Don’t try this place at all. I got food poisoning after I ate here. I raised my concern to the manager and told them that the food was bad and their answer was we know!

Quality of chicken was bad. The chicken couldn't even hold it own skin. Soggy skin. I asked for no chicken breast in my bucket ended up getting like 5. This place is a disgrace to the KFC franchise. Should just shut it down after reading all the reviews.

KFC is KFC, not better, not worse. The zinger chicken was good, but it comes with stale fries! And I will never go for the 3 piece chicken again.

Worse experience ever. They mix drinks with water! They are steeling money from customer and deliver very low quality service. After we complain, the cashier said just a few of the drinks where like that! Talk to the manager!

Fast friendly service. Clean interior and very conveniently located beside Pizza Hut, Mary Browns, Burger King and Wendy’s. The new crispy chicken isn’t anything great. It lacks the flavour of the Original Recipe probably because of all the buttermilk batter. If you want crispy stick with Popeyes. Otherwise no one beats KFC for “non-crispy” chicken.

Too small pieces of chickens, ordered 10 pieces bucket meal but they're half full of bucket, gravy is too waterly and barely taste of gravy!

Absolute garbage. $50 for 18 pieces.
Most were the size of chicken wings.

Just a year ago I had a great experience here with freshly cooked flavorful chicken that was very close to real KFC from 30 years ago. Unfortunately now the size of the chicken pieces keeps getting smaller, while prices keep going up. Why restaurants insist on doing this, I'll never understand. In the end they simply turn off their customer base until they have very little business left.

This location is close to my home and access to it is good, the service is good, the people are good, BUT the over cooked food is garbage.it's difficult to recognize what you are getting and the taste is definitely not from a KFC recipe. A number of years ago I complained about it, I asked if they had made changes to their cook or recipe - I was told not. You may ask why have I gone back (including this evening) because we are creatures of habit and the memory is short. I write this as a reminder in case I have a laps of memory again. The one star is for the first portion of this review.

Purchased a 14 piece chicken meal and all the pieces were cut in half, so we paid for 14 but it was only 7 real pieces. What a scam, that’s the last time we’ll eat at kfc

First time in this branch, very clean restaurant, smelled very good inside… staff very friendly, helped me to choose my order, prepared in few minutes, hot and chill packed separately, what it’s a good detail… and this is my dinner tonight

Food was tasty but server does not follow what was ordered and finishes convo with coworker b4 serving me found it to be rude while I was waiting to order

I got 6 dollar fill up and the fries were not fresh and they gave me like 6 chicken popcorn in the paper bag

After years of playing second fiddle to Popeye's, the Kentucky scorcher is a chicken sandwich that actually competes! Popeye's has the better bun and spicy mayo, but KFC's pickles have a different kick that compliments the spicy oil perfectly.

Not so clean, cold, bad customer service and it took them a very long time to prepare the food and still, outcome was not good!

Unbearably awful, the food was so terrible we left half of it behind. The fries were old the hot wings were hard, I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place

This place is beyond horrible, refried burnt chicken. Both times I've been. Service not good at all.

Ordered the 6-pc bucket. Good value, and delicious as always. Staff were busy, but the restaurant wasn't very crowded. Friendly and efficient service.

We ordered online and they gave us a pick up time, when we got there, the food wasn't ready, when it arrived, the ordered was wrong.

Staff was very nice. Only thing is i ordered online. I reached 5 mins after the pickup time, but order wasn't ready. When i reached there, they then started making order. Then they took about 10 more mins to make order.

One thing i got to know about KFC in general is they use the same fryer for all non-veg burgers and plant-based burgers. That is undesirable. I mean, if somebody is vegetarian, he/she doesn't want his/her burger to be fried in same fryer as used for non-veg items. At least not me or whole sikh community!

I visit many fast food chains but this particular KFC is really great.
Food always comes in perfect quality and portion size. Most importantly costumer service is top notch. Pardeep and other staff are always positive, polite and helpful.

