The food was amazing. I’ve tried their Hyderabadi biryani which was good. There’s a guy named Satnam oh boy he is pretty good at his work. Suggested me good food with great service.
Ordered the dinner tasting menu, which was good value for money and allowed me to taste a variety of menu items. Food was delicious and I'm thankful they catered for different spice tolerances. Particularly liked the lamb, which was tender, and the fish. The naan was also fresh and warm. Mango lassi was a nice touch. Would love to come back and try their vegetarian option too!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I ordered Veg Milange and paneer tikka masala. Everything was delicious and service provided by Simran was awesome.
I have reduce the rating from 5 to 1 star due to the behavior and no clarity of price while doing a take out.they charging much more than their website for a takeouts like paneer dish for khazana online order is 19.95 and if you call to takeaway, it’s 26.00.when you show them why is this so? They ignore, i asked multiple times to call the manager.supposedly, the manager was away.you are using name (Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor) such a reputed person who few days back raised food quality issue at Air India flight but, you can’t do it at the restaurant with his name.just to add, i ordered over phone
It’s always been a great experience dining at Khazana. Undoubtedly the best Indian food in Toronto. It is for sure quite expensive as compared to others but you pay the price for the taste and quality of food you won’t experience at budget restaurants. The place is well managed and the staff is friendly. Special mention and thanks to Tenzin for being an amazing server on all my visits.
Khazana has been one of our top favourite places for Indian cuisine because of the food quality, service, ambience, food taste and overall presentation. We prefer to usually dine-in/ order through delivery service apps. We were glad to see that Khazana had a BOGO offer on the *24 dal flambe. We ordered 2 dal flambes, 2 rasmalais, kaali kadhai paneer and an assortment of rotis and naans.
We were shocked to see the quantity of dal flambe! It clearly looked like a 1.5 quantity or leas of dal flambe put in 2 containers.this has never been the case when we have taken it without the offer. It was a disappointing feeling when a fine dine restaurant does this. The flavours and the taste of all of the food was overall great! Just that this behaviour was very disappointing.
We had the tasting menu. The food was well prepared and well presented. Most of the dishes were very tasty. It was a bit expensive at $60 per person. The service was good but not great. The restaurant is in a great location
Rehaan was a very good chef, The food reminded of my home. Aarya had the best vibe. Gaganpreet kaur was a good waitress. And off course recipes of Aarva was mind blowing
The food was so good especially the biriyani and butter chicken. It's a must try. Vivek who served, he was such a nice human. Definitely worth the money and time. We had a good time with friends.
I loved the ambiance. The food was delicious, with good portion size. Good collection of cocktails. We ordered samosa cigars and truffle paneer tikka, they were amazing. Dal and paneer was delicious as well. The methi paratha was okay, too crispy for me, would like to try something else next time. Overall a nice experience. Will visit again! Will recommend to friends and family.
This restaurant has some of the best dishes which I have not seen at other places. The staff is super nice and accommodating we went with a big group and they were kind enough to accommodate us with the yummiest food. Must visit for food lovers
Glad we have this Indian restaurant in downtown Toronto now! Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time (especially for the weekend). The ambiance was very nice, cozy and romantic. The servers were so well trained and had proper etiquette of service. The servers were always on their toes and very quick to attend. Well, not a surprise at Sanjeev Kapoor’s restaurant. The food was totally it! It was extremely delicious and met the mark of “Sanjeev Kapoor”. This will be our always go to Indian restaurant at downtown Toronto.
I have been to this place couple of times. The food is good. This time I ordered deggi murg korma. The chicken was way to chewy! I complained to one of their server (she was wearing glasses). She didn’t even bothered to ask me back what the problem. Paying 30 dollars for a dish and hardly having a bite out if it! Total waste of money. Not meeting the sanjeev kapoor standards.
Happy that I found a new fav Indian fine dine restro in downtown. The Brampton site was kinda distant.
Food: Flavourful & sapid. Ambience: Retro & jazzy with poppy Bollywood music. Our server Rahul, my guy, made sure about our fine dine experience & the complementary service made the birthday celebration exquisite. Choose this restro, without a doubt, for a family hangout or a couple’s evening.
Terrible experience and yet, we were told this restaurant was THE place in Toronto to eat Indian. Unpersonalized service, unfriendly, terribly long waiting time. We were 5 and despite the uncrowded hour (4pm) we waited 1: 15 before having our first entry. I do not recommend at all! You will be better served at 3 Brasseurs next door.
Best customer service and the food taster was on point. Its soo good! Will recommend it for sure if you are looking for fine food place to eat with great food service. To top all of it, Aman was best server.
Must visit restaurant, the food here is amazing and yummy. Aman was the one who served us, he was really polite and courteous. The ambience of the restaurant is great. If you are looking to try authentic Indian cuisine, its a must have experience.
I have been to this restaurant twice. Both the visits were okay, not that great. The food was okayish, very minimal tastes as compared to other indian restaurants in downtown. During my first time, i ordered soya chap, chicken tikka, and for main course, butter chicken, lacha Parantha and naan. The second time we ordered butter chicken and naan The food was okay, 6/10, vibe- 7/10, service - 6-10. It is very expensive when it comes to the price we pay vs the quality and service we get. I would not recommend this place.
There was a lot of word of mouth about this restaurant in my circle. Finally came here to experience and was not at all disappointed. The decor impressed me. We were treated with utmost hospitality. My recommended dish is the Lamb Boti curry and the garlic & chives naan. Would definitely visit again!
Had a really good meal with great service by Aman. Ordered the Seekh kebabs, Garlic naan and Paneer Kadai. Everything was well balanced and proportions were good too.
I'll cut to the chase. Great food. Terrible everything else.long wait for water Long wait to take order Loud and abnoxious staff Canceled people's reservation and treated customers poorly No kulfie No chai
It was an amazing experience at khazana. Me and my boyfriend would definitely visit here again food so good especially the live music. Mr Sumit is really kind and welcoming and vMr vivek was always very attending too. Great experience would enjoy
