Our experience with Kia of Brampton was great. We bought two cars from this location - Forte was our first car, beginning of the year and Sportage, very recently.  The team at Kia of Brampton was friendly and helped us during our visits. Sunny (Saurabh) was our sales consultant for both cars and provided us exceptional service. Sunny did a great job in explaining the features, kept us informed on the status and helped us make decisions on the trim that we wanted. He was very patient to answer every question about car features, finance & warranty policy and delivered the car in just few days, which was amazing.

You're the man, Neil Ramchander!
I recently went to Kia of Brampton to inquire about a minor scratch in the front bumper of my Kia Soul 2022 White Pearl, which I purchased from them in March 2022. He advised me to do nothing and not fix or touch it up. Suddenly, he inquired about my car's mileage and began asking if I wanted to upgrade. Neil is exactly like that. He will surprise you, but he will explain clearly how to make a good decision that is beneficial to you. He's not just making up stories to get you to buy a car. He is a man who truly cares about his customers. Actually, he is not only treating you as a client but also as a friend.
To summarise, I was persuaded to upgrade my car at an unexpected time, but I believe it is my lucky day. I know many people have been waiting for their cars to be delivered, but I am not in the market for one, but a car that I really like is available for me (yellow).

Mayank Chopra, who assisted me with everything from evaluating the car trade-in value, inspecting the car, test driving it, finalizing the documents, and preparing the new car for me (2023 Kia Seltos SX Turbo Starbright Yellow), deserves my heartfelt gratitude. Mayank was very accommodating, and he always made sure you were satisfied with your purchase. Before you leave the dealership, he will ask if you have any other needs. His after-sales service was excellent!

Ever visiting Kia Of Brampton, ask for “Mr. Winston Bradley”. He’s one of the finest and the honest salesperson I have ever met. He didn’t disappoint me even once during waiting period.
I was scheduled to get my new Kia Forte 2023 by February, 2023, but he managed to hand over the car within two months of booking. Post delivery checkups were also upto the mark.
You will know what I’m saying once you talk to him.

This was our second time returning to Kia of Brampton, which we drive about an hour specifically for. Our first experience was a, walk up, see what you like, bring it home in a week or so. Of course, with vehicle shortages this was a very different experience.

We waited about 6 months for our Sportage. But it was worth the wait! Mayank was forthcoming and understanding of the frustrations that come with not knowing exactly when your vehicle will come. He was always very quick to respond, and gave me realistic expectations right from our first conversation.

Mayank made sure I was in the right vehicle for me and my family, and I could not be happier!

After the sale, I emailed him with a question about one of the features and right away, he sent me a video of him showing me how to work the feature instead of a less helpful email response!

I will be going back to Kia of Brampton. Just not anytime in the near feature because I am in love with my Sportage!

Staff was not courteous at all, very arrogant and behaved as if we are unable to purchase a car! Very strange and rude staff… this is probably for the reason that there is a shortage of cars… but this won’t last long!

If you are looking to buy Kia then go to Kia of Brampton. Although I am very far way from Brampton but still came all the way to this dealership which offers best deals.

The purchase was a pleasant and no pressure experience. Mayank was the sales person who was very personable and professional. He took time to explain the vehicle features, etc! Buying first car sparks lot of questions and Mayank has been absolutely professional and transparent in all his communication.

I appreciate the business with Kia and would continue in future as well.

Service technician found a dead rat in my front bumper but refused to remove it and said I should call animal control. Ridiculous advice as animal control don't want to deal with car parts for fear of damaging a car. Kia service people told me it would cost a fortune - quoting me $180. A local and honest mechanic just undid a clip on the bumper and voila.vermin gone! They didn't even charge me as it was such a simple job.

You would think Kia of Brampton techs know their cars but they're just trying to take you for as much money as they can get. Annoyed that they didn't fix the simple issue as it wasted a lot of my time Would recommend going to a local mechanic you trust before going to Kia of Brampton's service technicians.

