Burger King app doesn’t work properly, However they gave me my order once I showed the order details from the app. I’ve noticed that they’re always understaffed as well, hence why the service is slow.
Every time I come in, nobody says hi, they all just stare like I have three heads. 1 car in drive through with 4 employees on line and I still waited 3 minutes to have my order taken. 3 minutes is quite long when the employees are standing around instead of working. Drive thru is no better.
Decided to go inside instead of a drive through as I noticed that sometimes drive through is little slow. Dinning in is even slower.
When we walked in, it took staff about 10mins to even acknowledge us. There was 4 of us that came in together, they would take an order from one person, charge them then go and make their food, then come for the 2nd persons order and so on. It took us 20mins until we all got our food.
I understand BK is not a restaurant, but come on, I'm sure you can do way better than this.

Avoid this location at all costs, 9/10 times you'll not get what you asked for, it's like employees here read the order and then double up on the items you asked not to have (sauces, ice, etc).
I work in restaurant industry myself and I would've been fired after this many mistakes made. JUST READ THE ORDER!
I went with my good friend for Whopper Wednesday. The young lady "Gurleen" that served us was very polite and kind. She ensured that our order was hot and fresh. The Whopper with cheese and bacon and the fries were hot, fresh and delicious. It was an overall pleasant experience. Gurleen specifically provided great customer service with a smile. My friend and I will definitely make this our go to Burger King. Keep up the great work and great customer service Gurleen.

Seriously! This was the worst experience I ever had.not in the food only but the work environment was terrible.instead of concentrating on their work.they were very rude to some of their staff.and they were shouting and arguing loudly in the kitchen. I am wondering how the staff is surviving in such a toxic environment? The respect should not be demanded it is supposed to be there in a work environment. If I were an employee, I would never work at such a toxic environment.
Just a terrible overall experience at this locations drive thru. The employees were taking orders or what looked liked chatting with people/ friends ordering at the car window with total disregard for customers in actual cars. No wonder you don't see BK locations anymore. Instead I went and got a Big Mac and it was the best I ever had. Good luck to all who chance this place!
Best customer service I have seen in a while. The franchisee of this burger king has thier employees going above & beyond to ensure a great experience. I go here whenever I want a whopper or king meal like the peppercorn king.
It was a great day, we could sit down and enjoy or superb burgers the fantastic French fries after so long. The service is excellent very friendly. Thank you.
*Now Closed* Bought the $10 meal for two at the drive in and it was missing a small fries and a popcorn chicken. Only discovered this when I returned home. Never going back.
Absolutely unprofessional! We ordered only the two sandwiches from the Big Crunch Stack Combo and I made sure to repeat that we only wanted the sandwiches from the combo. We also ordered two small others ones and in the end we got only four small sandwiches and we did not get the ones from the Combo. My mom and I went in but the lady at the cashier refused to give us a refund and she didn't accept the mistake she made which caused a small argument. In the end another person agreed to give us our refund. Overall the customer service was horrible. We don't recommend this place at all, this was one of my worst experiences.
2021 July 1 I was told yesterday this location was shut down. I called the tel. Number today and it's just a weird busy signal.
2021 May - This is one of the best KFC meals I ever had. We got chicken fresh from the oven and it was yummy nice, hot perfection. The fries were not hot by the time we drove home but we popped them in the microwave and all was good. The gravy and coleslaw were both fresh and good.
This was so much better than the last KFC I had 5 months ago on Mt. Pleasant near Davisville. 100x better. After my Mt. Pleasant box, I swore I would never eat KFC again but someone bought it for me at this Kipling Subway Station location so I went along with it fully expecting to not eat any of it.
Thanks for running a great franchise. It was wonderful.
I believe Navya is new here and rude attitude, we just wanted to add cheese sauce and she just denied without line up. Zero customer service and zero common sense
Called about my order was over an hour still didn’t come also asked if I could get it delivered to the back door of my home got transferred to the store all went down hill from there, people who answered the phone were very rude and I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I called head office to let them know how rude and unprofessional they were and I live down the street and usually pick up. I cancelled my order and they still charged me! I won’t be using them again!

Was recently at your location for a quick afternoon snack unfortunately you service attendant was very short and was rude like he really didn’t want to be at his job and also didn’t want us to be there not very professional at all when we received our products when we arrived home it appeared to be have put together by someone who also didn’t care as both products we sloppily put together I understand times are hard but I didn’t expect to be treated like an inconvenience to your store and if you didn’t want our business you should just have stay closed He didn’t tell us the price of the order had to replete the order three times and when we receive the product he almost just threw it us maybe customer service isn’t these gentleman’s ideal choice of work
Never go here waited at the counter for 5 min while the employees talked with each other 1 girl was doing all the work serving the drive thru and getting orders ready never never go to this location
Very upset to hear that KFC will no longer be carrying the veggie burger. They may be switching to the plant based. Why can they not have both? You need more veggie options. Those burgers would good.
People are nice but The food looks somewhat pale and the chicken was not crispy but soggy. I had severe diarrhea after I’ve been eating here: So disappointing.
Been to this location on multiple times. So far, they've been fairly consistent with service and food quality. On occasion drive can get busy but seems to move well during order process.
Awesome food and the guy at the drive thru is simply awesome. Whenever I meet him, I feel very positive. He's a bit slow bit but doesn't matter, he knows his job the best.
Please help your self to other KFC branch. Skip this one. Ordered KFC chicken bucket with 8 pieces etc, the pieces were really small. Corn was included in the set and man oh man. Taste like corn fresh out of a can. Sorry. But there’s literary no seasoning in the “original recipe seasoned corn”!
Chicken was oiley and I was unable to eat it. I ordered a bucket and had to throw it out. The pieces at the bottom of the bucket were LITERALLY soaked in oil. Other locations do not have this problem.
Worst KFC ever. The place was empty and I ordered 8 pieces of chicken. When I got home there were only 7 pieces in the bucket. On top of that, I found a piece of chicken which had a long black hair. I no longer had an appetite. Will never get food from there again.
KFC is one of the best fast food chains in the market. The quality and taste of the food is good. So, you don't have to worry about whether or not go to KFC just because you would like the taste or not. The only thing I disliked about KFC yesterday is that I had a coupon on which it stated that the expiry date is March 1,2020 but when I went there yesterday on February 24,2020, they told me that they do not accept this coupon anymore. But, they took the coupon and gave me the food but told me that they do not accept this coupon anymore.
When this location opened it was great but now I go out of my way to the Queensway one. I decided to try this one out and was even more disappointed then before. This is a example of what I got. (Taco supreme)
If I could leave half a star, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. We were quoted $15 for the bundle with chicken popcorn, 2 salads, and fries, and when we pulled up to the window to pay, the person who took our order said it was $16 plus tax, not $15. When both my husband and I said we heard 15 over the speaker, she said she would never have said that. What a way to apologize to a customer for your error, KFC? I proceeded to tell her that they should perhaps check the PA for accuracy, she brushed me off and said that's never happened before. So rude and unpleasant. Don't visit this location.
Places an order at 4: 15 nothing extravagant, a six piece meal 2 orders of popcorn chicken, it took almost 2 hours to be delivered, the store didn't have it ready when the Skip the dishes driver arrived. Absolutely terrible service
Food is good but service is so bad. Employees running around in all directions getting nothing done. 22 minutes in the drive thru for 2 soft tacos is ridiculous.