Food was fresh and delicious. And the older lady who was taking orders and cash was the main reason for the 5 star review. She was friendly, caring and very respectful.

Lol I hate KFC food but had to buy some for friends. I knew my order for 10 large buckets of popcorn chicken was weird but the lady there was very friendly. She told me I had to wait longer and even offered to send the order to my house for free due to long wait time. I was not in a rush and waited and got my order earlier than expected

I bought some food and five drinks and two of them were leaking and my whole car seat and my dress my jacket everything was full of pepsi. And when I tried to complain about it they said all they can do was give two more drinks or money for two drinks. Kfc and pizza hut both have same phone number and when I tried to contact kfc the call was directing to Pizza hut online order service and the person who took the call said they cannot do anything about it and I had to call several several times to reach kfc.

Waited 30 min in line their wifi was not working I had a coupon code for the 50 percent off. They would not honor it said sorry they would not help me get the app working. I had to order through app and then wait another hour to get my food. Never been treated so rudely by staff. Will never go to this location again

Consistently fast and accurate service, whether ordering for pick up, walking in, or going through the drive-thru, regardless of how busy they may be.

I made a call at 12: 30 and I asked them for pickup which was supposed to be picked up at 1: 30 pm and after confirming the order when I tried to make a call at 1: 25 to inform restaurant that please be ready with my order but they didn't picked up so I went to the restaurant I reached their and the worst thing was that I waited for my order for 20 minutes and my order was just big crunch combo overall, the management is too poor and they must be ready with their order.

The worst KFC i've been to. They give the smallest pieces of chicken in the entire universe. Today, I got the world's smallest big crunch. This is absolutely BS. The old indian lady there is also another big problem.it took her 5 minutes to pack one tuesday box. Oh, and ofc, she'll always just grab the small ones. Some pieces from this place are barely bigger than a chicken nugget. DO not come to this KFC, there's another one down the block at rutherford and jane, much better there.

Popcorn chicken, always a fave for the kids. Bought the large bucket of popcorn chicken so they could share. Used to be $10 which was great value. A bit disappointed that it went up to $12. Other than that the girl who served us was very kind and gave us extra dipping sauces at no charge. Restaurant was nice and clean. Overall experience was good and I would go back to this location.

Tried this location 4 times since its close to my home. Food is always bad.never fresh. Very stale.i dont think they change frying oil often.chicken pieces look very dark. We now avoid this location. Try another busy location and dine in is always the best option. Since food is right off the grill.

Call me cheap. 4 piece chicken fries and small salad for $10.99 i think it was plus tax.i hardly ever go to kfc.everytime that i eventually do im reminded why. The bix was small.first indicator that the pieces of chicken they r giving u r going to be small.dont even get me started about the small salad they give u.like what is the point.be a long time before i go there again.

This used to be a great location. But in the last few months the chicken has been awful. Its either undercooked or overcooked. Its VERY greasy and fatty. Don't go during off-hours.

Clean location, no WIFI. Twenty minutes wait as chicken is freshly fried, chicken is tasty, my only complaint is that the chicken pieces are too small compared to other KFC outlets!

How small will it get?
I don't understand where they get their chickens but the pieces get smaller each time I buy. I need to stop buying KFC and just go to Popeyes.

I had an absolutely horrible experience while eating at the dine in buffet Friday July 27th. The only positive part about the buffet was that the two young ladies who were serving the food were incredibly nice and understanding. My first issue came when I asked for a cup of water to drink instead of the pop that was offered but I was told that their management no longer allows customers to be served water unless it's bought in a bottle. Ridiculous especially when I'm already paying for an all you can eat buffet where I can get all the chicken and pizza I want but not water? Unfortunately there was a family near by with a 4 year old daughter who also was only given the choice of pop. To make things even worse as I was waiting to pay at the counter, there was an argument started by one of the older ladies in the back with other kitchen staff. She was screaming and hitting pans and at one point it looked as if she shoved one of the younger servers. This location is insanely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs! I definitely will never be returning and I hope those of you reading this do the same and stay away.
