The dirtiest kfc I’ve ever walked into. Took 40 mins to get my food? I watched customers come and go? Wouldn’t give me a refund? Got the food and it wasn’t the right order so gave up cause I was starving by this time!

Will never order again from this location.ordered the online special 12 piece original chicken bucket with fries and gravy. The chicken tasted burnt, and it was like eating a bucket of salt. So very disappointed

Are they are just frying in plain flour? The chicken doesn’t taste like kfc at all. No pepper, no salt, nothing. This has been happening every evening I order for months now. This location and the st Laurent one.

Ordered delivery from their app. They use Uber. Uber guy showed up with someone else's DoorDash order. A single box meal sandwich. I ordered 14pc 4 large sides. I didn't accept it. Call kfc alta Vista. Guy informs me I must go pick it up. I'm single dad 3 girls age 6,4 and 3. I said hell no. The guy got real angry and cursed me out 3 "STRAIGHT MINUTES"! Saying some stuff he's so stressed out. He then hung up. I didn't get a word in. Didn't know what to do and wasn't going there. He's a very scary person. No way ever I'll go there. Now have to thaw frozen food out for us 4. I've ordered from here before. I know food is good so 4 for food to be fair. I called the corporate office. Hopefully they can sort out the person that's so stressed out. Anyone going into this place should beware of this individual's temper. Oh, and kfc customer service issued me a full refund. Doesn't help with today's dinner though. At least I hope I get my refund.
Lol. I'm updating. Not holding my breath for the refund. I was just reading other review posts and read that someone else 5 months ago same sort if issue. She states they never refunded her. So here's a buisness that is glad to take your money, not deliver your food/product and just pocket your money. Basically theft. Never again. Popeyes it is then. I won't call them back for refund. Too many people I read have been ripped off. I'm filing complaint with BBB.
If you experience this problem I urge you to make a complaint with **Better Buisness Bureau. **

Don't waste your time. Only two people working, an hour wait. Waited 20 minutes in line to be served (just one person in front of me) with no service so left. Lots of unhappy people wanting.

Ordered from this location today and found a piece of organ in my food (Brain or Kidney) I have a picture too

Absolutely brutal, got the big crunch sandwich and it was half raw, never again. Stick the Mary Browns or Popeyes. KFC has really gone bad.

Literally disgusting. I purchased the chicken sandwich and it was like a rubber puck. Must've all been very old. Took one bite then through the rest in the trash.

Sept 11,2022 This was my first time at this location, which is located in a strip mall. This place is small in size than other KFC that I have been at. They have a dine in area and bathroom are clean. The guys were pleasant and my service was good. Keep up the great job, thanks

Cancelled our Uber eats after 1 min 42 seconds because we realized they were out of all but 1 side. Still charged the full meal cost as they had "already started" our order.

They close at 10pm. Went in at 9: 30pm and was told they are out of chicken. I hope they get their delivery before they open at 11am tomorrow.

This restaurant is filthy. Full of indians speaking between each other that horrible language. Tables aren't cleaned up after each customer finishes their meal. They are full of water and crumbs.
The indian cashier is so cheap. I asked for ketchup and he handed me 2 lol and then asks "is 2 ok? "
I ordered the big crunch combo.
They have ZERO lettuce. How is that even possible? My burger was FULL of mayo and the chicken and buns were freezing cold. Fries we ok but they didn't fill up the bag. It was my very first time here. And of course the last one.

The chicken was inedible. Tasted like maybe they used very old oil? Will never return to this location

Not even one star. Just had a terrible experience with this store. Placed an order online at 6.05pm and delivery will be 6.45pm. Called the store at 7.00pm they said the order will be on the way. Called again at 7.15 to follow up they said still in progress. Did follow up again at 7.30pm they cannot give me an estimate. Talked to the shift manager named Raman, just telling me that my order will come. She is always cutting me off and not symphatetic. She even passed the phone to her staff named Zaid and my husband spoke to him in 7.40pm if the order is still not delivered will cancel our order. Then 7.45pm comes still no food delivery. We finally cancel our order. Will never order food to this store ever again and will not recommend to any of our friends. No wonder they are loosing costumers.