I would like to sincerely thank Neil Ramchander, Mayank Chopra, and Younas Mohammad of Kia Brampton for taking care of me well when I purchased my first car. It's 2022 Kia Soul GT Line Limited.
I was too scared at first because I don't have any experience with cars. My purchase started with Shari Prymak of Car Help Canada. He endorsed me to Neil. He told me that Neil will take care of me, and I've witnessed this 200%. We all know that it is very hard to buy a new car that you like in this pandemic. When I contacted Neil on Tuesday to inquire about Kia Soul, he told me that they don't have stocks. I felt sad about it. I was surprised when Neil called me on Thursday that he has a new arrival of Kia Soul and he will reserve it for me. Wow, lucky me!
Although Neil has a lot of other customers, he still made sure that somebody from his team will take of me. He even arranged a car to pick me up at my place, Mississauga, in order for me to complete the purchase on Friday at their office in Brampton. It was successful. I thought I will be going home with an Uber, but their Sales Manager, Younas, has offered to send me home. I didn't know what to say, but I think you call that "taking care of your clients".
It was late Friday when I closed my contract with my insurance so I didn't have choice to bring home my new car on Saturday. Mayank was there on Saturday to take care of me. I felt very happy because Mayank has removed all the plastics and set all the settings in the car so I can drive it right away. He really made sure everything was ready when I picked it up.
I sincerely recommend Kia of Brampton for your future purchase of your new car or first car. They are very accommodating and they will never ask to purchase add ons. They are very honest and caring.

I bought my car from here a year ago and been getting my service done here ever since. I never used to have a problem getting ahold of service here until this time around. Took me 4 days to finally get ahold of someone from service after being transferred to voice-mail everytime I called, no one calling me back, being put on hold for as long as it would take me to drive down to the place to make an appointment (not to mention having to listen to a voice recording tell me over and over again about how excellent Kia's service is), finally getting ahold of someone only to have them tell me they're busy with a customer and can't help me, put me onhold again and then disconnected me. Finally got ahold of someone today and now they're all booked up for 2 weeks. I need a quick oil change as I'm going on a long trip this weekend and they won't fit me in for it. Now I have to take my car to someone else to get it done. Definitely not impressed and not sure I want to keep getting my service done here in the future. What a hassle!

I have owned a Kia Rondo EXV6 since late 2007. I bought it on the advice of the salesman who's name I don't remember now, but he told me that based on my driving habits I would LOVE this car. And I have. It served me faithfully more than 14 years. When I was ready for a new car, naturally I wanted another Kia. When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted instantly by Anas Msyati. He was funny, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I thought I wanted a Sorrento, but once again, after our conversation (and a couple of test drives) I realized Anas was right. I would prefer a Telluride. After a 6 month wait, I finally have my car and I absolutely LOVE it! Every step of the way Anas kept me updated, eased my frustrations, and addressed my concerns. He even made sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the final deal Manny (the sales manager) prepared- it compensated me for my 6 month wait and rewarded me for being a loyal Kia customer. I never thought this second experience with Kia of Brampton could have surpassed my first, but it has. And I am truly grateful. Then they don't show up. Instead, you will be greeted by friendly people who will not try to "push" anything on you. They are beneficial. They pay attention. They're understanding.

I found a guy named HARSHUL KHANNA who was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation, recommending the best option for me, and the most notable aspect was that my car was delivered in three days as promised.

It is surprising that I booked appointment 2-3 weeks ago. The service department said 169 + tax. Today I confirmed my appointment. Service manager changed his mind and tried to rip me off by charging me $300 for transmission fluild change and negotiated through the phone service lady by charging me $280.
I suggest you give a call to Kia sudbury they charge $180 and Kia Mississauga $199. Kia thunderbay $179.
Where did your service manager come up with $300? I asked the girl thrice to figure out if something is wrong. All I got to know service manager told her 3 times $300 for transmission oil change.
It is very disappointing and shameful how Brampton Kia rip people off.
I'm going to go with other Kia for transmission change since everyone works hard to make money.

I placed an online order for my snow tires earlier this week and due to it being my first time maintaing my car on my own, I thought that installation was automatic. I called and spoke to a few people and was eventually told that the earliest date they had was the 29th. I decided to shop around and did get a booking for Monday. I went to pick up my tires today and to my happy surprise, the gentleman that I spoke to initially left instructions to have my tires installed today! FYI, today was not a good driving day as it snowed all day and there were many accidents.
Thank you to the team for making this happen for me effortlessly. You are truly appreciated. Also, everyone that worked there was pleasant at all times. Thanks again for the positive experience!

