When I sold my first house over 10 yrs ago I met Mr. Khurana, the fist time I spoke to him over the phone asking for an appointment I got a good feeling about him. Needless to say he is still my lawyer but also my friend. He has become part of our lives specially with our most important transactions such as buying and selling our homes and for my whole family. My parents, in laws, siblings, etc all come to him for his services but mostly because he is a loyal, trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced honest person. He is amazing at what he does, he will bend over backwards for you and always have your best interests in mind. I dealt with Harpreet for an assignment sale matter. The transaction was quite complicated as there were issues related to deposit & upgrades deposit to builder, which the buyer was not agreeing to pay.