Bruh littertly takes them 20-30 minutes for a bucket of chicken, Guys the hell your KFC, you should have chicken prepped and ready, unfortunately I have to wait in the store stoned and scared not knowing the fate of my hunger. 2 stars Not fast enough and are incredibly incompetent. They literally prioritize the Uber eats orders instead of walk ins. They also handed over the Uber eats order to the driver without sanitizing. And after all that when I was finally given my food the take out bag was torn to hell via poor packing the food. Very sad

I ordered 2 KFC famous chicken meal, but received only fries. I contacted the store and they sent me order again, but still it had only one meal. Tried contacting them again, but no response. One of the worst customer service.

Really love Sam digisphere360s review in which he didn't even eat the food and said food freezes solid in 20 minutes lol, quite the novel.
In other news Food is great, picked it up and was delicious. You know what you're getting with KFC and this location holds well to the standards of the crispy chicken you are used to from other locations. The customer service was great despite all the Uber eats pick ups I was attended to promptly as a walk-in pick up order.

Worst take out experience ever! Ordered at 1pm. Never received food. Was paid in advance on credit card, and the store didn't call me until the next day at noon, even customer service couldn't get ahold of them and they asked when I would like the food the next day! I said I don't want the food, I want my money back! It took 4 days for money to be returned! They didn't even offer anything for all the trouble! If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst restaurant and worst customer service! I don't have the time to write all the phone calls and hours spent on hold either.it gets worst! Do not order from here!

Disgusting. Soaked in grease and overly salted. Their chicken was bone dry while the skin was floppy.nasty, could have just given it to me boiled.

Ordered 2 times last week. First order was half an hour late. Got soggy fried chicken. Ordered again 2 days later because of mailer coupons and to give KFC and this location another chance. I never got food and was charged $40.00.

I have tried calling the toll free number to get redirected to a local store that does not pick up. They eventually advised me someone would call me which has now been 4 days without a call. I tried messenger every day since and at least 3 times get a generic message that my "feedback" has been filed without any traction or movement on my case 52R88W.

I don't know what else I can do and have resorted to being one of these negative reviewers. Stole 40 bucks from me and had no food for my family who by that point was very hungry. I Wish I could give 0 stars.

Twice order from and no notice when cancelled.never recieved any food. Wouldn't answered when I called the place. Terrible service all around. Never ordering from this location again

This is the second time we have ordered from this location and the second time we have been greatly disappointed. Our first order was cancelled "by my request" when we did not ask to cancel it so we waited at home for over and hour to find out they didn't make our order and the email cancelation went to spam.

The second time we ordered food, we ordered two boneless box meals with poutine and some cheese cake and they send us cold fries and a random box of left over chicken that was disgustingly greasy, cold and all bone in chicken. This is totally unacceptable and when we called the store to complain they did not answer the phone.

The delivery took over and hour to get to us and I could literally walk there in less time.

My family and I love KFC but I am never ordering from this location ever again.

Ordered: 8pc Chicken - 1 large fries - 1 pop corn chicken- 2 medium macaroni salads - asked fro 5 ketchup packets, napkins and utensils for 2. I paid $40 received chicken with hair in it and reheated old fries.

Called them for a refund, they took over 15 minutes to answer the phone. The Manager Brandon said he would refund me the next day redo my order. Said he put a note in the system

Called the next day, The GM Aaron told me Brandon only work Saturdays, no driver came in so he will put a note in system, I will get a refund and redo tomorrow. He said he works everyday.

Called the next day, Sudheer (an employee) told me Aaron only works Sundays and did not leave a not, neither did Brandon. Still no refund.

Wasn’t a customer but this is the second time if stopped where there is no chicken Ready.outrageous lol this is exactly why I’ll continue to go to Popeyes. He didn’t even apologize not having chicken ready

Seems the rules change every time I'm here. First their chicken fingers were crispy, then they changed how they were cooked and they became limp and soft but if asked to stick them in the fryer for a sec to crisp them was okay, now it's not okay. The same manager who told me it was fine to do this a week ago stuck his nose up and said no this time. Just be consistent man, I would have gone somewhere else and gotten good crispy chicken fingers.

We hadn't had KFC in a while so we went to the closest location from our place which is the one on Alta Vista. Service was OK but our experience all together wasn't the greatest. We left disappointed. I usually don't leave reviews but I feel like I should.