I recently went through Car Helps Canada looking for the best deal, they made calls all over Canada to find what I needed and I ended up in Kia Brampton. Neil, who is the sales manager an very upfront, honest and no bull kinda guy who answered all my questions. There's a big shortage on cars so they didnt have mine in stock, but the girl at the front desk (I think he said the front desk) is really good at her job and found my exact model. Thank you:) I dealt with Sunny afterwards who made everything go smoothly, with insurance and he even got me my plates. When he handed me the keys he went above and beyond and explained everything about the car. I really recommend going here, honest and they get stuff done. An update: My parents talked to the owner before I got this response, they were told they would receive a call about what they should do and how this would be handled. Especially on the part of the Service Manager Bill. They received a call from someone (other than Bill) in service about picking up our van, my parents were told they were going to get a call from the owner about all this so they preferred to wait.

The ONLY response that we have received after all of this is the one you see below this review. I would be curious to understand if someone actually read the review they would notice we had issues with the service manager becoming belligerent irritated and rude. My parents were frustrated and wanted a calm response and explanation. Even if the response to there frustrations was "We are sorry this was not you expected" That would have been better then what my parents were met with.

The following is from May 18th 2021:

I wish I could give this dealership a negative star review, that's how disappointed I am in the service my family has received from this dealership. In the time that my family has had our van from this Kia dealership, we have experienced many issues and rude service.

Mainly being, that every time we bring our van to this dealership it comes back to us with brand new problems, and the way the service manager treats there clients.

Most recently, our right passenger side sliding door was not closing properly. So we took it in to see if it could be fixed, they needed to wait on parts so we brought the vehicle home. When we arrived home we realized that the trunk was no longer locking and took the car back. My father was hesitant to take the car to this dealership, as we had had issues with them before, but my father was reassured by the Service Manager that if he gave this dealership a chance they would take care of the car. First they thought we may have done something to the trunk or just missed that it was not functioning. My mother uses this van for all our groceries and essential trips so we use the trunk often and we insisted that this was not the case. They then believed something may have happened while they were looking into fixing the sliding door. They kept our van and gave my family a loaner car while they waited for parts. This was about a month ago.

Today, my father received a call about the van, stating that it would now be an additional cost to fix the trunk and that now the OPPOSITE sliding door was only functioning with the cars FOB. The dealership claimed that they received the car like this, which is untrue.

When my parents called to speak to someone about this, they were once again told that they were responsible and that the car came to the dealership with all these issues. When they tried to explain the Service Manager, became very irritable yelled over my parents and would not let them speak. Then he promptly told my parents that " No one else would work on this van" and angrily told them to find another dealership and hung the phone up on them.

The only time my parents became upset was when they accused my mother of lying about the new issues not being there before we brought it to the dealership.

This is only one of a few incidents we have had over the years at this dealership. After today's disgusting behaviour and gaslighting I will never be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Thanks to Mubashir (Mac) who assisted me and provided me a detailed knowledge about the car and its feature and have also made sure that the deal works well with my budget. His positive aura and the way of dealing with his clients made the experience for me and my sister worth remembering and highly appreciable.

I went to this location, because I bought my 2012 Kia Sportage from this location and I have been going here ever since for maintaince. I took my suv here because just recently the suv sometimes doesn't start, after 20 mins the car eventually starts. I showed them the video of what was happening-all the lights in the suv were coming on, just the car wouldn't turn over. KIA kept my suv for two days, they said they ran a whole bunch of tests and it started every time with them. KIA told me they can't seem to figure out the problem, they have tested everything and everything seems fine, and handed me my keys back to me, with no resolution. THE VERY NEXT DAY when I got my suv back my car wouldn't start, fo 30 mins this time. I'm not sure what I should do at this point. I need help! How are you going to give me a car back, and u guys can't figure out the problem! You guys made the car!
Kia also kept telling me that it might be my starter.but I advise them that I had changed my battery last year, and I just changed by starter, thinking that might be the problem-so its definitely not either.it seemed that because I didn't change the starter with Kia-they were blaming the problem on that.which was very unprofessional on their part. UPDATE: SINCE KIA COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT, I ENDED UP TAKING MY SUV TO A SMALL MECHANIC DOWN THE STREET FROM KIA, WHO TOOK THE TIME AND FIGURED IT OUT. IT WAS MY ENGINE CONTROL MODULE. THE SMALL MECHANIC GUY WAS ABLE TO HELP ME OUT, AND KIA WAS NOT. THEY JUST HANDED ME MY KEYS BACK AND TOLD ME THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. SO FOR ANYONE THAT IS HAVE A NO START ISSUE- ITS PROBABLY YOUR ENGINE CONTROL MODULE THAT NEEDS TOO BE REPLACED!

