It was an amazing experience. It was my first experience in Canada for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair was so nice and a lady named preet was so generous and polite and did my eyebrows very nicely.

I've been going to this salon for over 12 years. All the staff are very friendly, kind and experienced. Seema provides excellent Hair Protein/Oil treatments as well as Haircuts/styles. This salon provides many different services. I am very happy with this salon and they always treat me like family and feel valued as a customer. My mom and my daughter are also clients of this salon. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.

I got the best haircut. The lady who did work on my hair was absolutely so good to me and understood my face shape very well. Plus the lady who did my eyebrow was so gentle. They were quick too. Khoobsurat is a really nice salon, Seema is so great at what she does and my favourite go-to person for my hair treatment is always Rita, she is always so sweet and welcoming. They’re both very friendly and hospitable and great service too!

The customer service has really gone down, we sat here for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. This is the second time this has happened. People got up and left out of frustration.

My daughter comes here for body waxing. While I was waiting for my daughter in her last visit there one of the staff asked me if I booked for any service. So I decided to have an eyebrow threading. I really loved what she did. Very skilled.
Then I decided to have a haircut aswell. Seema gave me a haircut. She is so professional, skilled, friendly and kind. She carefully listened to what I said and she exactly did how I wanted the cut for an affordable price. I'm really glad that I finally find a salon to get all services and be very happy. I have been coming to this place for years and I’m so thankful I found them on Google. The staff is so friendly and easy going. My brows were a complete mess and the previous salon had completely butchered my eyebrows into a thin line. I was sent to Sheetal and she told me it will need some work and will take some time but thanks to her excellent skills they have grown out so nice with exactly the shape I want. She is so nice and always makes sure I’m happy with the results before I walk out the door. I will never change my eyebrow lady as long as she’s working because I’ve been to MANY salons and none of their work compares to hers keep up the great work ladies!

I came today to do eyebrow threading but I asked the lady for full face threading and she said $17 so I was like hey why not, so I ask her can you do full face threading for me, and then she shakes her head no and says that she has someone inside waiting for her like bro… every customer is a priority if you can’t do it or don’t want to do it then ask your coworker do work on me instead (there was a lady just sitting down) and it wasnt even busy at all…
customer service is not good here…ya’ll need to work on that

I have been going to Khoobsurat for over 3 years now. The staff are so welcoming. I never have to wait when I make an appointment. My waxing is always amazing and Sheetal completed the job in no time at all. Their prices are also so affordable, it’s the best I’ve seen so far. I can’t say enough good things about this salon. I recommend it to all my family and friends.

Waited 40 minutes and didn’t even get helped. This place has gone downhill. Don’t waste your time for a very filthy, unsanitary beauty salon.

I have been going to this salon for years now and the service never disappoints! Rida is amazing and very accommodating. She does an extra head massage for protein hair treatments and it feels so amazing! My hair also looks and feels so healthy after. Highly recommend!

I came here today to do some facial waxing and i asked them if they have a private room for privacy reasons and they said no they have to do the wax here in the open area. I was not comfortable because their windows and glass doors were visible for people to see and I requested for them if they had a private room and they did not accommodate.

Definitely not returning here again and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone especially if you require privacy because they will not accommodate customers who request for that.

For last 3 years, this has been my go to salon for eyebrows, body waxing, and haircuts. Sheetal is magnificent when it comes to eyebrows and body waxing. The salon is a friendly environment and will accommodate last minute appointments if possible.

Good place, friendly staff, they only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the prices vary all the time depending on the mood of the receptionist. I don't remember ever paying an exact amount for the same thing twice.

I went to Khoobsurat to get a colour and cut. Seema did my hair and she did such an AMAZING job! She gave me long layers that added great volume to my hair and just looks gorgeous. If you're Indian, Seema understands our hair and what needs to be done to take care of it. She is an expert colourist and will always offer suggestions to ensure that your colour and style suit you perfectly. She is very friendly and will make sure that you are well take care of and comfortable the entire visit. Everyone that comes in asks for Seema and YOU SHOULD TOO!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. The owners daughter is so rude and especially disrespectful to my parent for no absolute reason. When you ask them questions about your service, workers simply ignore you and are so rough. My skin peeled off and when I went to say, she wouldn’t even apologize.

I came for threading and chin waxing and i informed the lady that my skin is sensitive so dont do threading very fast. But she didn’t listened to my instructions and i ended up having redness, scraped skin on my face.
I would surely not recommend this place at all. Moreover, when i told her later that there have been marks on face, she was like it happens to everybody. Seriously, the experience was so bad.

