Terrible experience here, doctor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Hi All, since 2019 Dr. Ganga is my family doctor, till 2023 i was in Markham, Dr Ganga was very nice doctor i can rate him 10/10, Markham front office lady i think her name is Ramya she is also very polite and Nice, even to see she looks like professional i can rate her 8/10, i moved to Whitby then onwards i used to go Ajax KGN Medical center, My family doctor Ganga was very nice, that is the reason i am thinking to change the family doctor, today afternoon went to KGN Ajax, Front office ladies are very worst (Not All only two ladies), today i had an appointment at 1: 30PM, i knew that they always tells lies i asked her is the scheduled running on time or any delay, she said yes on time it is pre booked appointment, i waited 1 hour (till 2: 30PM) i told her i have to go to school to pick my kid, stupid lady send me into a waiting room she knows it will take lot of time to complete my appointment, she could tell that it will take time, due to that stupid lady i went 5 minutes late to pick my daughter she was crying.lot of friends told me about these couple ladies they moved to other Hospitals i have to think on it to change, i recommended lot of my office collogues for this Hospital, i can rate 1/10 to those ladies, this is not 1st time, some of my friends moved to one hospital (1 Hospital), i am really upset

I can't stand this clinic right now! I've been a patient for over 3yrs and it appears to be getting worse. Receptionist and call center just unprofessional. Waiting times as long as over 2 hrs for scheduled appointments. English is definitely an issue here and the doctors explanations are so inept. So disappointed with what this place has become, it use to be a good clinic.

Very bad service, unprofessional staffs, always booking a appointment, doctor take minimum 2 hours to see the patients, one doctor so many patients, increase the doctor's, very disappointed

Worst service. Appointment are not considered and have to wait 2-3 hours every visit. Wouldn't recommend this clinic for anyone.

Waiting minutes its long. But service is good. Docter Nirmala is kindly and friendly person.i loved her. Keep going your service docter.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL RECEPTIONIST WORKING ON AUGUST 4TH 2023 AT 3PM. My Mother called to make an appointment with Dr. Genga and was told by the receptionist to walk-in and he would see her. She followed those very instructions and when she walked in she was told the doctor is "too tired" and would not be able to see her. She explained she needed a prescription refill as she only had one pill left. The receptionist was VERY rude and unprofessional. She told my Mom "too bad you have to wait 4 days for an appointment" after specifically instructing her on the phone that it would be no problem for her to walk in and get her refill. The mannerism and attitude of this receptionist is the lowest form of human decency we have ever witnessed. Although the doctors are wonderful, this receptionist gives this clinic a VERY unprofessional vibe. This isn't the first time we had issues with her but it will definitely be the last. If you are unable to be empathetic and respectful to patients who are sick and dealing with medical issues, you should never work as the first point of contact with that patient prior to them seeing the doctor. Seriously, go work in a factory. Disgusting.

Most disorganized institution that I have ever visited. Had an appointment at 11: 45am. I was not checked in even at 1 pm. While I was waiting I noticed two walk-in patients were allowed to check in before me. One of the walk-in offered to come back the next day, he was asked to stay and was checked in before me. Absolutely disgusted by greedy administration, who is exploiting family doctor shortage situation.

I came to share my experience after knowing so many negative comments. That is probably because people like me who have good experience don't bother to drop a review. My family of 6 which contain me, my husband, 2 kids and in-laws are all under Dr. Ganga and Nirmala. We always had prompt response from both the doctor even during Covid. They will always call you back once the call was scheduled. The reception is quick to book the appointment. Of course there is waiting time, even after appointment but that is everywhere in Canada, since they have to accommodate walk-in patients too. But never have I ever been frustrated, both the doctors listen to you patiently and give advice and go extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with the care received.

I have been calling this clinic to get my medical records for over a week, the very rude guy who takes the call is giving me the run around and I think is not relaying the messages to the office. He keeps telling me he would have them call me back and still nothing, my current doctors office has faxed over the request and they have yet to acknowledge it. The was the same situation when I lived in Ontario and tried to get an appointment. If you require proper service or communication from your doctor do not go here, I had told my family doctor at the time that this guy he hired to answer the phones was rude and don’t care about the service and obviously he did not care for my feedback because years later this ignorant person is still there “Buyer” beware.

They are not only an Excellent Doctors, they are simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face. Always amazing treatment. They are extraordinary intelligent Doctors with human values.

The doctors at this clinic are great. The rest of the staff are terrible. If you speak Tamil you get preferential treatment. I was one of the first people there with an appointment. Yet others who came in after me spoke Tamil at the desk and were taken in ahead of me. When the doctor arrived she asked the other woman why we were not first as we need to be first. Seems like the front desk staff give other preferential treatments.

Had appointment at 11am. Doctor haven't checked me untill 1.07pm. Though the doctors are nice and friendly, there is a huge disorientation between walk-ins and people with appointments. Don't go unless you are okay to spend some solid hours especially on the weekends.

Worst experience me and my family had ever had, doctors are disrespectful and unprofessional. Always using words to invalidate the reasons on why you’re going. Very inappropriate, rude, and not worth your time

Dont bother getting appointment coz they entertain walk ins even though you have a scheduled appointment. They will schedule for 10am but doctors will arrive an hour late
