 11am! I didn't realize this until I drove up to the drive though and noticed the window was closed. The employees were not helpful at all in resolving the issue and on top of everything the attitude was terrible! I told them I just wanted to cancel my order and I was told to come back for my chicken the next day at 11am. I was very disappointed with their customer service and I left without getting any help to cancel my $40 order. Almost immediately after we left, I got a phone call from the manager explaining that my order was rescheduled for pickup the next day. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! She wasn't calling me to fix the problem, she just wanted to emphasize that their location closes at 10pm and that my chicken would be ready tomorrow! I will be following up with the call center to see how I can get my Money back, as the app doesn't allow you to cancel an order! *****

This KFC is so amazing when I went there was such amazing service. Shumila was such a good casheir and was so nice. I would definatly go back to this KFC and I would recommend it to all.

This KFC was okay. Maybe because I drove home it was cold by time I ate it but it was good nonetheless. Try to be specific when telling them how you'd like your chicken made. Whether well done or not so well done. But other than that the staff was amazing they were very nice. Would definitely go back just because the staff was nice.

So i ordered online for pick up.pick up time was 707 pm when i arrived i was told my order was going to be another 25 mins because their cook was on break and they were running short on chicken would not suggest this location to anyone. Albion & highway 27

Worst experience ever, extremely rude and hostile delivery man.was so unprofessional screaming in the parking lot at me because i never answered my phone then advised to never order kfc again.also demanded additional money for waiting refused to give name, then sped off.food came cold.called customer service to complain and was told that need to contact store after waiting 30 min for someone to answer female advised no manager till sunday.no resolution at all.better off ordering from alternate delivery service.i was under the impression KFC prided them self with impecable customer service i guess i was wrong.smh

When you find a team member who has the time to help you optimize your meal choice, that makes the experience that much more memorable and yes, she's Jamaican!

This place is a disaster. It doesn't matter if you order in store or through their website, they always mess up my order. Don't go here unless you are looking to waste your money because you will never get everything that you paid for

I visited twice at same location and both the time i had an worst experience. They have the worst staff i ever saw and even they will not provide you proper food. There is always something missing and mistakes in their service. I personally say that never select this location for kfc and tacco bell

This location is KFC taco Bell. We had the Taco Bell as we haven't had it in ages. Terrible stuff, never again. The service was slow but the cashier was nice.

I gave them a discount card.as am an employee at kfc at torbram and queens road.and they asked me silly questions.even they didnt have the drinks like dew, crush.they only have coke.its really bad experience!

It's your standard KFC Taco bell. Food came fast and was as expected. Dinning area seemed well kept.

I visit this place yesterday food was good but the lady who was taking the order didn't know how to deal with customer also the washroom was so dirty. I will never visit this location again.

One of the few decent KFC's left in gta and by few I mean few like needle in haystack few. This one is rare so get while the getting is good! Great service girl was quite helpful and accommodating, food was right as should be (meaning normal sized chicken not chickadee sized chicken pieces like all other places) cooked properly and fresh. Will be returning.

Came there on a Friday evening a few weeks ago. Line up was toward the door, yet only one cashier. No other staff available to operate the second cash machine. Long time to wait, stuff missing, going back to tell them stuff is missing is another chore. Do not even apologize, yet customer has to say "thank you" without a "you're welcome", or "sorry about that" from the cashier or staff.

Dear KFC, please use a clean mop for the dining area. Couldn't enjoy my food with that dirty mop smell

Staff is busy in talking to each other and making jokes rather then doing work specially that Shumla or something like that, the lady is busy in making jokes

Cashier over charged us by $5.84 and when my husband proved it to her she tried to lie about it until she finally gave him the money back. Then we waited nearly 15 minutes for our food, so did the people in line, at one point the line was out the door, pathetic. Then the pop in the machine was flat and they had no one that knew how to change it. Right now I'm sitting eating my food and it's lined up 20 people waiting for food, very poor service and the food quality is horrible. It's gotten very poor lately.

Terrible customer service for the staff always try to fight with you over the littlest things I would give them one star but KFC has some good food

Service was beyond the call. Not money oriented but customer satisfaction. Food was hot and properly put in take out.

Horrible service very dirty store. Ordered on July 10th was double charged for this order, have called customer care 3 times now still no refund. And with this same double charged order they forgot my gravy and by the time they brought it back the entire meal was cold. Will never eat here or order from here again!

Horrible place. Once I saw a manager walk out of the washroom with out washing his hands. Very unprofessional atmosphere. They don't really have any people skills or professionalism. I would not recommend this location. The employees are mostly nice but clearly untrained in customer service and public imagery. In the middle of an order with a cashier another worker will come up and interrupt the order while they engage in personal conversations about who knows what. Good for late night cravings, and it happens to be Tuesday. I just dont get why they cut the thighs in half? !? ! Another reason why I only go here for a last resort. I liked the food, and it came pretty quick.

The worst costumer service i ever had in my life.
Very bad response from the cashier when we ask her about some order.
I would like to give them zero stars but it start with 1 so sadly i had to give them 1 star.
Second thing is that she is used to judge costumer regardig money nd all.

Well says it.is open till. 11but that is a lie.only drive thru is open till 11so if you have a truck to big for the drive your leaving hungry and they won't let you in even of you ask. So all four of us said you can't let us in then we.wont be bringing our family there either.

They try there best to take your order just have to pay a lil more attention in what they are doing and what customers ask and not rush to much but food is ok

Two stars only cause it filled my stomach. This place is a joke I dont know this location is still open. Sloppy food and dull service. Food orders are always messed up. I suggest everyone to double check their orders before they walk out of the restaurant or 90% of the time you end up going back.
I ordered macaroni salad and even reminded the lady at the cash but she still did not give it too me.
This place chargers $1.00 extra per item to switch from beef to chicken. There are people who dont eat beef and these people taking advantage by charging extra. If i ordered 10 items it would cost me an extra $10 for my food. Its like they serve 5 star food. Hideous place, people shout and scream at the staff because their orders are messed up but these people dont care. You ask for a manager but no one attends to you

Every time i order from here they nevvvveeerrrrrrrrrr have change. Like tonight i order just now n my order came up to $39.01 its wired because i order this b4 n it came different price. And this time they gave me some wired mix chicken. Like they gave me one wing one leg one breast cut in half and 2 pc of ribside looks like cut in half. Thats 8 pc. Really Really. Never again. Says: I've noticed a lot of negative reviews about this KFC, I've been going to this one for years & have never ever had a problem, I find the chicken always fresh & not oily as most KFC's are! I find this location better then the one on Kipling & rexdale & the one on Finch & weston rd, Those 2 places i find the chicken very oily & it looks like they never change the oil, so as far as this location, i've found my chicken to always be fresh & i ordered a bucket of chicken with 24 pieces & when i got home, it was all breasts! What a bonus! Most places give me too much damn chicken legs & wings! Not enough breasts, which has more meat! I was so happy that day! So yup! Never had a problem with this KFC!:)

Non existent cash staff as all too busy at the back or getting Skip orders ready and this is at 6pm.lots of small flies in dining area is a sure sign of cleanliness here.needs renos-its old looking.

The worst KFC I've ever got food from. They never get the order correct. I ordered a family meal last week the pieces were scraps I won't feed to wild animals. There was no legs or thighs, I don't know what they sent me. The food was cold on arrival. I'm not even going to start on the drive through service. They'll never get my money again.