My go-to spot for my eyebrows but I make sure to go to Nisha. Shes friendly and I'm always happy with the shape she gives me. I've also done waxing with her and she is quick and doesn't cause extra pain.

Took them 20-25 mins to tell me “mam If you are here for waxing without appointment then please come tomorrow as I have an appointment coming soon”. Now I don’t mind being told to come tomorrow, but tell that to me as soon as I get in your salon. Respect time of people waiting there please. Her argument was “You should have told me that you are here for waxing when you entered”. Well I did tell one of the other lady who works there. Is it my fault that you guys can’t figure it out amongst yourselves? How about you communicate with each other better if there is just 1 person who could do waxing (which the customer doesn't know by the way) ? If there are 5 people working, should customer go tell what she is there for to all the 5? So had to leave and take my business elsewhere today. May be next time, if there is a next time.

My family and I have been going to this salon for over 10 years now and are truly impressed with their customer service. We get everything done here from eyebrow threading to haircuts and have never been disappointed till this day. Sheethal and Nisha are my two go to favourites, they will always take care of all of your questions and concerns. My mom and I have been lcoming to Khoobsurat for over 10 years. We only trust Seema and her services. She's the most experienced and knowledgeable person at this salon. She takes great care while threading and makes sure her customers are comfortable. Her make up applications are always detailed and professional. My mom and I regularly come to her for haircuts and intricate hairstyles for weddings. She recreates any hairstyle that I show her. Seema is very talented and hardworking. She takes her time when she needs to and she's also fast if the customer is in a hurry. We always come to Seema because she always thinks of her customers and keeps their happiness in mind.

I just got my party makeup done at this salon yesterday and that led me to write a review about their unprofessional service today. Please never go for any party makeup to them as they use such a cheap products with dirty makeup brushes. Also the makeup was very bad that i got rashes on my face. They literally make you clown and charge you hell lot of money for doing their cheap services. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. I think No star would be great for them.

Staff there are warm, well trained and professional. I go to Seema (for hair colouring & styling) and Sheetal for eyebrows. Both of them are really good. Always an extremely satisfying experience. Clients leave Khoobsurat feeling khoobsurat.

The services are good, but not customised. I mentioned that I had sensitive skin and that they should not scrub so hard during the facial, but they completely ignored what I said. When I came out, my cheeks were raw and red due to the scrub and stayed like that for almost two days. I am also allergic to the wax they use, and they did not have alternate options. So for me to go that far just for a facial or to get my eyebrows done is not necessary.

Seema has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone but her. I constantly get compliments on my haircut. Seema is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. She also takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind, warm. Prices are good, and can get too busy sometimes. Also I wish they spent a little more time when threading eyebrows. They do a fine a job but can do better if they clean eyebrows with details.

I have been going to this salon since it opened and it is always busy although wait times are short, the reason being they are so very good. Staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. They treat you with respect and you always walk out feeling great. This salon is my salon. The owner is great as well.

My first visit to this salon was for laser hair removal over 10 years ago and I never have had to worry about any regrowth. I am so pleased with their service. I go there now for facials, manicure/pedicure, hair cuts and special occasion hairdos. The staff are really good and patient. I am blown away by how reasonable their charges are. It has been my salon for over 10 years and I have gone no where since I found Khoobsurat!

If I could give this place a zero I would. The staff are horrible. Never go here to wax your face. They don't remove the wax properly and because the lighting is so bad or they are blind they miss sooooooo many spots, I always have to come home and remove the hairs because they didn't do it to begin with. They always pull skin off and just don't care. Even if you complain they don't care. Though they are cheap, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Be careful which of the ladies threads your eyebrows. This is the only time I've had an awful experience threading at this location, I've been here a handful of times and they have all been great. The one lady in particular calls me over for threading and then proceeds to sweep and ignore me for 5 minutes. She starts on my eyebrows and goes over the same area multiple times to the point which it starts to burn.

She finishes and they look in the mirror, I go next door to order a meal and upon further inspection.the eyebrows are uneven. One looks fine and the other looks significantly bigger. I storm back in and tell her they are uneven and she tells me to sit down. 5 minutes later she works back on my eyebrows, not asking what where I see the unevenness. She finishes and I tell her they are still uneven, she does not believe me, and they are even thinner when I had first come in. I point out to her the shape does match, and neither does the front closes to the bridge of the nose. She tells me to lay back down and I tell her I don't trust her anymore and to get someone else. She mumbles under her breath and gets someone else, who actually fixes them as much as she could.

If I were you I would stay away from the hakka looking lady because she does not do her job well.