- Some employee in the back started freaking out at some point and was swearing stating he couldn't do it anymore. I understand working in a fast food industry can be stressful but you keep it together. Very unprofessional on his part. Regardless of where you work, you just don't do that.
- They had no utensils and the young lady told my fiancé to go to Subway to get utensils so we could eat our salad. My fiancé shouldn't have to go to a different location to go get utensils.
- My fiancé found a hair in his food.
- They had no sweet and sour sauce left.
- People were coming and leaving with nothing and staff were blaming this on Cyber Monday Deals. Honestly they knew this deal was coming therefore they should have planned and organized themselves a little better.

This place was really falling apart this evening. I hope for their sake that it's not always like this because I do not understand how a business can operate the way they did tonight.

Ordered delivery as I had a few friends over. Took 1h20m for food to arrive.and I literally live less than 500 meters away. Fries are sad, soggy, and cold, just like the rest of the food. None of the correct dipping sauces. Not even gonna bother with walk-ins after this.

The girl on cash said they’re not doing chicken at 9: 30pm, but I saw her co worker still getting chicken from the warmer, I don’t know if it’s true that they don’t have chicken anymore, or just cause I’m using coupons.

Told KFC operator I only had a 50 dollar bill driver didn't have right change. He gave me the wrong order and gave me quarter of the change back and no receipt. Call back the toll free transferred me to store nobody picked it up. Hung up phone the KFC operator again and got store phone number. Someone picked up directly, demanded my money back and wanted returned the whole order. Still waiting for my order to be picked up and my money back. Call back several times going to report driver to police for stealing

Service was not bad but not great. Store seemed clean. I ordered a zinger sandwhich and a Kentucky flat bread when I got home I discovered my order didnt have lettuce on either the flat bread or the sandwhich.

Holy horrible service. Ordered in advance. They didn’t even begin preparing until I came, at the time they asked me to come in. Stood in restaurant for 10m before even being acknowledged. I won’t come back. Fingers crossed I don’t get food poisoning.

Chickens is to small compared to marry browns chicken. But fries were not dry also chicken was tasty but just to small.

The food and customer service are fine, the problem is they run out of food and have to close early almost every day. Every time I go in the evenings they are out of sandwiches, out of chicken or they are just outright closed because they're out of food. It is ridiculous and inexcusable for a fast-food outlet to be this unreliable. I'm very annoyed.

I have placed an online order yesterday expecting to receive it within the 40 min time period. 3h 30 min later I haven’t received it yet despite assurances by the KFC Alta Vista franchise in Ottawa that the delivery would be on its way soon, the latest confirmation over the phone - around 9: 00 pm.

At the end, I didn't receive any delivery nor a phone call offering an apology for that. They close at 10: 00 pm.

This was very inconvenient, we stayed hungry at home, and it is also very disappointing as we could have turned to other delivery options otherwise. For the very first time we are going through such delivery nightmare using KFC here in Canada. Very likely it would be also the very last one.

Love this specific location. They are always kind and generous. Girl with the long lashes is my fav! Food is always cooked well and hot.

I will really give this store NO star! This is my first time to do this. I stop by to buy 8 pieces of chicken and specifically ask for some chicken leg for my kids but come home and check my bucket is full of small thigh and small cut chicken breast.then the following week i came by again and told the cashier to please put some chicken legs again and guess what? No chicken legs again! Instead i have chicken breast with cut to look like a chicken leg! I will not come back again to this location! Negative zero stars!

The manager at this location is absolutely awful. Messed up my order, I got home and upon checking, I realized items were missing. I went back with my receipt to explain the situation and she accused me of lying and wouldn't fulfill the missing items. Very rude and unprofessional.

1 hour 30 minutes waiting for order.you should have the decency to contact customer after your so called 40 minute delivery time and let the customer know you will not be able to deliver the order not let customer sit waiting. YOU SUCK regardless of your delivery situation.

Terrible service. I ordered online and and it says online that it will be delivered from this store within 40 min. I waited 2 hours nobody contacted me. After waited for 2 hours I called in the store. I asked politely that if my food is on the way. They say they don't do delivery today. I say why don't you call me I have my contact info online. The staff or manager relied me, " how the heck should I know which store you ordered from? " I said it shows on my webpage so I assume you will see it. Anyway. I don't know if this is an error from KFC or this store only. But I will figure it out. Plus the staff who answered the phone sound intimidating.

The staff legitimately recommend and encouraged us to go to a different location as they had no desire to make us anything to eat, nor food prepared to serve. All around rude, lazy and frankly vile staff.