Be careful when closing the deal on your used vehicle purchase! We were given a second contract deal with a HIGHER finance rate on closing. We renegotiated a higher trade in value on our vehicle.
It was a terrible experience for my wife in a first time vehicle purchase.

After some extensive shopping across several regions, we were lucky enough to meet Ashu and Sonny. The process was very quick - the price was outstanding and they didn't waste time with a lot of the typical sales techniques that we were used to seeing. In terms of accomodating delivery they went above and beyond what was expected, and the post-sales assistance was great. Almost everything went perfectly, any minor issue was handled quickly. A very professional and experienced team. Highly recommend

This is such and Incredible team. Rajen, Mak and Neil are professional, courteous and honest. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and went out of their way to find the perfect vehicle to meet my unique circumstances. Even after they offered me the best deal they could muster they found more ways for me to save. My family and I are grateful to have met them and look forward to a long lasting relationship and our next vehicle purchase.

They dealt with any questions, concerns, and requests we had in a quick and friendly manner and they explained everything to us and made sure we understood before moving on to the next thing. If I have a problem with my car, this is supposed to be the place to fix it, but it wasn't. My dealership checked my car completely and sent me to this place for damage to the left tire, just to see if it was covered by the warranty or not. Being already in this place, This did not take more than ten minutes they checked the tire and told me that the warranty did not cover it and then they gave me an excessively high cost, since I did not have the money to order it, I said I would go to think about it and here They decided to charge me 135$ just for telling me what I already knew.this made me very upset and made me doubt whether or not to trust this place.

We were at the dealership today viewing a Kia Sorento and the staff helping us, Ata and Winston were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Winston tried his absolute best to explain to my cousin (who does not know english) how the vehicle works and all the safety it comes with. His knowledge of Kia is excellent. Both staff members were extremely polite and attentive to our questions and this was by far my best experience at any dealership.

This place has changed. Tried in the past to get service and it used to be great. Now, just put on hold, no way they can help. Today was my last straw.over 13 minutes on hold and I need work done. I took my over $1000 to Midas down the street before. They were awesome. I am doing the same again. I called because I have a recall. Will rather go elsewhere. Paul was the best when he was there. I'm giving up.unless they call me back (yep not going happen because after being disconnected.can't even leave a message).
Gonna call Kia Canada Tuesday.

I leased my first Kia back in 2016 as recommended by my father in law, he had purchased a Kia previously and my wife is currently financing a Kia Rio. I have dealt personally with Rajen Syal and he has been fantastic to deal with over the last three years. I ended up leasing a 2017 Kia Sportage and Raj went above and beyond to help me get a great package at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to purchase/lease or finance a vehicle. He provides A+ professionalism and he is always available whether it be an in person meeting, phone call, text or email. I just recently traded in my lease on the 2017 Sportage and renewed on a new 3 year term for a 2020 Sportage, Raj walked me through all of the new features on the Sportage and helped set it up just how I would like it and how to best maximize all the new safety features for my family. Rajen makes you feel like an important member of the Kia Family and I don’t imagine buying another vehicle from another company for the foreseeable future. Also of note, the service team is top notch, we get all of our services and seasonal tire changes done at Kia Brampton. If you are looking to get a new vehicle, stop into Kia Brampton and ask for Raj, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly.first time I’ve have ever brought my car here for service.and LAST time as well. Was charged $70.00 for them to tell me that my breaks need replacing.that’s disgusting.that’s horrible customer service! I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Do NOT bring your car here.

My husband took my new Kia Optima here to get service, he mentioned the great sales guys who mentioned why don’t I come trade in my vehicle for the Kia stinger. I would if I didn’t just get my car not even 2 months maybe next year I will. When my credit score improves a little bit more!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish we dealt with Ali Amin (salesmen) and I wasn’t able to get out to the dealer like my husband was able to. Ali went out of the way to bring the vehicle by my home and It made it a more personal experience. I was able to see how the car seats would fit etc it was awesome. I feel he kept the same energy even after the purchase and above all he wasn’t “pushy” or calling down the phone either. I highly recommend there

Its ok there a few sales associate very senior and old dont know how to treat customers right they want us to buy cars as if they were doing a favour for is and giving it for free they dont even insist on having a look at the car or even latest ride.
